if i could give you a hint, there are some regulamentated STP-ECN brokers on UK that give 0.8 - 0.5pip of spread with quite same
leverage and not need lot of fund 4 open account.
so your robot will be more efficent on scalping the 5 min patterns with a better spread.

for the rest, with your answers i understood that you know what u do.

*the leverage that use is 1:100, i see 0,01 lot on EUR/USD with 14$ of margin. Do you know the risk of using leverage with small funds?

*what is the spread ask/bid of your metatrader4 broker ? probably from 1 to 2 pip? 

*did your expert advisor (aka forex robot) system take care about forex news when volatility could have variations over 50 pip in a minute?

*is it a martingale system as a lot of robots do? (danger danger danger)

this is a real account that is started from:
05/03/2013 with 40$, on the same day he refund it with a new deposit of 60$
on 06/03/2013 he refund it again with other 3  deposit of 500$ and 400$ 71$
on 12/03/2013 he refund other 3 times with 30$ and 100$ 5$
on 20/03/2013 he refunt 2 time with 500$ 150$
on 21/03/2013 he refund with 200$

so now if u speedly see the final chart, its look like he gained a lot..... but isn't true
the line is like this beacause he refund a lot his account... not from gains....

AND if u see carefully at the end of the statment it say that actually he have 10 positions opened with a active loss of -193$

so on a total gain of 226 he is actually loosing -193 if he close the positions.... so in a month 33$ of gain.

why we have to trust something like this?

hello guys, just an info for solo mining...

the photon pool didn't responde, so, have started solo mining for 1st time..im a noob on it...
So have well read all the solo-tutorials on proper section/prev posts and well, run all ok.

so with my 2,1hmz after some hours, for big lucky, the low-right popup message of wallet told me that near 32000 (if i remember good) pho was credited to wallet.....
but only the popup message told this cause, when go to see the wallet, no transations and of course no pho accredited...
and now is 2hour of wait after the popup message....

what thing i need to threw on the ground?

ammetto che il mio post era troppo semplificativo e forse potrebbe deviare da cio' che andrebbe realmente fatto per dichiarare in maniera corretta le nostre beneamate plusvalenze..
i commercialisti non sanno ancora che pesci pigliare tolto forse rari casi, se il topic e' partito a luglio 2011 e ancora oggi non c'e' una risposta esaustiva, un motivo ci sara'...
sono nuovo nell'ambiente bitcoin/fisco, ma qualcosina mastico nel settore forex/fisco..
probabilmente l' unico modo per fare rientrare plusvalenze piccole o grandi giustificandole correttamente e' applicare lo stesso metodo dichiarativo
che si usa quando operi sul forex con broker estero e regime dichiarativo.

quindi: cronologia degli scambi btc/usd dell' exchanger, estratto conto, commercialista e riquadro rw.
se e' tutto dimostrabile problemi non ne vedo, anche per cifre grosse, infondo allo stato fa' comodo il tuo 20% quindi se
sei nel giusto, non dovresti avere problemi.  -lieto fine-

se poi produci per cifre sopra i 5k e riporti in italia i guadagni allora ti do' ragione:
se per esempio hai prodotto e cambiato 10 btc in € e li hai portati sul tuo conto, il problema e' che non solo devi giustificare lo scambio
ma anche la produzione, perche' se non giustifichi la produzione per quelle cifre, nessuno potra' mai capire da dove sono spuntate...quindi, ti do' ragione si potrebbe cadere in spiacevoli gironi burocratici...
per lo stato, crei/produci qualcosa in modo continuativo vendibile per cifre superiori ai 5k annui, dovresti ivarti.

mentre invece, in via generica, se nel nostro conto spuntano fuori cifre sotto i 5k annui, per lo stato non devi ivarti,
possono essere giustificate come pagamenti per prestazioni lavorative occasionali in rete.
pagi solo il 20% come se avessi plusvalenza da scabio valuta, cronologia exchanger e riquadro rw se il bonifico proviene dall' estero.

per me, le crypto sono beni digitali e come tali, dovrebbero essere trattati in caso di controlli. ---nessun riciclaggio---.

teoria:Quando acquisti o produci un bene digitale non "centralizzato", ne possiedi completamente i "diritti"(passatemi il termine) quando ne diventi propietario. Se poi qualche pehones decide di comprartelo, buon per te.... si chiama prestazione di lavoro, e sia che produci un quadro all' anno,
sia che scrivi scorregge mentali che la gente ti paga, sempre prestazione di lavoro e'.

se vuoi vivere di mining con + di 5k € annui apri partita iva,
dichiari capacita' produttiva,  paghi le tasse sul prodotto e tutto e' alla luce del giorno, compresa la cronologia degli
scambi con gli exchangers.
se sei sotto ai 5k annui e porti € sul conto, non apri nessuna partita iva, li dichiari in altri redditi occasionali,
ci paghi il 20% come scambio di valuta e amen.

non e' una critica al post precedente, davvero, so' che il buon senso e la buona fede rimbalzano
sul muro di gomma istituzionale... risultato: qui, chi e' nel giusto, inizia a temere le istituzioni... non fasciamoci la testa subito

in questi giorno leggendo su forum vari, mi son fatto un' idea ...e' ancora, incompleta perche' devo sentire il parere di un commercialista...

saro' impreciso, e confusionario.... ma questo e' quello che ho capito, correggetemi se potete:

per il mining:
se non hai partita iva, a livello fiscale non puoi produrre guadagni superiori a 5k annui nello scambio di beni. (prestazioni occasionali)
e comunque ci paghi il "dazio" del 20% sui bonifici dall' estero all' italia.

se superi i 5k dichiarandoli come produzione saresti obbligato ad essere ivato oltre che daziato.

il problema per il mining, per come la vedo, sta' nel come dichiarare se superi i 5k perche':
per passare come operazioni finanziarie estere, bisogna dimostrare anche da dove spuntano quelle valute virtuali che hai usato per scambiare in valute reali, giustificando flussi in uscita e in entrata, ci paghi il 20%, e le dichiari sull' rw con le fatture degli exchanger.

mentre, quando dici che le hai prodotte, allora potrebbero contestare, causa probabile: produzione bene digitale e partita iva necessaria. (sopra 5k)...

vi descrivo la mia situazione, cerchero' di essere il piu' conciso possibile.

oggi ho la possibilita' di minare tutti i tipi di cryptovalute esistenti, questo significa che non sborso e mai sborsero' un solo euro dal conto verso siti di scambio. L' unico investimento e' il consumo di corrente (moderato+).
seguo forum e siti vari per cercare di capire dove posso prendere profitto minando la cryptovaluta migliore al momento migliore.
insomma il grosso lo fa' il pc, l' "ingegno" ce lo metto io. i guadagni sono buoni, costanti 24/7...

ma al momento non la vivo bene la cosa, proprio per la paura di dover sbattere contro quel muro di gomma istituzionale per
giustificare da dove provengono i guadagni.
in poche parole, mi sta' bene se devo regalare il 20% dei soldi che entrano in banca allo stato....
ma temo il  come li giustifico a fronte di un eventuale controllo che sicuramente avvera'.
