BTC365.com is definitely a scam. I deposited 22 mBTC to try, took 8 bets in total in a period of a few days and my balance was 57.1 mBTC at the end. I requested a withdrawal and they said they need some docs for verification. I have provided everything for verification and now they say they will get back to me in 6 months. Not 6 months in the worst case, they say they will reply on exactly 9th of November 2022. They say they need 6 months to check everything on my account (which has 8 bets in total) thoroughly. This must be some kind of joke. You better close every winning account rather than saying "please wait for 6 months".

They keep deleting these messages but I will keep posting as well. They are not even able to pay 300 EUR withdrawal for weeks.

It's been more than a week. After several emails, chats with live support and messages here in this forum, I couldn't even get a word from 1xbit about my situation. My initial deposit of ~25 mBTC and balance of ~50 mBTC seem to be gone. I don't even know why. I can't login to my account, new password link doesn't work and they don't care about support requests.  

Don't make the same mistake I did. Make your own research before you deposit your money into a shady bookie.

I don't use Bitcointalk other than coming from google search results. I noticed this thread after I had this problem with 1xbit. I would definitely provide any kind of proof/details about my account and bets but I still can't login and had no reply back from security@1xbit.com for my several emails in a week. How someone can cheat with only 10-15 regular bets on sports, I don't really know. Maybe winning about 2x my deposit amount triggered them but 40-50 mBTC shouldn't really a big amount for them.  This definitely sounds like a scam if they close any account they want without even replying emails. 

I heard about this site on twitter and registered an account. Deposited about 25 mBTC a few days ago, won some and lost some, had about 54 mBTC at the end. I requested a withdraw but later was unable to sign in. New password link doesn't work. Live chat told me to contact security@1xbit.com. I have sent multiple mails, it has been 3-4 days but they don't even bother to reply. Later I found about this thread and was shocked to see so many complaints. I wish I saw this thread earlier. I know for a fact that bet365 paid out for 1.83 odds on the same game. There is definitely a miscommunication issue with the support because they keep repeating the same thing and don't care to make any further explanation as you can see below.

@sportsbet.io I need your help because I have just noticed one of my winning bets was voided and live chat keeps saying the odds were wrong although oddsportal proves there was nothing wrong with the odds I bet on.

How come 1.80 on Nemiga could be wrong odds?
