Wow, Head of IT @cryptsy.com replies to me now? Why? Why did not you reply before
Your withdrawal was initiated less than 24 hours ago......
Isn't it funny that it took an article about a possible SEC/ABC Alphabet investigation for Cryptsy to give this guy his coins back... Too much bad press today, got to get rid of any lose ends...
Also funny my account was locked for inactivity and I can't seem to get it unlocked. A bunch of __________.

Thank you for the links, it sure was entertaining. Funny that he complains about losing his free money printing machine (prime controllers). I'm surprised it hasn't collapsed yet, maybe the whole point of it was to make money from dumping (leading to pushing people into default) and then selling the bad debt to debt collectors, its a win on all front. When you think of it, someone who knows the price will be going down (they help crashing it by dumping thousands of coins) could play the odds in their favor of making money selling the bad debts... Quite elaborate!
I don't think that's how it works. If you're on welfare it doesn't mean the rest of the world is too. And you being on welfare makes it a fairly weak insult too.
So how about you post something on topic before you get banned again.
How much of your stolen borrowed BTC did you put into Hashlets and Paycoin?
Is that the "rich kid" that argued how rich he was and how he didn't owe people money while posing in his filthy bedroom, with a 1960 mattress and a window AC unit?

Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action
The only thing I am addressing is the OP's accusation not his account information.
You're giving out information about the status and resolution of his tickets and what he is willing and unwilling to do (read that as interaction with the customer), that's personal information in case you're wondering.
There is a big difference between saying "While for privacy and security reasons Cryptsy doesn't discuss customer personal cases in public we would like to state on record that these claims are unfounded bla bla bla. We believe in the integrity of our systems and are diligently working with this users towards a resolution. bla bla bla", that's a lot different than "shaming" the customer in public saying "we told him this", "he doesn't want to do that". *If* some of what he says is true the story isn't as simple as you make it seems.
You might want to familiarize yourself with privacy laws.

Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action
This user refuses to reset his password in order to regain control of his account. If he just does a simple password reset he would have had his coins forever ago.
1. Cryptsy cant change your password they have no way to do so only users can. 2. User not wanting to do a password change generally means to me they don't control the account and cannot reset it.
So as soon as he resets his password he will have his coins its really pretty simple. He just refuses to do so, and refuses to acknowledge the fact that he forgot his password.
If this is true, then the OP seems fishy if he can't simply reset his password. I'd love to see his response to this.
The thing is I honestly believe he is who he says he is. I just think he forgot his password its never been changed, but like I said our system doesnt allow us to force a password change.
As far as his accusations about changing security on his account. He had a whitelist IP that we removed as a potential issue. The whitelist IP doesn't prevent other ips from using an account it just ensures that certain IP's don't get blocked due to high API activity.
We wont send him his DASH to an address manually because our system also doesn't allow this. Only users can withdraw users funds.
So like I told the OP in numerous tickets do a password reset. Wait the mandatory password change 24 hours and withdraw your funds.
Isn't there something in your terms about not discussing/disclosing/sharing customer account related information in public? Not sure how privacy laws are where you are but discussing customer information in a public forum is a big NO NO where I'm from and could lead to very serious consequences for a company doing it intentionally and recklessly.
In any case, one more reason to stay away from Cryptsy for me.
I don't think any of the so called shills have any worries unless they were payed employees and had control over what the company was doing.
Only about 5 or 6 people that I can think that should be worried. These are the ones whom may need to face the music after the SEC finishes their investigation.
Josh, Carlos, Jonah, Joe, Eric and Dan all must of knew what was going on to some extent and I think some of the emails that were leaked showed this.
I imagine some of them are singing like the birds in the hope that they will get a slap on the wrist, now considering in how inept Josh is you have to ask who the real players are.
Josh supplied the idea but who supplied the platform.
Are far as I am concerned they can all have jail cells next to each other.
I can think other possible witnesses possibly cooperating.. Luke, Amanda, Eric's wife (forgot her name), Evan the programmer guy and probably a bunch more. Seems like the SEC is looking into hashlets being a ponzi, whoever programmed the PNGs website probably has questions to answer.
wtf does paycoin protected even mean? protected from profitting? protected from your bitcoin or fiat? the only feature of paycoin is hyper inflated wallets owned by a few inner circle ass clowns that are so dishonest yet praised. so what protection is paycoin offering? i know protection from the floor?
It means that your email will get shared with various questionable companies that your never heard of.
But you gotta admit - he/she is doing the annoying troll act quite well. "merits no response" LOL. Would almost sound intelligent if not for the excessive commas and bad spelling.
So please tell us samiam666 - "Why do you defend Homero Joshua Garza, by claiming he is not responsible for the massive fraud he perpetrated via his GAWMiners/Paycoin scheme ?". I don't think you've answered that one yet.
Completely agree, very talented The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
i still love this one most. For some reason my favourite XPY shill has gone extremely silent a while ago, though. Only activity on his twatter are bots
Wonder if one of the alphabet agencies has anything to do with it.
To be quite frank with you guys, nobody ever said i lost a lot on xpy, in fact i got out early, scored a chargeback on my phoneystaker and am laughing all the way to the bank. And it's only a ponzi if you don't know how to play the game. I know scrypt will just "disappear" one day but until then i'm enjoying my 8 btc per month it has been paying (with a minor hiccup for a week with that power story, i honestly thought it was gone then). No risk no gain and my risk is done so all gains until it survives.
That is why you are all dumb hashtards, get your facts in order before running your mouth. You guys better get back to school before your daddy gives you a spanking
You came out on top mostly because of a charge back that you were lucky to get in the first place because they sold you a security while you thought you were buying something else.. this won't easily be replicated and to be honest if you invest with the intent of charging back then that makes you a crook and nothing else.
I have been locked out of my zencloud account for 2 weeks. I have had my account unblocked on three separate occasions after unsuccessful authenticator attempts. The google authenticator plugin (authy) on chrome and authy for ipad on my ipad for zencloud give me 2 different codes to use [at the same time] - neither of which work to authenticate my credentials and allow me to log in. I am no longer receiving a new qr code to try to create a new authenticator (?)account(?)credential(?). I need actual real support with this. Any suggestions? my userid is mfitze.
Here's a suggestion. Disable 2fa for all users - who can then reactivate it if they so choose. Why is this 2fa being forced down my throat anyway?
A GAW product taken over by a (or multiple) GAW devs, what else could be expected? GAW Devs haven't had a smooth release ever as far as I can remember, why start testing now?
The phone that i had Google Auth on has died a sad and painful death. I have setup CG Auth on my replacement phone, if i could please have the 2fa disabled for my account "enLighteN85" or direct to whom i need to contact. Thanks
That has nothing to do with account unlocking and therefore there is nothing I can do for you.
Translation: @ManofOneWay, you have to lock your account first for him to be able to unlock it, entering bad 2FA will likely do the trick (assumption on my part).
Maviator: you probably also missed the question "or direct to whom i need to contact?"
If BCI has a ZenCloud support email how about posting it and getting this shit off this thread? Maybe creating a thread with a subject and an OP that actually pertains to the problem at hand. I'm not sure if you're the actual support guy or not, not looking to shoot the messenger but getting bombarded with this crap in my inbox is starting to get on my nerve, especially when people are given half ass answers. I wish to follow this thread but don't give a shit about ZenCloud support.
Who is xmk3 and who put him in charge? I thought Jonah was hired to liquidate everything.
xmk3 is Mathew Eden I believe.. he's the tech dude we saw in the early XPY hangouts meetings (the famous hangout video about lowering the stake rate of PC). CTI (Chief Technology Officer) of BCI (BlockChain Innovation Inc.) the company mandated to phase out ZenCloud. I don't believe Maviator is part of the company. Don't you remember Josh saying Mathew this, Mathew that...
I'm going off memory, you could be right.. I'm sure if someone can track down that contract between GAW and BCI it will all make sense.
I believe Maviator was only granted access to unlock accounts, if he was behind the phasing out process he would have a lot more access than he has.
All these so called "contracts" between these inexperienced self-promoting kids hiding behind their GoDaddy web sites and online Delaware registered shell companies are not worth the bandwidth it takes to generate the status PDF's. Likewise, all these wannabe industry "insiders" with their cooked up company titles are criminals directly or by association in my opinion and should be exiled from any/all things crypto for life.
It is no secrete I place this Jonah guy in the same category and have done so since he sat there and smiled/laughed as Garza would trash talked me and others who spoke the TRUTH last fall during a few of their little video chats. I *almost* find it funny, but a little taxing on my patience, to see some of these guys here providing what some may call support or "trying" to contribute something of value to the discussion when in reality they should be with Garza behind bars.
At any rate... back to work...
Scott-
Tell us how you really feel Scott
I agree, this BCI company is just making peoples life miserable by locking up their accounts and they (BCI) know it full well... Go and ask on BCT for your account to be unlocked... Really?! Have they ever heard of emails?! Probably not, it wasn't in the contract... Makes me really want to do business with them in their future endeavors.... Think not!
