Dear Sheenshane. Nothing shady here. I closed the first thread and started this one, because the first one was created without "self-moderation". Unfortunatly a scammer with too much time hijacked my thread too push his personal agenda. I am also not familiar with this board, so I misscreated one thread I could not remove as my own. By the way I am open to have an interview or what ever if a moderator or a journalist is willing to know more about my case.

It is more then a week now and meanwhile Bitcoin is pumping I still got nothing from Bitmex and my Bitcoins are still frozen.

following warning for all Bitmex users. My Bitcoins withdrawals are cancelled and suspended and I am banned from the Chat since Monday 25.05.2020 without any reason given from Bitmex so far.

Bitmex Support is not responding so far beside one guy I reached out in the Russian Telegram Chat just writing to wait for someone else responding me.

So beside writing a support ticket,
- I wrote an e-mail to support@bitmex.com
- I called the phone number: 001-800-517-3111 which appears on google when searching for Bitmex, 3 times without someone responding.
- I tried to reach staff Members directly on IRC, Telegram, Twitter without anyone responding.

The situation is very stressful for me as I don´t have access to my Bitcoins since Monday and I don´t know how to solve this issue as Bitmex is not very responsible.

Because you are insisting to help me and want me so much to work with you though I told you several times that I dont want to work with you.
You should just stop and not hijacking my thread with your personal agenda, that is why I am thinking you are a sociopath.
If you decide to post about our personal chat, please don´t forget to mention the part where you said that you are just able to unblock the withdrawals for 24 hours and not more.

Yes I have already reported his messages to a moderator. Its  just very offtopic what he is posting.

Boombl4 is obviously a scammer and want to take advantage of my situation. From the personal Chat with him it was obviously he was trying to manipulate me using deceit tactics. Some sort of a sociopath.
Unfortunately I can´t delete his posting here. Do someone know how to get rid of him? Or do I have to start a new thread with activated permissions to remove postings ?

I wrote "over" 100 Bitcoin stuck. So yes its actually 600 Bitcoins.
And I am not willing to pay Bitcoins into a Escrow for a "hidden method" to somehow get my Bitcoins released in 72 hours.
Laterwards he will try to cheat me saying he helped me although doing nothing. So here again if you manage to help me get the Bitcoins in 72 hours through your magical, secret way I am willing to pay you 15%, so its 90 Bitcoins. And 72 hours means in 72 hours and not in 3 month when I have managed to get them out myself somehow with a lawyer or somehow.

Dear gentlemand. Thank you for your advice. Yes I am already preparing to make some more noise. But still I would like to give Bitmex some more time to solve this issue. But the way how they just cancelled and suspended my withdrawals without any notification and just responding after making some noise on their reddit, is worrisome. Bitmex is a hugh company and should act appropriately.

From the conversation:
"Clause 1.8 of the Terms provides that we may freeze your account in the event that we suspect or have reason to believe you are engaged in suspicious trading or other activity or have breached any of the warranties under the Terms or any other provisions of the Terms. In accordance with the Terms, we have implemented a ban on withdrawals from your account (i.e. a partial freeze), and we reserve our right to take any further restrictive action we deem appropriate in relation to the account."

That sounds like they might do whatever they "deem appropriate".

I just got a reply from them. Would have appreciated it to receive a support answer without posting about my story here on Bitcointalk and other channels.

So my withdrawals are suspended because of "we are conducting an internal investigation of your account in accordance with Clause 1.8 of our Terms of Service (the “Terms’)"

I replied and send them my phone number to contact me directly to clear out any questions.
