Hello so basically to make it clear fortunejack simply canceled a winning bet I made without giving me a reason I was betting on lightning roulette and the number rolled, I won and got a message saying my bet was not made on time so i didnt get my winnings, this has happened to me twice I got the game ids and I have been ignored by support many times until I made it public they are just now only escalating my problem to game provider to tell me the reason why I my bet was canceled and maybe my money back! In this gallery you can see all my missings tickets I opened and got insta deleted and wont even show up at ticket record and you can see fortunejack clearly admiting they refunded my bet but know the reason why it happened, so now you refund winning bets without a reason?

Hi dear player,
Your bets was canceled because our providers stopped it.
We are still waiting for their response and will update you as soon as possible.
Any news from the providers about this issue? If no, I think you should deactivate all games by the provider till the issue is solved to avoid another similar issue. It wont be good for your reputation if there are other similar issues after this one (hopefully not).
Check this link guys I waited 9 days already and fj lied to me about the provider saying they didnt have the reply while the provider had already sent them all the info, and I contacted them everyday, I found this out by contacting the provider myself:

Contacting costumer support on www.fortunejack.com made me sick since they have preset replys and you will get mad over it, I have sent over 10 tickets some of them somehow got closed without even a reply and closed in a bunch of minutes.
FortuneJack itself admitted not to know the reason why my bet was canceled and refunded, and kept ignoring me.
Adding to this I have proof of everything I just said here, and I imagine that it must have been recorded somewhere the lightning roulette session or even recorded by fortunejack itself, many people where having this issue on the time frame I got mine.
And now the final thing, I did not got this error only once, but twice, I got it once and I contacted live support and while talking with live support it happened again and still they couldnt do anything about it has they say they dont find anything wrong with my bets.

I just want to say Im already for 9 days total waiting for my money, 6 days ago they said that as it was providers fault they were going to contact provider and send me a reply, they kept me waiting until today, while the provider had already sent them the reply 3 days ago, and I contacted provider myself to prove it, here is the proofs for those who say I dont have proofs:

I am curious about this. How does player make bet, casino accept bet, player win and after that they didn't bet on time?
There should be warning message before player places bet or something like "bets are closed, wait for new round".
Did they cancel losing bets too (I assume you had some losing bets)?

They only canceled winning bets and Im for 2 days waiting for the provider reply, its being hilarious for real, and what you said is exacly how I feel, how come they accept my bet and only after tell me It wasnt on time, while I won, fortunejack doesnt even dare to reply me in here the moderator who told me to open this ticket on scam acusations with proofs, wont even reply, bunch of scammers

Please create a topic in the Scam Accusations section and provide evidence. Making claims without showing any form of proof will not be taken seriously.

Man, you are not the one who should ask that. To all: this scammer makes scam accusations with no reliable evidence, but when it comes to the casino that he promotes hard here and there, he instantly tells people that there should be reliable evidence. This two-faced scammer doesn't deserve any trust and his boosted reputation.Thanks for the support man I feel you so much
