Thanks for your reply! Can you give me a couple examples or leads? And what do you mean by investing in bitcoin? Just buy and hold BTC and watch it appreciate?
Investing means maybe you understand well and if you don't understand then understand. Investing doesn't mean that I buy a coin and then sell it when the price goes up, it's something like that, but if you say it for Bitcoin, it has to be seen in a different way. If you can afford to buy and hold bitcoin regularly from a portion of your income for a long period of time, why would it give you such a positive return on investment? To invest means to buy or hold something.

You are right that he changed his password recently through email but  I noticed that he has the habit to always change his password. That is not even the matter to me but I do not like someone that joined this forum before 2018 but does not receive just a single merit. I hope this will change this time.
I think what you said is normal because it is normal for one to change his id password for security. Again, the matter may be like this, many accounts are sold, those who buy them change their passwords, they come to the forum and are victims of various types of mistakes and plagiarism. Again, the posts do not match. The previous posts and the current posts are completely different. If it appears that account It is called password change because everything has changed hands but changing password after some time is a different thing like you and I can do it and give strong password for our security it seems normal to me. They can't be blamed until they catch a problem.

This seems to be a recurring question. I havent sold my account to anyone nor ever had those discussions. Simply lost access to my old emails (some where business emails that I no longer have). I used lastpass this time so im hoping to be here to stay!

I know you probably read this over and over again and you seem more Altcoin oriented but why do you not Dollar Cost Average a Cryptocurrency with a stable Price that at least has a history of not dying in the last 5 years or more?  My opinion is that you are much better off starting now rather than waiting more to find the perfect opportunities and Cryptocurrencies to invest in, only to likely find yourself disappointed by some of them and realizing it would have been much better for you to simply say 'GO' and start already.

My sole opinion however.  Take it as you will.  That little stash can be accumulated little by little, just like a wall built by bricks.

Thats a good point I actually started my journey again and picked up a small amount of Solana!

Welcome back but sorry to burst your bubble about DeFi, if you are ever see some true potential on it of making passive income then that's good for you.

But most of the bad news that I have seen there is that they're not good as what you're optimistic about. Maybe when you're able to make some money there, take it out and move elsewhere like holding stronger/strongest crypto in the market that you are good to hold with like Bitcoin, ETH or any other you're biased with.

And while you do that, you can work on for yourself or try to source more crypto by doing jobs and getting more capital for you to be able to buy more crypto and increase your holdings. Good luck.

Appreciate you very much! Thanks for taking the time.

Hey chat, I have been a member of this forum for many years. Primarily as a lurker. Looking back at it, I have had major FOMO for not holding on to my crypto positions from back in the day. I currently hold $0 in crypto but would like to get my journey going again, and obviously, this forum has always been a wealth of resources for me. Just wanted to say hello again and if anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to get my crypto journey started again, I would really appreciate it! Currently looking to reinvest in DeFi, get some passive income and potentially build my little stash again! Thanks and I look forward to rebuilding some positive relations on this forum!
Welcome back to this forum, OMG you are an old member of this forum since 2013 that's crazy I wonder you must have lot of BTC although that must not be correct too, just most of people like me think if a person is from the early era he/she must have lots of BTC accumulated. Anyway I am glad you are back after a long time (Like last time you were active on May right) so technically not so long and If I am not wrong you also make a similar post like this before right?

So what's taking you away from the forum, I mean I also don't post sometimes but I don't take such long breaks from the forum and visit it more than once in a month and nowadays I am active. I wonder why you keep coming back to it, what's on your mind I know you must be expecting any sources from us but I am looking forward to get more from you hehe.

i regret not holding my thousands in BTC from back in the day! Doing calculations of how much my wallet would be worth is literally heartbreaking. I appreciate your positivity! Hopefully we can cross paths in the future.

Well this is interesting! I have family in the island and definitely have a couple stashed here at the house. Who doesn't enjoy a great Cuban cigar! Are you located in the states? Perhaps I can help out. Currently have Romeo & Julietas. Can likely get some Cohibas as well. Island situation is ever changing recently!

DeFi projects can give you a good income as long as the price of Bitcoin increases and more investors join, they are in the jungle taking loans or investments and giving you profits from them, but things will change a lot when the prices start to fall and you may lose all your investments. Instead of investing in pools, it is better to buy a coin whose protocol supports POS and better than all of that, focus on investing in Bitcoin.
DeFi projects and their staking programs are like Ponzi. If money flow is no longer positive and considerable enough to lift token prices up, the Permanent Loss will gradually appear and become very big. In DeFi and Staking, if you are not early participants, risk of getting loss is bigger than chance of gaining profit.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. Impermanent loss seems to be the biggest counter and negative to staking and Defi programs! Appreciate the knowledge.

