Yeah, right... More than one week and you still didn't resolved my issue!  I am very GLAD that this is only about 1$ an I am glad that I didn't upload more!  I paid all my needs and bills by other ways and just wanna say GOODBYE to you now! For sure!

They just answered to me and they are ready to solve my issue.
So do not worry and just be patient  

I had a problem also with Google Play.
There was a problem with card number field and with zip code field, it was "red". The card number I filled first time was looks like 123412341234, without spaces - it was wrong and "red".
I added only the first space after first 4 digits and the system added the others by itself - and the field was "green", which means right.
Then I changed zip code to "00000"  - and the field was "green" also. 
Then my Coinzy card was accepted and I paid.
Its just a stupid programm!

1$ is not a big tragedy.
I especially wanted to check everything, before serious deposits, how the card works, how the support works...
A bit sad, but looks like I can not trust well to that service. But the card is nice, I've checked it on Google Play, works good.
I wanted to top up it and pay for my hosting, etc... but anyway it's always risk and no way to get the money back....
...so I dont think I'll do it... if the support so... quiet....

To developers. Guys I have sent the wrong first transaction for top up my wallet, less than 1$ (I just forgot about commission, sorry)
Could you please refund it or put to my balance somehow?

I also thought so. But It works with Google Play. I have checked already. It just need right spaces bitween card numbers when you filling it.
