What do you mean that everybody lost their referrals? Do you mean the "Shared" column? If so, this represents the amount referrers shared with their referees. It's possible that the guy ran some incentive where he promised to share a portion of his earnings with whoever signs up through his referral link. We had some schemes of this sort on this forum in the past. Or it could be that he self-referred his own alternative accounts, but not sure what would be the point of sharing the rewards then.

I would imagine all the top affiliates have earned most of their profit long years ago, when Bitcoin was dirt cheap. I don't think this would be achievable nowadays. I think when this site was created, Bitcoin was trading for below $200. This should put things in perspective.

I Deposited 3 times then after several hours of playing I doubled my bitcoin then after 1 day I lose all my bitcoin. I disappointed to lose all my bitcoin and I created new strategy to win but didn't work and I lose my interest in freebitco.in and I think my brain I lose too. Tell me ... how to win in betting?

I lost access to my Freebitco.in account some time ago and have been trying to recover it ever since. I’ve been contacting Freebitco.in support at support@freebitco.in almost weekly, but I haven’t received any response other than the automated ticket confirmation email.
Here’s my situation:
I registered on Freebitco.in a long time ago; my user ID starts with 300000.
I actively promoted my referral link and created forum threads and even a personal website to gain referrals. At one point, I had over 100 active referrals.
I used to receive automatic withdrawals to my Bitcoin wallet.
Around 2021, I enabled 2FA, but unfortunately I lost access to my phone.
When trying to recover access, I was told that 2FA can only be disabled from the original login IP/location, but I no longer live there.
I still receive weekly emails to my registration email address with referral updates, so I know my account is still generating revenue.
I also purchased FUN tokens on the platform back in 2021.
I have several proofs of account ownership:
My Bitcoin withdrawal address
My registration email
The referral link I used
The approximate date of my last login
I’m really desperate at this point. I want to continue promoting Freebitco.in, but I can't access my account, and support hasn't helped despite numerous attempts.
If anyone here has direct contact with Freebitco.in staff or has managed to recover their account in a similar situation, I would really appreciate your help or guidance.

Sorry if i didn't explain properly that you thought i used automatic translation, it's true i'm not a native English speaker, i'll do my best to try and explain better.
My main problem is related to spins bought using reward points, there's an expired spin preventing me from rolling, i contacted the support multiple times to remove it from the system with no success.
Here's what i mean :
• When i go to WOF page you'll see that i have 206 spins (not sure why they're called free spins, i spent reward points to get them :p) :

Which is the presence of an expired WOF spin that prevents me from spinning my mail or purchased tries.

I deposited some BTC around 0.0125 BTC, I didn't know the site was offline.
The deposit showed as pending when it came back up.
I wrote a ticket to the Support (which is useless). They replied: We'll pick up your ticket soon.
Now it shows as completed. But I never received the funds in my account.
It's been almost a month and I don't think I'll ever receive it.

I sent a deposit during the downtime. Didn't know it was down.
It showed as pending after the site came back. Now it shows complete but I never got my deposit credited.
Contacted support, they said they will look into it. Nothing so far.
Anyone else having the same problem?

What's also strange is that the final number of golden tickets in Round 12 turned out to be less than before the end of the countdown.
For example, here's a screenshot showing that the total number of golden tickets was over 927k just 10 days before the end of Round 12. However, in the end, freebitcoin states that the total number of tickets is only 909k.

the 1/Day WOF free spin that you will receive if you click the browser notifications, by three days are not credited. They solve something and corrupt something else it worked for some days after a lot of time of a broken situation and now is broken again.
