These issue are mostly related to the countries in transition and the developing parts of the world. However, in many developed countries, corruption is also endemic within education namely, corruption entered this area and seriously endangers schools and universities. Corruption in the education sector can be defined as "the systematic use of public office for private benefit, whose impact is significant on the availability and quality of educational goods and services, and, had impact on access, quality or equity in education"   ( Hallak and Poison, 2002 ). Unfortunately, very little research has been carried out to compare the costs of corruption in the education sector.

I like to think of my self ( and have proven myself wrong many times over in crypto) as mathematical and analytical of trends. because i only started and can only with small amounts, its hard to lose money on transfer fees just to watch a $1000 move in BTC only negligibly move on your portfolio. all the while looking at 1000 alt coins with 50%+ gains. you start reading the whitepaper or reddit and easily imagine that altcoin taking #5 in the market cap. we just want to have a pint with the fuckers from Apollo 11 but learning the hard way.

Basically - life without parole. A lot of death penalty proponents stipulate that convicted criminals will be out on the streets in seven to twenty years, potentially unleashing them back on society. nobody wants a vengeful serial killer or rapist back on the streets and free to track down the people who testified against him - that's a scenario straight out of a nightmare! but in reality,  most people sentenced to life without parole for violent crimes are not released at all, and the ones who are usually released aftet at least 25-30 years in prison, by which point most of them are old men and women anyway. As mentioned above, life without parole also costs a lot less and allows for mistakes to be corrected. Overall, ee feel like the death penalty has a lot of negative sides and no positive ones, and while life without parole is not a perfect solution, it certainly beats the Alternative.

Personally, I do not believe that outlawing guns is the path to stopping these shootings. If anything, outlawing guns will just make the common people more defenseless. Although violence is not the answer, sometimes you have to defend yourself or defend the people you care about, and in some cases, the only answer is violence. it may not be the right answer, but it can be the answer that gives you the result to desire. if you believe in nonviolence, then fine, do not take the path of violence. Do not defend yourself when someone points a gun at you. but if you are selfish, as I am, if you have the will to live, and the conviction to defend yourself, then would you rather not have a gun in hand to protect yourself?

Bitcoin was the first Crypto or Cryptocurrency. and is still the biggest. All of them have the same basic underpinnings: they use a "blockchain", a shared public record of transactions..to create and track a new type of digital token one that can only be made and shared according to the agreed-upon rules of the network, whatever they may be. but the flourishing ecosystem has proven a huge amount of variation on top of that. some cryptocurrencies, such us Litecoin or Dogecoin, fulfill the same purpose as bitcoin -building a new digital currency- with tweaks to some of the details (making transactions faster, for instance, or ensuring a basic level of inflation). And whether this is the end of 'real' money.

Ethereum has a different method for costing transactions depeding on their computational complexity, bandwidth use and storage needs. Bitcoin transactions compete equally with each other, this is called Gas in Ethereum and is limited per block whilst in Bitcoin, it is limited by the block size. Ethereum has its own Turin complete internal code...a Turing complete code means that given enough computing power and enough time... anything can calculated. with Bitcoin, there is not this form of flexibility.

First, its important to understand that there are two categories of digital coins: cryptocurrencies ( Bitcoin, Litecoin, Zcash, Monero etc) and Tokens ( Ethereum, Filecoin, Storj, blackstock etc)

Bitcoin is a "cryptocurrency", Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are competing against existing money (and gold) to replace them with a truly global cryptocurrency.

Ethereum is a "Token", what Bitcoin does money. Ethereum does for contracts. Ethereum's innovation is that is allows you to write smart contracts: basically any digital agreement where you can say "if this" happens, "then something else happen".

The decision to sell is complicated further by the fact that, at the same time, another presumably knowledgeable investor who also has studied the property and market has concluded that the time is right to acquire it. what time of analyses can be used to assist in determining if the time is right to sell? it depends on the situation. for example, a buyer such as a real state investment trust with access to capital at highly favorable rates may be able to make an offer substantially higher than what otherwise would be achievable. or a late-term tax deferred exchanger may offer a higher price in order to avoid a large tax penalty. in such cases, analysis much beyond the arithmetic computations of buy, sell and invest or exchange almost is unnecessary.

That being said, there is at least one significant argument for limiting bitcoins to a small portion of your portfolio at the most. Bitcoin is known for a stark jumps in price, high peaks and deep valleys that would make it difficult to have confidence in the asset as a long-term money maker that can be depended on. tying every dime you have to such a volatile asset would be imprudent. A good rule to follow is never to invest more than what you would be willing to lose.

The LGBT community remains as one of the country's minority sectors today. If you believe in the future of money then you are investing in this currency in hopes to one day use it to make a purchases. you are also planning to it with hopes that it's going to appreciate. that said, in order for Bitcoin to ever be used as an everyday currency it simply cannot fluctuate thousands of dollars a day. the question you need to ask yourself is whether or not it's going to Settle at it's current price. if you believe it's going to rise in the long term then you should make the investment knowing you're going to need ride to through a ton of fluctuation.

Because Bitcoin was still an emerging technology and it's future was uncertain, meanwhile there where not much support for it , meaning nobody was willing to accept bitcoin as payment, so buying bitcoin and unable use it made it less attractive for investment, until recent times, now most people do use it in the darknet market maybe it success might be attributed to it use in the darknet market place... people started to see the value of Bitcoin and its usage outside of the darknet market and it came with a lot of incentives for miners as well as for individual with ease of use.. and there became a surge in bitcoin and fast forward today this is how far bitcoin had gone and why people still buying.
