Could it be that details of the deposit were unclear to your bank? It's normally easy for banks to tell you if there are any incoming deposits to your IBAN or name if you give them a call. Because if there's not an exact info match sometimes deposits don't appear. Just speculating here but has happened to me (with another service that got my name slightly wrong).

Not really the case, as I commented on 1st post I have already done 2 withdrawals using the same account, and I dont type each time the bank account but it's saved in the agenda. So no typo error possible there  Embarrassed

Moreover previous times I also had to contact CRYPTOCAPITAL and exactly 1 or 2 days later transfer arrived to my bank account. Coincidence??

I will post later or tomorrow copy of mails I received in other transfers, stating that transfer was done in 2-5 business days. In both cases it took like 10 working days to get the funds in my bank.

Last time I paid 35 usd fee for an ''express'' withdrawal and received the same '''bad'' service as with ''normal'' 10 usd bank transfer fee. They didnt reply when asking to refund the extra 25 usd fee as the bank transfer was not ''express'' by any means.

So I advise anyone to stay away from CRYPTOCAPITAL otherwise their funds might be at risk!

Where did the withdrawal originate from? Have you received any response from Crypto Capital?

Withdrawal originated from my Cryptocapital account towards my USD bank account (not in usa). Haven't received any response from them to my e-mails.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will add it later to 1st post.

Cryptocapital Scam Alert

Dear users, I have been in bitcoin arena since early 2014 and have seen and suffered many scams.

Today I want to warn about https://cryptocapital.co

Cryptocapital is a very convenient service that supports many exchanges and allows to easily move funds from exchange to exchange in a fast manner and also to withdraw and deposit to your own bank account. I know another thread exists on it but I'm sending a new alert as it seems previous thread was solved, you can check it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1683368.new

What happened:
I have a fully verified account at cryptocapital and have been using them several times to withdraw funds. However every time I had to contact support to see my funds credited to my bank account. I did last withdrawal from my Cryptocapital account towards my USD bank account (not in USA) was on 26th june. The sent amount was of nearly 7k usd and has not been received in my bank account nor credited back to my Cryptocapital account after several mails to support. I have not received any answer, nor I couldnt talk with their representatives through their phone (which they have conveniently hidden)

Their phone is: +507 8365226
Their non answering e-mail: accounts@cryptocapital.co

Scammers Profile Link: https://cryptocapital.co/

Amount Scammed: 6750 USD

Payment Method: USD BANK TRANSFER

Proof of Payment:  http://imgur.com/a/mJEl9
You can check screenshot of my account with all sensible data hidden except the last withdrawal.

Additional Notes:
Surprisingly as far I know they have close relations and deep integration with a well known, Panama bitcoin exchange COINAPULT. They also claim to be used by many exchanges (btcc, cex.io, chip-chap) however at least some of them no longer work with them such as KRAKEN, after what we can read in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1683368.new

It's the case I personally know people both Chip Chap and Coinapult, so as no one at Cryptocapital is solving my issues I will personally reach the people I know to make sure they are aware of how their provider is scamming their customers.

If anyone is actually suffering with same problems on has any update on this matter, please feel free to share it here and join.

Thanks, I will keep you updated

When things are solved should be said too. I got reimbursed after a few days. What I didn't like a lot is the Welcome page when entering Bitfinex saying they wouldn't.

They are reimbursing, but they just say they aren't. This is not so professional.

On my side, they got their job done by the way.

I see your point Nrcewker and Indamuck, I changed it a little bit so it may sound more fair to you.

What I meant, is I don't know and I don't care if it's the hacker or themselfs who are taking the BTC that go to their OLD HOLD-WALLET. The fact is that I'm being taken away my BTC, and that, in fact is as if Bitfinex is taking away my BTC because they're NOT giving back me the lost money nor monitoring the BTC going to their old hot wallet

Anyway still waiting a new answer from support team at Bitfinex

Bitfinex not returning old hot-wallet funds (SOLVED)

I have serious suspect that Bitfinex is not playing fairly in the hack affair.

  • Easy as this, I had some automatic withdrawals set up in some mining accounts; and 0.49073604 BTC were sent to one of the PREVIOUS - TO - HACK BITFINEX DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS: 1EPt6wdYYoEDrXedC3U6CoSPtVY2n2wrEB
  • Then, minutes after, when I realised the problem I contacted Bitfinex Support Team. Their answer was that accounts were hacked and they couldn't do anything.  Huh Huh Huh Really?
  • They say the private keys of hot wallet were compromised. That means they changed Hot-wallet and deposit accounts and stopped looking the older ones?

Maybe they got hacked, but the common sense says that as they have thousands of users many btc Deposits will keep coming even if they ask nicely to stop.

