Hey I need to buy two more codes but through Paypal, last time I bought with Etherium but now the minimum is 8 so its hassle for me to buy 8 Codes.

I think he is because the Office 2019 Pro Plus I purchased from him could be redeemed at setup.office.com
The 25 Digit code sent is used to redeem and then the product gets bound with the actual product key.

The seller replied promptly and the transaction was smooth, received the email with the code immediately after the payment via Paypal.
