Lent 0.1 btc, the guy did not repay a penny ...

I just had the same issue with their API. I just sent 0.433 btc to this blockchain generated address (1G25oJLqHDJWeYuvV2gofiH81bueFvZyj3) but they never hit my wallet ...

Guys, I have some good news. I ordered a chargeback with American express on the preorder amount and I won. I am currently proceeding with a money claim to recoup the rest of the money I paid for the order. I really advise everyone to do it, we will have a lot more weight if a lot of people do claims.

They missed their target shipping date of the 31st of July by far. We have clearly a case to get our money back.

In my case, they even cancelled my order against my will.

Hi Guys,  I tried to do a chargeback to recoup part of my money but no luck so far.  The money had been frozen by PayPal but I still received nothing.

I have now initiated a court claim via the money claim online website.  I also contacted the UK Trading Standards and Action Fraud to report the situation.

I really advise everyone to do a court claim online.  The Consumer Citizen Advice Bureau told me to do this.

Personally, I decided to file a court claim to get my money back.

Do not pay a penny to these guys. All we will get is a worthless piece of hardware in the best case scenario.

Hi Guys, I think our chances to get our Vipers now look very slim as the 15th of July is in 9 days and still no news of Alpha Technologies.

In case they do not deliver, we will need to engage in a class action to try to get a refund, and I think the earlier we start the process, the better.