- And then, BITFINEX DO HAVE THE PRIVATE KEYS AND SHOULD CARE OF HACKED ACCOUNTS even someone else may know them too; the obvious step is to keep monitoring the accounts and TRY TO SAVE BTC FROM ITS COSTUMERS AS THEY ARRIVE. The hacked accounts are Bitfinex accounts after all

THE FACT: My 0.49 BTC were sitting nearly 3 hours in my deposit account. Nobody took care of it, until finally a withdraw was made. You can check it: https://blockchain.info/address/1EPt6wdYYoEDrXedC3U6CoSPtVY2n2wrEB

Who made this withdraw? I would love to say "the HACKER", but who really knows Huh

I have answered Support team at bitfinex asking for a new solution, even they have publicly said that they will assume the losses... but until now....just silence!....really weird...

Hello everybody,

We have finally found way to go on with the civil lawsuit. From now on we are going to enter a LEGAL PROCESS AGAINST THE OWNERS AND ADMINS OF BIT-MINING.CO

To everybody who has already sent information or questions to bitminingclaim@gmail.com we will contact you in the next days with a concrete proposal.

DURING THE LEGAL ACTIONS WE WILL REMAIN SILENT, AS JUSTICE DOES IT JOB, AND WILL NOT UPDATE WITH RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CASE UNLESS IS MADE PUBLICLY AVALIABLE BY THE COURT.

if you still haven't contacted us, you can do it at the previous e-mail.

ALL THE BEST,

kimmel

Hello,

About the post at bitcoinHispano, the "group of affected users" mentioned in the article, it's us. http://elblogdeltoguero.blogspot.com/2014/05/obtener-los-datos-del-dueno-de-un.html

About any news regarding the issues, there's some users in this forum from canada, that joined efforts with me in order to organise the law-suit in best way we are able; so they're making the contacts with Canadian law-firms in order to negotiate a good approach to this matter.

About the guy you revealed some info, I have taken some certified timestamps of all of his facebook, twitter and social accounts I considered useful. He seems to be original from tunisia and studying in a college called Seneca in Canada.

So I hope we can have good news in some days; if anyone would like to collaborate, specially the ones in canada/USA don't hesitate to contact at

bitminingclaim@gmail.com

all the best.

By the way, would like to communicate, that we have reached a list of 71 BTC OVERALL VALUE in LOSSES reported by you, maybe more as there are some amounts in Dexster list still to check.

ALSO REMEMBER YOU There's a way for you to upload "proves", related documentation, or ways of showing your losses to our Bitmining claim account DRIVE account that we will hopefully use them in the lawsuit.

I recommend to ZIP all your files and save them as your e-mail.zip name (youremailatgmaidotcom) . You can check at the blog for more info: bitminingclaim.blogspot.com

All the best,

I think it's a very important step! Many Thanks for the info...

we have a person in the forum saying he received this e-mail talking at bit-mining.co and then we are charging the person linked to this mail of all the scam and the info published is really important! Timestamping it Wink

BUT...well...it does not sound as enough evidence to go to the court against him

we need the hosting company or the domain registrar to say he was the person that owned that domain or hosting

It's much easier with that info; let's see if we can accelerate things with the help of some of you who leave in canada here (we are in contact with some through the bitminingclaim@gmail.com )

let's see if we advance this week!

all the best

Hello all,

I don't know if it's a ponzi scheme, but we will try to know.

It will take some days to have a serious offer, but we will try to have it as soon as possible.

It's important to send e-mail with the info at bitminingclaim at gmail dot com, because we will contact you with further information once avaliable.

best  regards

Thanks, Dexster we already are in contact so if you agree we can manage this list together; you can share on the bitmining at gmail dot com account with gdrive if you wish.

I don't like to get fucked ...so if we get together we may take something back... yes I probably was quite stupid to get into this cloud mining I guess I learnt a good lesson

I'm talking with different lawyers from canada and outside canada, if someone has advanced more than me on this, please, share. It's obvious we will need an investigation, and the more we are, the cheaper it will get; if we are a lot, the cost may get really cheap for us and we will by able to proceed. My main focus is to recover the max. amount we can.

I have created a blog with further details about next steps. You can find it in:  bitminingclaim dot blogspot dot com

http://bitminingclaim.blogspot.com

I hope to have a serious and final offer to share with you in about a week

I'm in contact with legal assessment and preparing a civil lawsuit against them; after this 48h without withdrawals I will keep on with the demand.

There are many ways to get to them; the "anonymous" proxy service is not so anonymous; Godaddy domine registrar, OVH hosting in canada, the new hosting in amazon they set up few days ago, some certified captures of the withdrawals which has not taken place in the blockchain, not to forget the bitcointalk accounts they're using to keep us up-to-date, facebook account, twitter account...

If someone is interested on it please send me a Personal Message; I guess it would be interesting that if a lot of users are affected we can join together and also this can be possibly cheaper for all of us.

We can keep further talking through skype if this is finally going on; I will need the nationality of the people joining, the amount you will be claiming for and further details. Depending on who we are, how much we are, the amount we want to claim I will be able to offer us a way to claim against this people; and the interested will be able to go on with the claiming or just step down.

That's my main idea, cause I lost some bitcoins there and they only have 2 options; give me back the money or have me digging around against them

I hope if you are interested you contact me

best regards
