ich gebe zu ich bin etwas überfordert und das meine ich ernst. Ich hatte bei mtgox die Option gewählt, dass eine etwaige Erstattung über Kraken laufen soll.
Nun kam folgende Email:
Ich hab keine Ahnung was ich tun soll und ob das überhaupt irgendwas bringt? Laut mtgox Seite wurde ein bestimmter Betrag meiner X Bitcoins die ich dort hatte akzeptiert. Leider ist mein Englisch einfach zu schlecht, um durch die ganzen Emails durchzusteigen. Muss ich jetzt um theoretische Ansprüche geltend zu machen, mich um einen Japanischen Übersetzer kümmern?

Second, by the deadline on June 27, 2016 in Japan Standard Time, claimants must be sure to mail all required documents to the court. Claimants must mail two copies of the form and two copies of each evidence document (1 for the court, 1 for the trustee) to the Tokyo District Court.

The court granted the supervisor/examiner an extension until May 9th. This is great news because that means they are taking it serious. Reuters*: 'In seeking the extension, Kobayashi (the examiner) cited the involvement of investigatory agencies as well as the work required to confirm Mt. Gox's financial situation, according to a petition filed to the court. Mt. Gox said on Wednesday it had submitted records and documents to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police as part of its civil rehabilitation application.' Also on MtGox's website: 20140328_delay_extension
Its good to see that MtGox was finally forced to submit documents to the police. We have reported a lot of wrongdoing (which is not public yet) and will continue to do so. I also want to make a public call to anyone that is or was involved with MtGox and that has inside information about any wrongdoings, to come forward and report what you know. You still have time to do the right thing and be on the right side. We will protect you.
I also want to thank everyone for their kind emails and those that contacted us about the malleability being disproven (due to the volume of emails we cant always reply, but everything that is sent gets read). We have reported this to the examiner. You can find the report below. We will keep you informed, and please continue submitting any other evidence you have.

der Verlust der allerdings weit schlimmer ist, ist der Vertrauensverlust in jegliche Bitcoinbörsen. Und leider ist der Bitcoin von denen noch viel zu abhängig, von daher bin ich erstmal raus!

Mitleid habe ich aus dem Grund mit beiden nicht.
Ich habe übrigens durch den Gox-Crash 0.01 BTC und knapp 1 Dollar verloren. Diese Summen habe ich dort liegen gelassen, weil es mir egal war, sollten die verloren gehen. Alles richtig gemacht, ich bin stolz auf mich.

Ich Reihe mich mal ein in die "im goxxed" Liste habe wie mezzo & co nicht mein ganzes Fiat abgezogen sondern in coins getauscht. Allerdings bin ich weit entfernt von 100k Verlust. Allerdings ist mein Vertrauen in die Börsen erstmal dahin... Bei bitcoin24 war ich auch im Boot:-)

Immer dieser Schwachsinn den man lesen muss...ich glaube weiterhin das mtgox bald wieder Auszahlungen freigibt. Morgen behauptet dann jemand er hätte seine coins ausgezahlt bekommen und der Kurs geht wieder nach oben...so oder so ähnlich.
Jup ständig so Hiobsbotschaften ohne plausible Erklärungen und Beweise! Aber immerhin konnte ich grad ordentlich coins kaufen. Wenn man schon mal wach ist...:-)

Schoenes Beispiel, danke! Denn auch beim Gold sind die boesen "gierigen Menschen" Schuld am Preis. Gaebe es auch da keine "gierigen Menschen" wuerde Gold nur Cents bis wenige Dollar kosten.
Damit ist bewiesen: BTC ist besser als Gold da es dessen Eigenschaften und die von FIAT vereint.
Du hast etwas bahnbrechend neues in der Hand. Eigentum innerhalb von Sekunden von A nach B zu transferieren.
DAS ist was BTC so wertvoll macht. Gegenüber den ALT-Coins ist BTC halt der Vorreiter. Was kannst du mit deinen 1.000.000 DOGEs im Vergleich zu BTC anfangen?

Das hier alle so ANTI-BTC sind nur weil GOX gerade mal wieder strauchelt... ztztztzt. Die Idee ist immer noch die Gleiche....

Kann dem nur zustimmen! Bitcoins bieten ein enormes Potenzial! Mittlerweile komme ich mir schon wie in der Steinzeit vor, wenn ich dann doch mal wieder Bargeld an einem Bankschalter abheben muss :-) und Probleme mit Gox gabs doch schon so oft, sollte man gewohnt sein, kein Grund Weltuntergangs-Stimmung zu verbreiten ;-)