Investing in bitcoin means to buy and hold bitcoin. But as bitcoin has increased very significantly, you can wait until the next bear market is about to end. Bear marker could begin in the end of 2025/2026. Or you can just start with DCA now.

This account has been inactive for 5 months and just recently had the password changed, returning with a different posting habit. I suspect it to have changed hands, to help that, can you sign a message from an old bitcoin address that was posted by this user, preferably 2+ years old?

About your question, if you have the capital, then Bitcoin is a reliable investment option. Some people will want to try staking since you're talking about passive income, but I do not recommend. If you're lacking in capital, you can market a skill and get payment in bitcoin to build your stash.

Hi Upgrade, I realize that, this is why I introduced myself again and happy to do that. How do I go about signing a crypto message? My main ETH wallet has been active for many years. I'm happy to answer any questions to legitimize myself with the community. I appreciate you raising this concern and engaging with my post!

Thank you. I was looking at Solana as a potential investment as I believe the upside to be incredibly high. Also considered BTC as a vehicle since clearly it has been the flagship. I remember when I could literally mine BTC from my laptop back in the day. My first BTC sale was when it got to $500 and I thought I was a trading guru lol.

If you have previous graphics or a description of what you can do, you can create another topic to display it and make this topic for discussions.

Will you use AI tools to create graphics or will you modify them?

Finally, since the service is free, you can accept donations or paid offers for those who want a set of images.

Cool I appreciate your feedback! Graphics will be AI generated! Fun project if someone needs or wants something cool done I can try to bring it to life, and also help sharpen my skills.

I have not checked their Terms and Conditions about why they would like KYC to be sent before closing an account

BCGAME asked him to complete KYC verification, but he couldn't finish it. So, he asked them to lock his account and give him the balance, which led to the rejection. If he had asked to close his account and withdraw the balance before his account was flagged, it would have been different. But because they asked for KYC before his request, he'd have to comply with it.

I do not know about what happened in your case therefore can you explain if they wrote to you to explain why they declined your documents?

He used his "driving license," which, according to live support, isn't accepted by BCGAME as a valid form of identification. This isn't just specific to his account; it applies to all accounts created. You can't use a permit or driving license for KYC; you'll need to provide a passport or a valid government issued ID, instead but @factor280 has none and thats what is dragging his case.

This is not true. I provided them with my social, which is another form of id here, my expired passport, my drivers license, they just want me to provide an ACTIVE [passport. Thats the only thing they are accepting.

I don’t actually think you’ll get the necessary help and assistance you require with just this post as you’ll need to explain further or better show some more proves of what you’re actually facing and I believe BC. games already have a representative here and it will be more easier for you to get your solution in their Ann thread.

Judging from what OP have said above your comments, you will agree with me that he has already contacted the BC game representatives on the forum and they have not respond to him.

Update today no reply from any of the forum reps, nor the AAN. Support still has me redoing kyc as it keeps getting reset, to no avail. Still no immediate solution provided.

@factor280, if they are rejecting your drivers license as ID, get a different ID and try it. By right, since you created that topic till today, the BC's representative on the forum is supposed to have given you a positive response.

Already sent them my government Id as well and that was also rejected.

Apparently they are stuck on me sending my passport. Ill renew it now. Takes about 2 weeks. Guess I have no other choice.

In the generic sense I am against any online entity asking for KYC (casinos, exchanges, etc) because of the risks involved if/when they get hacked and because of the dangers of legal personal identification documents being sold on the black market and shared between criminal gangs.

Having said that, if any entity requests KYC in order to continue using their services they should at the very least allow those customers that do not want to continue being their customer the opportunity to withdraw their funds before closing the account. I am unsure how BC Game operate in this respect therefore maybe someone more informative will address this.

Hello, been with BC for over 5 years, level 66 user. Today I was asked to provide KYC verification. Did everything possible and no one could help me out after the automated system failed. Please I need to get this issue resolved. Can someone help me out here please?
the same situation because I am a member of various casino sites, most of which are not accessible in my country, where it is difficult to access or verify KYC. have you used a VPN for KYC verification?
in my opinion because some casino sites are not accessible in my country, I use VPN to be able to access and verify KYC, although the risk of being hacked or blocked is high, .
There are only a few sites that still don't allow any of this because they have their own views on this, so doing everything in consultation is always beneficial for both parties

I asked BC.Game to close my account and let me withdraw, they said they couldnt without kyc first. Been trying to verify, have sent all my documents, all of them coinciding since im a legit person obviously, and they havent been good enough to let me verify as of yet.
