This ICO reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Malibu Stacey gets a new hat and people lose their shit over it. People are literally throwing money at this to get a black debit card. I've asked twice now in this thread, with no answer, what this ICO is doing different to so many other debit cards in the crypto space but all I read is people gushing about how well the ICO is going or how nice and professional the website is.
By the way, can anyone define for me "perfect interbank exchange rates"? The whitepaper bangs on about it but it is never explained how it will be utilised by the platform.

So the value add for Monaco over other bitcoin debit cards is that you can pay/withdraw money in any currency at the market rate of exchange for both BTC/ETH and local currency exchange rate whilst avoiding the usual 3% currency conversion fee if the currency being used isn't USD/GBP/Euro. So it's a truly global bitcoin spending card then? And your BTC/ETH sell price is the market rate and not a spread determined by Monaco?
Is the utility of the token that the ICO is distributing hen that holders are entitled to profits generated by the Monaco network? Finally, I'm guessing that once the network is fully functional that I can purchase a card to simply use the network?

Remember, the whole wager program wont be fully implemented until late 2018, so this is a long term investment (kind of like Ether is). there are many things they have to work out. The biggest is getting the word out to potential bettors and the ease of buying wager coins. If those two items are met, this will be a success.

Ether had a very strong dev team with a well defined road map. The ICO market is currently flooded and you really need to put forward a strong team and plan to stand out. The people who post here and make comment about how nice the ICO site looks aren't the ones who have the real money to invest nor do I think they appreciate the complexity of what you're trying to deliver.

I can find the "CMO" but no one else. If I was running the ICO I would be really selling prospective investors on the strength of the Leadship Team. When people use the term CEO I expect a certain level of experience and skillsets.

I've just read through the white paper and the concept seems sound for an industry that is ripe for disruption.
My biggest remaining question is to do with marketing. As I see it, to use the network and bet you need to hold wagerr tokens. What will drive people to seek out and use wagerr over other services. Even if wagerr does provide a superior service they will need to coax users over; especially when the platform first opens. Otherwise it will be a ghost town with no one to bet against. I'm worried it might end up like Google Plus; really good technical execution but not enough initial users and advertising.
So I guess my question boils down to how will the development team ensure that there's enough "punters" to ensure a viable product from the get go. Is the fact gamblers will always seek out the best returns/odds which wagerr can provide owing to the reduction in compliance and associated costs?

I've see all the nice looking logos but what established markets are you going after? The only reference I saw in the white paper to marketing was two lines. Is there a better place for me to ask this question?

okay so i log in my old wallet and my balance on the address shows zero, so i download the new version but whatever i do it does not start.. stuck on "4/8 EUR Output less that something" even if i am trying the zip version.
anyone else experiencing such a problem and already has a solution?

I was really expecting more from this coin. The hype was worth more than the pitch 
Whilst the price is disappointing the engagement from the development team, primarily the lead, has been good. I don't expect guaranteed profit from a coin but I do expect the dev team to work hard when they have my money from an ICO; and the Komodo team is working hard.

Can someone explain why in the Market History you'll see individual trades for two or three wave tokens? Is it a bot? Or is someone actively day trading 50c at a time?

Hi! It is semi-automatic process. When the Waves team will start the next stage of the withdrawal process, you will get your Waves.
There was a lot of not correct addresses, so the Waves team sorted a lot of addresses manually.
Please make sure that you have kept your seed and you checked it (see manual - 03.How can I check that Im using the correct seed?)

6 days now still no coins in my chrome app wallet.
I checked the address/seed per the instructions. Same address.
I was plenty patient. Now I'm actually pretty pissed. Trump coin did their stupid V2 swap thing better than Waves is doing their "launch". I think this is all deliberate to prevent a Lisk style dumb.

No, I shouldn't have to. I've done everything correctly. I even got the "Your address was changed successfully." note on the ICO gui.
Yeah, that's kind of the point. If you "believe" that you've 'done everything correctly' then you should have contacted some sort of support after 72hrs when everyone else in this thread have been stating that they received theirs after 48hrs.
The last 50 pages is full of advice to go to the slack channel, yet you ignored it and now you're bitching on the very thread where the advice was not to voice your problems here but to go to slack. The fact that you ignored all the advice makes it hard to empathise with your situation. Take this as a learning point that sometimes you need to be a little proactive in life instead of wiping your hand and absolving yourself of all responsibility/accountability.
