Problem could be it was assigned wrong, I've reassigned ticket to increase your chances of getting a response sooner.
Also, have you looked in your Spam folder?

Is there any plan/date or "roadmap" to bring back advanced order types like stop loss, trailing stop loss etc... would be awesome, because if not - i need to think about to move my deposit to another exchange, working just with limit/market brings to much stresslevel AND the performance is still BAD AS F*CK, doesnt matter if there are more ordertypes or not.

This is pending the upgrade to a new trading engine that will be several orders of magnitudes more efficient.
We don't have any official statement as to when it will come out, but we are working on rolling it out as soon as we can.

Hi. I made a transfer to 18 on my Kraken account this is the ACCURDR-OJZAGQ-WMLXDJ code.
The transfer failed because it was not accepted by the recipient.
Can I cancel the transfer and have my money on my Kraken account?
The transfer is still sending.
I opened a ticket 2 days ago but I did not reply.

I forgot or missed to put in the good place my Kraken's Reference code when i did my last wire bank transfert the October, 16.
I've just open a request ticket...
Somebody know how long should it take to that they solve my mystake ?
Or again better, if someone of Kraken's was around here and can helpme, it would be wonderful of course.

If I understand correctly, he is just pointing out where you can find the reference code. You have already sent your transfer and it is too late to add the reference code.

What withdrawal method is this?
Normally you would use the bank details of your local bank and the banks sort that out between themselves. But you can contact them and ask them specifically what details you should give to get a transaction sent to you.

... Yes, there are many complaints here and we listen to all of them and are working to improve things. Keep in mind, though, that clients generally only come here to report the bad experiences and not the good ones and the majority of our clients do not have these issues.
A few weeks ago I asked in this thread about the possibility of adding a USDT/EUR trading pair
(as of now Kraken only offers USDT/USD). Have you thought about adding a USDT/EUR trading pair?
I´m sure people would trade it and it shouldn´t be too much work for your developers as you have
already integrated Tether anyway.

Do you have the ticket numbers of the tickets you have escalated over 7 months?
This does not inspire confidence. This guy has escalated his ticket for an easily identifiable problem for seven months and Kraken is unaware of the issue and has to ask for the ticket number? How many unresolved seven month old tickets must there be?
The issue spanned over several tickets and this actual ticket was not seven months old. Getting the ticket number was one way for me to be able to look into the ticket personally.

Let me explain : i had a tor2mail relied to my account. As you know, tor2mail is down. I contact support and they said to me that's a complicated situation.
I had the same problem on poloniex. I made a new account. They transfer my coins on the new account. And it's all good now.
I propose the same thing with kraken, and the same response : "it's complicated, we need time".
7 months later, i have still the same problem.
I think they buying time to scam me and get a reason to get my coins.
Be very careful.

I have a bank withdrawal from the 30th pending 2 days! Fingers crossed it goes through and they got usd wires going again. Will update if it goes through!
We recommend waiting 5 business days before assuming anything is wrong, though in many cases transactions will be processed faster than that.

I submitted a USD withdraw request 2 days ago, but it's still in pending state. I am worried about it since the previous withdrawals completed within 24 hours. I don't know what happens in your website, but I can't wait for so called "undetermined period of time" fixing and I MUST get my money back to either my bank or my account within one day!!!

If your technical team cannot address the issues in a short time, I am going to cancel the withdrawal and get the refund to my account. I notice there is a cancel mark at end of the withdrawal record, but I don't know if the cancel action will lead to limbo state that I have to wait for a longer time.

Is it true that kraken is not accepting SWIFT transfers from US citizens?
Yes. We only accept domestic wires from US citizens.

Unfortunately we don't get any information on SEPA or SWIFT transfers until they arrive to us. Please contact your bank to find out what the delays are with your transfers. If this is an issue where your funds aren't being credited to your Kraken account automatically I would suggest opening a ticket here and escalating it using this form that Dargo has posted. I was approved for a 2-Step Verification Sept 15 2017
Today (Sep. 18) I was trying to Send Fund Into my Account and it was refused since I am not verified .

My bank decline transaction from Kraken,saying they will return money to Kraken (sender). U think i will get my money back on kraken?

As i see from today we can only put an order, with one decimal less. In one week from three decimals, we drop to one. Imho this is not so rewarding...
