I sell bitcoin. I hate to do it, of course, but it's the economy of how my business works. We mostly get paid in BTC or other crypto. We also have a multi-petahash mining op. These support our blockchain software development. So most months I need to sell BTC to cover rent, salaries, insurance, taxes, electricity, etc. It's a great month when I can sell less BTC than I've made, but we're still early in development cycles for most of our tools.
I hate selling BTC but this allows us to pay for professional development without resorting to ICOs (which I think are often-not always-quite scammy). In the long run, I think this is a worthwhile tradeoff.
