Blockchain Exchange Ltd is looking for an experienced Backend Developer and Server Administrator to join their new Malta- and Swizerland based Blockchain project.

About the SYSADMIN AND BACKEND DEVELOPER role
With a product development team based in Finland, the SYSADMIN AND BACKEND DEVELOPER will be working initially with one other developer in the Mriehel office, creating a Malta team. The team will be liaising closely with the product development team in Finland to create, develop and maintain state of the art products and online services and deliver a second to none, state of the art, user interface experience to both desktop and mobile users.
In addition to the technical experience required, the right candidate shall be a real “geek” when it comes to software development. Someone who likes to read, learn and try new technologies, and to stay abreast with the latest development would be an ideal candidate for this role. Technical Requirements & Job description

Solid understanding of general programming principles
Ubuntu Linux administration skills
Chef and Docker deployment scripts
Shell scripting / Perl / Python
Apache configuration, SQL based rdbms admin
SMTP / POP / IMAP email server setup
Intrusion Detection Systems
Server hardening, penetration testing
Twin key cryptography on Java
Avro binary encoding
Node js

Personal Attributes, Skills & Qualifications

Degree in IT or equivalent
Strong teamwork and communications skills
Problem solving attitude towards technical and business challenges
Interest or basic knowledge of blockchain technology
Provide expertly written, reusable code
The right applicant for this role must be able to communicate fluently in English
Previous experience of working within an agile environment would be considered an asset

Mi serve fare un bonifico da iban a me dedicato per validare un conto e il conto da dove parte il bonifico lo vorrei caricare in crypto.

Stiamo lavorando a una soluzione. Grazie al fatto di avere una licenza come Payment Institution europea, in pratica il tuo wallet c/o il nostro exchange sarà associato a un IBAN univoco e ,soprattutto, nominativo, per cui il withdrawal dall'exchange sarà letto dalla banca beneficiaria come un bonifico proveniente da conto a te intestato.

Prima di scatenare troppe emozioni, voglio precisare che siamo a 3-4 mesi dalla realizzazione effettiva, anche se i pezzi del puzzle sono già tutti al loro posto

I have been trying to contact support since Jan 3 regarding a EUR wire that was sent from Kraken to my bank and rejected due to a sudden change in their 'crypto policies'. I provided full SWIFT details of the return, however they have simply ignored my support requests except for one Mario almost 1 week ago who wrote to say they needed more details to which I provided the SWIFT details
Do they have any other form of contact other than the useless support site? Phone number? A real office?

Hi cryptopayments. We do not offer phone support. Please don't call numbers that you find online, because they will most likely be a scam. I'd suggest escalating your ticket using /forms/2VolutBY6HBGJRRA3]this form. Thank you for your patience.



Well I have escalated my ticket, I have received replies confirming that funds were 'located' then they had to be added manually by a 'technician', however I am still waiting for MY money to be credited to MY account. Maybe you don't offer phone support quite simply because you are unable to manage a half decent customer service? You have not stopped new registrations but claim 'workload' as an excuse to hold clients' funds. Your support agents ( no matter their 'level') reply once or twice and then disappear. This is what kills crypto, amateurs handling money!
I am waiting, for the record, since Jan 4, that's over 3 weeks. Shame on you Kraken
