This days paypal have strong antifraud system and if you want start to accept payments as goods/service you must provide correct tracking info to every paypal transaction. Some people can't provide any tracking info and within 2-3 days after payment as goods/service received paypal account can be limited. To avoid this i'm offer you tracking service. My account verified now, but when i try to transfer money from Bitcoin Account Balance to my Bitcoin wallet i get this error:

I have try to send different amounts, not works, always get this error.

So don't advice anyone withdraw money from paypal to ecoin card because ecoin/wirex ugly, scammer company which never protect their users. They also don't have any contact phone.

You are WRONG in every statement and accusation you are making - accounts have to be verified in order for PayPal loads to be enabled, otherwise, the BANK (not E-Coin or Wirex!!) blocks the amount until the account is verified - this is a compliance security practice.

This is a relatively recent change, but has been communicated via various channels - if you failed to read it, doesn't mean you have the right to blame anyone.

My friend used your service more then 180 days. His account UNVERIFIED. Before bank problem he withdraw from paypal 700-900 euro every several days using virtual euro card from your service. But now you have problem with your bank that's why you put new terms.

The worst in this situation is your relationship with clients. Your support can reply once per week. so if anyone have problem he must wait week or more. So no need to lie that every account must be verified to get payments from paypal.. Nobody don't do this before.. BUT ALL MUST DO THIS NOW!

I got money from paypal. When i try to buy Bitcoin i get this message:

Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted

It's new way to hold users money? You have so many issues. horrible service!!!!
