I wrote to support, it replied that issue will be investigated, than passed more than a week and asking the status on the issue I got no reply. In a few days I wrote again, and again no answer.

Don't use this service if you don't want to lose your money. These guys are absolutely incompetent.

If you search web, you'll find a lot of similar complains on accounts getting locked and people's funds actually being frozen.

Don't use this service if you don't want to lose your money. These guys are absolutely incompetent.

Anyone asking to build a product for their business needs would obviously want to know about team skills and who is actually behind it.

Err... according to roadmap in ANN, releasing the whitepaper is the last step of this project...  Sounds pretty logical, isn't it?

Well, I'm glad I didn't invest in the end. Devs stopped answering questions here, seems just disappeared.

Price tanked just after presale. Devs sold it for 0.40 and 0.45 btc, which now amounts to about 4206 USD. And current MN worth is 19 USD  

Very nice profit, indeed. For devs. And investors will hardly ever get their money back at this point.

Devs, what is the role of CMC coin on your platform? What value does it have aside from running a MN?

Some concerns, looking forward to your answers:

1. Currently you have only 3 members in the project? 2 developers and 1 finance/marketing? Not enough at all to create a hardware wallet,
for comparison - Trezor wallet's page lists 21 team member, and you aim to create a wallet 'far better than Ledger Nano S and Trezor'

Seems you plan to expand the team, what is the planned staff? And according to roadmap, in Q3 you will be 1. expanding 2. building and updating web and mobile wallets - all simultaneously,
and in Q4 you already have a hardware wallet. Not very realistic.

2. Your whitepaper states that you already 'added unprecedented levels of protection' into your HW. Do you have a security expert in your core team? Why he/she is not listed?

3. If you are building a hardware wallet, why your webpage is only about masternides? Lol... The only mention is in a roadmap.

4. Wifi and sim card support won't make your device more secure, on the contrary it makes it more exposed. You stated it yourself: "The best way to keep your key safe is to limit its exposure to the internet",
but you provides possibility of constant internet connection.
The whole point of hardware wallets' security is that they are offline, and that is why Ledger and Trezor are most secure currently - the only moment when the go online is when they are connected to PC which is connected to internet.

5. the more device is sophisticated, the more it's vulnerable, and you aim to add a whole bunch of complex stuff - wifi, sim card, QR, GPS support and 400 different currencies which require support of huge amounts of different protocols and standards. How do you plan having 'the most advanced level of security' mixing this altogether?

6. Your whitepaper is 3 pages without team members and only mention of your company is that it's founded in United Kingdom.
Considering your high aims your whitepaper looks very lame, not even roadmap is added there. Also, seems you are not hiding your faces, why then hiding your company profile?

If you are serious team with serious intentions, then would like to know more info about team members and company, skills and previous experience.

7. And the last - what is the role of your coin? how is it connected to building a hardware wallet? and for what reason do you require masternodes?

- how do you plan to build your initial customers/designers base? It's not yet clear for me, what advantages they receive from using this service, instead of currently popular platforms. Crypto needs additional efforts to learn how to use it, there is price fluctuation and it's quite far yet from a mainstream. So I see it's a difficult task to attract large audience if crypto-payment is the only choice on the platform

Like the concept and how your website and whitepaper are composed, proves your team has creativity and you actually put some effort into it.

Though your roadmap ends 15.07.2018, which is not far away. Do you have longterm plans? And would like to know in more details how exactly will your coin be used on the portal,
nor much information on that.

- will DSN coin be the only mean of payment on the portal? what if customer wants to pay with fiat?
- how customers should get DSN coins? will there be fiat/crypto exchange option available?
- how you'll protect designers from large coin price fluctuation? f.e. when designer listed his/her work, total coins value was 100 usd, when customer bought the work, designer gets coins amounted to just 50 usd
- how do plan to resolve disputes when customer is not satisfied with result, or problems with payments?

it's all said in description - you'll give your hardly earned 2500 usd for "entertainment purposes" of developers  

Tired of these lame projects. Come on, really, your website gives almost no info, roadmap is literally empty, your whitepaper (yeah, I read it) - a page with overall description of crypto
"Satoshi Nakamoto bla-bla-bla limitless potential bla-bla" and "we will make a platform for Entertainment industry!"

no info on what EXACTLY you offer, what improvements you suggest, and HOW do you plan to achieve it.

Wanted to just tell that similar to what you propose already exists and offered by big and serious companies who doesn't hide anything, for a very small price.
