Nobody can answer your questions, only 1xbit security team. The official way is to email them directly, but if you think Bitcointalk is the better way to communicate then the only way is to write private message to this support account: 1xbit_official

Neither me nor you nor any shill can give a clarification in this case as 1xbit is a completely anonymous casino and no information will be reveled to anyone.
The only way to clarify this case is to contact directly with the security team. If user found Bitcointalk as the way of communication, this can be (probably) speed up by writing a private message to the support account: 1xbit_official

All the time 1xbit support considers complaints and it is known that not all, but some are considered positively, and the deposits are returned:

That would surely lift most of the complaints off, but back in 2015 our intentions were to make as anonymous casino as possible (when crypto and all that stuff appeared).
Ain't much changed since then - we added email KYC and that's all what have changed about anonymity.
