Not all but majority of them unfortunately.  But nobody can disagree Luckyfish is probably the worst!
I am sure this casino won't be worst than 1xbit but their possibly disastrous to the extent nobody can disagree, the question is now why did some people still use their service in spite of all the shady and scam activities done by the casino? Are some gambler that naive?

They write lots of fake reviews and not many people know bitcointalk, i think lots of people discover this site after being scammed. Sad reality.

In the early days, we have some casinos that become so popular now already, and they started without a license IMO, but still people trusted them, they risk their money by gambling to their platform, so it's more on the reputation that really matters but since the market has expanded and good competition has been created, license is now necessary in order for site to compete with others.

Licenses are needed only to authenticate how genuine their business is and whether it is actually located at the place which is stated there. People risk their money in all the casinos where they get some freebies or bonuses and they are too lazy to check about any license available on that casino or not. We must boycott websites without license because that is the only way we can stop scams.

I don't agree. Licenses are a way for the government to make additional money on the side. They are already earning money when the casino pays its taxes, but licenses give them a secondary source of income from license fees. The government doesn't care if the casino is a scam or not and is not going to audit it prior to issuing a license. All that matters is if the books are in order and all fees are paid. They don't even verify location, because online businesses only need a mailing address and this is usually done by renting out a mailbox in an office building.

I  disagree, when a site has a license is most likely that a casino tries to solve an issue, site without a site don't care. like luckyfish. They have been accepting minors, scamming people with very rigged games , and poker rooms filled with their own players and they inhouse games are the most rigged in the industry and what happens to them when they scam people??? NOTHING!!!  You sound like u own a casino with not license and defend the category but as player is more reassuring  if  a site a license especially a good one. Costa rica or Curacao ones don't really count either those are not worth take it anyway.

100%  they are really struggling now after scamming so many people.Better stick with sites with a credible reputation, they burn their bridges thinking people do not read reviews of speak about them. They keep writing fake reviews but they lost their reputation now.  As you said much better site and mostly honest.
Yup, that's all those victims have to do and those who have read the fake reviews and threads like this. They've been warned and they have an idea what it's like to gamble there.
Genuine experiences will help others to decide to just stop.
I guess that is a part of their business, to selectively scam their users, which is very common to hear in gambling insdustry.
I've never gambled there but with those experiences, you can say that it's a must to avoid them.
Real experience from real players would really be enough that this site should really be avoided and there are lots of gambling sites in the past that had bite on the dust
due to this very reason.
Exact and on point.

I totally agree with you.

Hopefully people will not touch luckfish.io as its is clear now they are the biggest scammers in the web.

Luckyfish is saying that they are getting the license from day one, actually when they launched it they said they had a license. Now they are struggling with poor kids  playing for faucets and the ramdon player who makes the mistake to sign in to then leave straight after because is now known what is this casino.  Worst in the net.
Having a bad experience with them already gives you a reason to move on and get out from them and never go back.
I agree with jawhead that you should withdrawal your funds and gamble in another site. Don't wait until something happens to your account like unable to withdraw your funds or account get locked. Let's just say you are lucky not to get scammed or something like that unless you are banned kn chatting only even if it's unfair on your end.
Yes, that's already a sign of a red flag and just avoid them. There is a lot that's much better than them.

Never heard of this site before to be honest. Weird thing is that the gambling sites whose names start with lucky usually end up as scams and Luckyfish seems to be a scammy site too based on what some posters above posted.

Coming to the issue itself, chat bans happen for a plethora of reasons(fair and unfair) in all kinds of sites which is why the issue you brought up is pretty common and trivial and easy to resolve op.

This site is 100% scam. they operate with no license and accept minors. They were operating in the Uk and they got caught  now their IP is banned! Its all over the internet that is 100% scam , people should check reviews before throwing their money to scammers.
@ciccia, not having a license of a casino does not directly make casino or gambling a scam but license are required by the gambling site just put their platform in the spotlight and to show to their visitors that they will be fair with their game, provided good security, safety, and even quality of service.
Meanwhile, the site in subject cant be shady like 1xbit which also banned from the UK but still managing to scam people till now.

I think will agree with you on that.

In the early days, we have some casinos that become so popular now already, and they started without a license IMO, but still people trusted them, they risk their money by gambling to their platform, so it's more on the reputation that really matters but since the market has expanded and good competition has been created, license is now necessary in order for the site to compete with others.
You make a good point because the online casino business is bombarded with scam casino abusing gamblers trust just like we have seen during the season when ICO was the most used initial offering but there are trusted casino on this forum that didn't have license though I read some days ago that they are planning to get it.

Maybe you misunderstand my stance about this casino, I understand the casino is worse every since they falsely claim they are a member of the crypto gambling foundation and have a Curaçao license but what I am saying is that is not every casino that doesn't have a license are a scam.

Not all but majority of them unfortunately.  But nobody can disagree Luckyfish is probably the worst!

no comment on the scam accuse above because i havent tried the site my self and i dont easily believe on a newbie but it will be a relief to everyone else if the representative of luckybity casino will show up and responde to the complainta and suggestions .
im just concerned on the images use in this casino because it looks like childish  .
that iron man images that they used is the same to what my small cousins are watching in youtube . im afraid that kids are going to get attracted with this casino but the rest of the graphics are in high definition .

LuckyBity.com is operated by "Net games Ltd", with its registered address at: Sabana Sur, Centro Comercial Sabana Sur Local No. 111, San José, Costa Rica.

Runned in Russia! Not license and no way to find out what Net games LTD is , i really hope the representatives will reply and explain.

