I placed several bets on DuckDice and they were showing as lost after Hubert Hurkacz retired due to injury, Casually I bet the same thing in Winamax and it appears void. I assumed the losses due to their conditions until 1 hour later I talked to a friend and he told me he bet $60 on DuckDice and their winning bet was void.
I asked support, they asked for screenshots, and they told me that my bet is lost because Hurkacz lost 2 sets but my friend's winning bet is VOID because Hurkacz retired.
We did not bet live, the official result is abandonment due to injury. And there are only two possible scenarios: assume Hurkacz lost and mark as losses the lost bets and pay out the won bets, or assume Hurkacz retired and mark as VOID all the betse. It's extremely unfair, dishonest (a SCAM!) to mark as losses bets that would have been lost but mark as void bets won on the same event.

The support can't help you because their security team are probably the only ones capable of releasing accounts. Once you contact their security team it could take a few hours for your account to get unlocked.

i don't really like this rule that if a match is abandoned or canceled the bet is void, on other betting sites there are other rules(maybe better?) but since they are written clearly we have to accept them, we can also bet on ufc / mma events?...
Of course the bet will be void. The game is already canceled so it is normal that the bet will be voided and return to the gambler. It is just not normal if the bet will not be recovered by the gambler. You should report this on the support of the gambling website if you are really having a problem into this.
The match was NOT abandoned or canceled, it was finished by the MLB and Atlanta won 7-5, the ambiguous and "special" interpretation of their rules is the problem.

It sucks to be on the wrong side of a rained out game, but your ticket was graded properly since it went 2/2 and not 3/3:

The frustration and anger of the OP is evident, every scammer has a point of no return, where it is more convenient to keep the money than to return it, and that point crossed. For them their website has lost all credibility, it's clearly a selective scam, and they will not return the money unless you find expose and report them. Good luck with that

I had the funds withheld in Kraken, by not wanting to verify my account they simply allowed me to withdraw my money and close my account. It is logical and fair. Excuses for not returning the money is surely a scam.
If you want help with the legal dispute in Belize I can help you get a lawyer to visit them.

I contacted the voyager administrator in telegram to know why they have hacked me and offered to be part of the scam!. I do not want to be involved in this kind of obvious scams (he has recognized that privately), I want to make it clear that my account is not part of that scam, that I was hacked by those hackers and that they have used my account in bad faith.
Be warned is very serious that this type of scams act with impunity and leave us in bad place to those who believe in cryptocurrencies.
