This is what we could do in this situation. At least someone is trying to contact in the telegram but we could still only guess if this one is serious or not in what he/she is writing.
The only think we could see in the development is the changes of the website which could be only the attemp for the price speculations. But the fact that we have almost no volume of this coin says to us that it is useless speculation. So maybe he/she is real and after all we could see the progress in the future.   

After those serious partnerships during the tokensale, especially with the skrill - Skrill e-commerce business payment platfform that specializes on money transfers through the Internet, I was confident in this project. But as for now I could agree that this confidence is no more present in the attendence to the Helbiz. But I also agree that this project is not completely dead, besides it is not fulfill the investors expectations.

Will You try to claim them to change their ticker as this ANN was created earlier on this forum than the another`s and therefore, if I`m not mistaken, have more rights to use the ticker they`ve shosen?
Otherway it could be hard for ONE users to understand which ONE token is trading on the exchange.

This could definitely turn in the listing problems in the future.

Looks like this is resolved and the second bounty campaign started on the 2-nd of November. So project is not dead and nobody plans to leave it.
Many project now can`t collect the softcap due to the low activity of the market, but it is not the reason to close all the work that was done previously.
And if the platform is really good and demandable it will survive. Crypto jungle rules are leading the industry for now.

When is moon for XLR? I mean when the launch of the full release version is planned?

Maybe it`s not the best time for going to the CMC and paying big money for big exchanges!
As for the big community in the twitter - most of them usually aren`t so active after ICO ends.
For showing the real support from the community we could only apply for community voting process on the different exchanges. For example https://txbit.io is - the new Netherlands exchange is now conducting one.
