Read this topic and you will know that "the" CoinPot support department is nonexistant. All mails to CoinPot Support are ignored.

The CoinPot admin is a thief: he stole the 0.00157 btc that I tried to withdraw. And several other users have reported in this topic that CoinPot does not send their withdrawals.

Good luck getting access to the coins they owe you...

Coinpot never sent the 0.001 btc transaction, and never responded to my support request about it.

Yesterday I've requested a withdrawal of 0.00057000 btc to my XAPO wallet, and clicked on the link in the confirmation e-mail. The amount was subtracted from my CoinPot balance, and the transaction got marked as PENDING. After less than 24h, the 'PENDING' status was removed, but the amount never arrived in my XAPO wallet.

Read this thread, and you'll see that many CoinPot customers share this experience: they withdraw money, but CoinPot DOES NOT SEND the transactions. And the anonymous owner/admin does not answer to support requests. For these customers, CoinPot is effectively a SCAM.

My advice: don't use Coinpot, it cannot be trusted. Stay away!

I finally received the 10k satoshi provisional balance, 8 days after it was supposed to be paid.

chopcoin.io , you promised to credit 10k satoshi provisional balance to those who wrote a response here. And that you would pay out on Sun. 13 August 2017.

But you did not pay me, even though I wrote a response.

You broke your promise.

Then on 14 August, you wrote "We credited the provisional balance!", but you did not credit my balance. So that was not true either.

What kind of admin are you? You ignore my posts and my ticket. I've sent in my chopcoin username. But HPrivakos closes my ticket. WTH?

Stop ignoring me, and pay me the 10k satoshi !

Nope. My provisional balance was not credited. I sent an email to support @ chopcoin.io mentioning my posting and my chopcoin username on 2017-08-13 at 0:02h UTC +02.

Another thing: Your "Flying Bombs" game mode for the faucet playground does not work properly. Try it, please.

I did the withdrawal; however "Coinpot" did not send the money. They simply removed the "pending" status and pocketed my 0.001 btc. 16 days and counting...

Conclusion: Coinpot.co is scamming some of its customers by not paying out.

My 0.001 btc withdrawal was never sent either. I requested it on 12 July, clicked the link in the confirmation e-mail within the hour.

It's now 12 days later, and still nothing.

I've sent an email to support@coinpot.co about this matter today.

If nothing happens, I will consider "Coinpot" a scam too.

Good call. The fake exchange site was delisted from coinmarketcap.com on 11 Nov 2014, after several people reported the fraud.

It is possible to report a fraudulent business to econsumer.gov, although I think they will not tell you what -if any- action has been taken...

By the way, the AskCoin Twitter account is spam city.
