Is it true that the supra could produce 900 horsepower by adding a turbo.

Which is why it was featured as hero car in the 1st Fast n Furious.

in my personal opinion, i wouldnt push a stock internal 2jz to that amount of power and pressure, but im pretty sure it can, obvisously with some supporting mods, some supras already came with a turbo (2jzgte),
i assume youve seen a video around the internet before of a supra driving along foot down but the turbo is so big it cant spool, and the driver activates his antilag and the supra just flies away, thats the power those 2jz can have

my specialty is nissan skylines if u have any questions on those ill answer away lol

Do you still play video games? What was your first favorite game?
Was it Tetris from the 80s, Sega Street Fighter 2 or Final Fantasy 7 from the 90s, WoW or Grand Theft Auto from the 2000s, or Fornite or The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild from the 2010s?

games have died for me, or should i say maybe my will to play games has died, im not sure i feel like when i play games nowadays it doesnt have the same feeling, maybe games arent good anymore, the last game i played and felt connected to was the last of us part1/part 2, i snatched those up and replayed when they remastered number 1 and dropped number 2, but all other games i just feel dont have a good story or just dont get me stuck in the game, i stick to games like counterstrike 2 and forza 5 now,

just put say $25-$150 in to btc a week depending on how your financial status is, don't fold and sellout, and be happy in the end.

ive looked at the trezor and read about it I would prefer to go for one of those, but the price they're like 300$ in my country it kind of deters me but i shouldn't be stupid, high price must come with a better quality build right?
That's almost double the price of a Safe 5... Did you get it from an "official reseller" of Trezor?
- Their overall build quality is better than Ledger, but compared to their previous generation, it has slightly decreased (I already have "a couple of chipped parts" on my Safe 3).

if ur price is usd then being almost double is absolutely correct, usd2nzd

Re: How to hold Bitcoin for long term without being tempted to sell.

Holding Bitcoin for the long term without being tempted to sell is very difficult it requires a combination of mindset, strategy, and security measures to be able to hold for a very long period of time, below are some measures that will help you.

1. Backup funds.
Make sure you have an emergency, reserve and float funds, this funds will help you when ever you are in an emergency and you don't have finance which is what is needed, instead of dipping hands into your Bitcoin by selling it you can just use your backup funds to settle the emergency.
Having a backup funds will reduce the emotional pressure to sell during market downturns also.

2. Develop a Strong Conviction.
Understand that Bitcoin investment is one of the best investment right now in the world and holding Bitcoin for long term will be more profitable, and always remind yourself that Bitcoin is still growing and selling now means you have lost the future benefit of enjoying the big price.

3. Set a Clear Time Horizon.
Make up your mind and decide how many years you want to hold your Bitcoin if it is 5, 10 or 20 years, and tell yourself you will reach that time you have set for yourself, see your Bitcoin as an investment.

4. Surround Yourself with Like-Minded People.
Surrounding yourself with people who are also holding for long term are very helpful, since you are in this forum you can always visit thread where they discuss and encourage long term Bitcoin holding.

5. Stay Away from Daily Price Movements.
I'm not saying you shouldn't check the price movement of Bitcoin but don't do it daily to avoid being tempted, you may set a 10 years plan for holding and in the next 5 years you saw that Bitcoin has increased dramatically in price now seeing how big  your money is every day may tempt you to sell.
Check but once in a while.

6. Time-Locking Solutions.
Some platforms allow you to lock up Bitcoin for a specified period to prevent impulsive decisions.
This will really help you, when you have set out plan to hold for 10 years and you lock it for that 10 years you can only deposit more Bitcoin but  you cannot withdraw or sell it till that 10 years is over.

Re: Is Bitcoin just for the rich?

Not for the "rich" but for the "risk" takers..
Most people will say, “Only invest what you can afford to lose,” and yes, that’s the standard. But sometimes, if you truly believe in Bitcoin, you might go beyond the standard, just like CZ, who famously sold his house to buy Bitcoin back then.

never heard of this dude but he sounds like an absolute goat, I could imagine now he could buy thousands of houses now lol

what device similar to the nano s would any recommend for long term storage, rn i have a usb setup with veracrypt and electrum, im unsure whether my current setup is very good any recommendations or feedback are appreciated.
Considering that there are a lot of issues with Ledger products, most users won't recommend any HW that is similar to them, so you should mention similar in what sense, exactly?
- I'm not familiar with Veracrypt, so I can't comment on your current setup, but if you're looking for a HW that you can use with Electrum, you can get any of the Trezor devices (preferably Safe 3 or Safe 5).

it is impossible to even reset the device at this point because i can't see the characters to enter seed
Have you tried the solution that @dkbit98 mentioned in the latter parts of number 3 (using the phone camera)?

honestly idk to much about any of them (ledger/trezor) but like the simple look to the nano s, ive looked at the trezor and read about it I would prefer to go for one of those, but the price they're like 500$ in my country it kind of deters me but i shouldn't be stupid, high price must come with a better quality build right?

Re: do we think btc will drop again this year or next year?
by
cryptokidBTC

I'm asking cause I wanna dump a good portion of my income into a btc savings, just not sure if I should while its hit a nice 200k nzd or if it may drop down for a period and climb back up
No one will know for sure when Bitcoin will experience a decline. When you start to invest, the doubts you have can sometimes be an obstacle. You should already know that Bitcoin will only provide good profits to you if you hold it in the long term. So there is no problem if you buy now. I understand your intention to get a lower price for buying, but such a strategy should rely on you having a large capital. It's okay if you wait for Bitcoin to drop, that situation will definitely happen. But I am not sure how deep the decline will be and when it will happen.

thank you sir, my favorite reply I've gotten, I feel everyone thinks I'm wanting to buy when it drops, as if I'm expecting it to drop again, I don't expect it to drop, it could, but I'm definitely not relying on it dropping, I'm just mainly curious on what everyone's personal opinion is on what the price may do over the next few years,

If you're so concerned about the drop then you should wait for dips, there is no use in being in hurry anyway.
Investment should be made wisely, spend more time learning about bitcoin and wait for the dips, the disadvantage will be missing the rally but its better than losing the money if you're so concerned about the drawdown.

From my experience there's always dips to get in.

But the problem for newbies, if they are worried about the price going down and don't have the courage to invest now, will they have the courage to buy in when bitcoin corrects or enters a bearish phase? It's true that rushing doesn't help but I think for those who are still worried and don't dare to invest at the current price. That means they are not ready to invest, and if they are not ready, they will be less likely to invest when the price of bitcoin falls.

In my experience, because bitcoin is very unpredictable and anything can happen. Therefore, beginners should only invest when they are truly ready and only invest the amount of money they can afford to lose. And it sounds like OP isn't ready.

your not wrong, but i wouldnt say im in any rush, i definately have the courage, i would say im 50/50 maybe pushing 60/40 60 being im ready 40 being im not ready, thanks for your reply

If you have a short-term perspective and you've already made some profit, why not withdraw some portion just not to miss the opportunity to take a profit while in an uptrend?

im looking to get a bit of btc with my weekly pay or buy monthly with weekly saving and constantly stash btc away in a wallet for 20years + hopefully be able to buy a house with it at some point