Its tiring to see site with not license scamming people just because they operate in dubious countries and they are there to exploit minor and vulnerable.

Ps im sorry i am newbie and only here for about one year. One day i'll get older as you do.

i registered last year and maybe i am also younger than you so i discover the site after you, not here to be believed by the oldies but to warn the believers.

I did use the site and its a scam and on top of it they will 100% exploit minors as a Russian unlicensed site will not do otherwise.

This casino is fake, I deposited $100 and play blackjack and roullete and made kind of $210.
When i try to withdraw, the website ask for 6 confirmation on the deposit, no problem, I wait and after 6 I try to withdraw again.
After a period of time, I contact them via chat on website and they told me to wait 10 confirmations...
At 10 confirmations they told me I must wait 24 hours...
After 24 hours, my account was locked...
They are RIPPERS, DON'T DONATE money to this "smart guys".

Hello

Your account is blocked because you make a deposit, set the bet and if you lose, you will cancel your deposit.

Best regards, Luckybity

My question is...How the fuck can I cancel my deposit !?
They show balance in game after the deposit gets 1 or 2 confirmations.

came to check this casino reviews and i can confirm they are 100% scam from Russia with love.

Another site to stay far.

So what's the latest update on this site?

I think to access the site but I'm stuck with this logo.

http://goosebet.io/
https://i.imgur.com/yXUeP2L.png

Is this telling that the site will anytime disappear? Some site I know are closing because they probably have made themselves rich already because of bitcoin's bull run, but they are not taking gambler's money.

the site is now close they did run with lots of people money.
This is so sad, those people do not realize how much more money they could get if they just made an honest casino that worked as intended and that had a good customer support, but no they wanted money now and they are willing to scam people, you need to make an accusation against the casino, their account still is not red tagged and I do not see any flags either, I know that now that they have run with their customer’s money this may seem useless but you need to do it in the case at some point they decide to return.

Not point o make accusation, lots of people in this forum attack ypu when u do so, the casino is literally closed now and  i am pretty sure they are running PLAYROYAL which is the same copy of goosebet.  i just hope people do not play at playroyal as is the same people of goosebet. scammers are their finest.

What is mean by IP banned? They were caught by the government or respective authrority?

Internet is full of scammers that is why we need to do enough research if we are new to any site when it is related to real money.OP was lucky that he didn't lose anything and their actions are enough to feel that it is a site not to play. Grin

Before they were visible and they were scamming people in the UK and the UK caught them and banned their IP so they can't operate any longer, they still scamming people in other countries but they won't last long as the amount of people they have scammed is resulting on people reporting them everywhere, i have read so many horror stories about this site is enough to stay away and everyone should stay away from this site. The staff there writes they own positive reviews, saw the other day their mod review in trustpilot and it was removed in 1 day as employees can't write reviews. Its scary this scammers are still operating. And btw is not a bot in the chat but a  real person and they don't want people to communicate with each other as they know lots of the winners are promoters pretending to be real players.

They would like to put blame on covid and if they are seriously doing this site for good, they should announce it before it shocks everyone that admin is quit so how many days until such time having reply of being totally in closure. This is clear enough that they don't want to runs their gambling business alive but they just want to reck gamblers' money for the benefit of their own.

A big shame to them, they are not supposed to be here if that only their excuses which are not acceptable. I just hope that they will return the deposited money to the onwers.

If they just give louse excuses about the website they will probably close down soon. I doubt they will return the money to their users because if they are really planning to do that, they could have done it already. Website is not accessible anymore and no update from the admins of the website. Users of this website should start to move on as it seems the owner already abandoned his website.

The website is still accessible, it seems that they have some in house players playing to trick other people to play. Same players night and day.  The admin told in chat that he suffered covid twice and announced the casino will close the 13 of feb.
At this point many played through their tokens or sold it for almost nothing after investing.

They are trying to scam whoever is not aware of the scam yet,and I am pretty sure the same admin and mod moved to Playroyal which is an exact copy of goosebet.

Just moving around to scam more people.

am getting 522 error on my end already. hope no one will go to their other advertised site. they should have let their players withdraw their funds first before shutting down.
it is really better to trust known and established casinos here. because those smaller ones tend to just run away with the players' money. checking this playroyal, theyve been in the business since 2019. but be very cautious going to that site if they are showing ties with this goosebet.

i am convinced they are the same people and u can bet i am going to stay away from this unlicensed site.

The admin said they could not get a license and had legal problems whats why they had to close the casino and he said he covid twice that's why he disappeared for so long, and he came back saying the casino was closing down.

Yet while he " had covid" the mod also was not to be seen in chat.

Now magically in this chat there is some random people suggesting to move to Playroyal as site that,I kid you not,is the copycat of goosebet.
Same games , same lie out and same ugly attitude of the mod.
The mod and the admin do not block this people to advertise it , which is peculiar almost like is one of them doing it undercover.

I would strongly suggest everyone not to play there, i have checked it out of curiosity and i believe they are the same people and they will try to move the few players left there.

Be safe and don't play there.

It's literally the same looks and lie out .

someone mentioned this site few time when the mod and admin disappeared when they all the withdrawals were pending for weeks and now even tough the mod and the admin are back some people are allowed to promote your site which makes me suspicious that this site is the same people of goosebet.

The site will close only on February 13. You need to be more specific. I thought the site is down right now Smiley

The casino is closing. it was closing already as almost everyone left because of the withdrawn pending and we will see if they will pay as i have no trust on thi ssite as all.

I will surely not spend a penny anymore is such a scummy site.

The 13th they will stop people betting so they will try to still make money after-what they done to people.  No shame
