For users that have logged issues with me regarding execution price, I have been told that someone is working on those issues today so you may see some more coins soon!  Smiley

Ok URSAY, I paid for my bitcoin on Sunday 4/7, then put on the 4/9 support lists. You also told me you've tried manually pushing my order through to my bitcoin wallet address but I still have no bitcoins. I would really appreciate if I could get my money by any means necessary. Done with PMs.  If you didn't receive a response then your issue is already logged, we already have enough info, and we are working on your issue!

Please stop asking why you are not being carried over from a previous dated list to a newer dated list.  My system logs issues daily and I do not carry issues forward to new dated lists.  Your ticket priority does not change.  Read my sig if you are confused.

I know your working your ass off and I appreciate it but I can't afford to keep sitting around just waiting for the bitcoin I purchased to just show up. It honestly feels like I'm being robbed since I placed my order on 4/7 and its now 4/10 and I haven't seen a dime of my money. What I don't understand is how you can get other people's orders processed in minutes (I've had past orders processed in minutes) yet it has taken 3 days this time and I still don't have my bitcoins. I'm am honestly really pissed with your company right now. The market in steadily dropping and I don't have shit for what I paid for. I'm a reasonable and patient person but waiting 3 days for bitcoins that you say I'll get in under an hour is ludacris. All I want is the bitcoin I paid for but now that the market is falling I don't know what the hell I'm going to do. Please just get me my money now before I have to take unreasonable actions. I've emailed, called your phones, posted on this forum, posted on reddit, and PM'd you and all I've gotten is that I'm on the support list for 4/9 and its at level 2 support. That is not enough for me when it involves my hard earned money. In the words of JG Wentworth: IT'S MY MONEY AND I NEED IT NOW!! So once again here's my details:

I know your working your ass off and there's alot of issues trying to be resolved but all I'm asking is I get the bitcoin I paid for! I've used your service before and have literally gotten my bitcoin in minutes but my last order is taking way to long. I placed the order on 4/7 and now its been 3 days and still no bitcoins in my wallet. What do I have to do to get you or somebody at your company's attention?  I've emailed, called the number, posted on here, posted on reddit and still NOTHING!!! I've given you my info several times through PM and on the forum and you put me on the 4/9 support list which you said is at level 2 support but still I have NOTHING! Where's my money? Honestly it just feels like I'm getting robbed when I have seen my money in three days...even after you've said its being worked on. URSAY, I posted on here earlier about never receiving my bitcoin that I paid for on 4/7 and I still haven't seen any response to my problem. I want to get on a support list or get a ticket opened up but how do I know that will happen if I don't get any type of response. Bitcoin was around $160 at the time of purchase. I used Bitinstant to ZipZap to send coings to my bitcoin address. I paid the moneygram at 6:00 pm CST on Sunday April 7th and still haven't received my bitcoins as of today. Please help ASAP!!!
