Re: Automated trading better than Capitalise App

If you're looking for a platform to have access to all your exchange accounts then I think Coinigy  (+45 exchanges)  is by far the best platform out there, It's paid but you have a free trial.

Yes I know it, I don't own a subscription only by TAs that talk on YouTube but you can't set limit orders with SL from there can you?

Automated trading better than Capitalise App
by

Hi there!

I'm currently using https://capitalise.ai for setting my trades on Binace. It's pretty easy to set for example "buy 1 btc worth of XXX/BTC" and then "close position at trailing stop of 1% or at profit of 10%" and so on.
The thing is that this app is having too many issues lately (cache, wrong tags, exiting positions unexpectedly) so I'm wondering what could I use that it's really reliable and for free (if possible)

Thanks!

I wasn't aware that my old wallet was such a piece of crap  Grin Thanks for the article I'll read that and if I can't I will wait 2 weeks. No use in selling now. The idea was to sell this morning. I would have won 30%

Well finally the resync just finished. All missing transactions are showing except the one which I tried to "double spend" with higher fees. Is there any chance that this transaction https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/118e0e9d0b04d5e334023701db0bfca963770b245d556465b091bf21acaa748c?show_adv=true will eventually return to my wallet if no confirmations arise?

The "-zapwallettxes" parameter didn't work. Do you recommend any service to "accelerate" this transaction? Thanks for all the help. I'm calmer now, at least what one could be after this massive dump by the illuminaty XD

I sure hope the resync will fix this. I tried to respend my 0.5 with about 4-5 sats per byte but didn't even got broadcasted to the blockchain so next time I think I will use like 40-50 sats per byte....

No I have not done it exactly like that. I'm currently rescanning with a simple "-rescan" parameter but this will take 3 or 4 hours at least.

I had plenty of transactions with less fees than that one and still got confirmed pretty quickly. The thing is why I am not seeying all my activity since 2013. Lots of already confirmed transactions are not showing anymore now.

 Undecided

I first bought BTC on 2013. In 2017 I sent 0.5 divided to Binance and other exchanges and been trading there ever since with another 0.5 resting on my Bitcoin Core v14.1 wallet. Today I tried to send the remaining 0.5 BTC to Binance but the transaction never got confirmed: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/118e0e9d0b04d5e334023701db0bfca963770b245d556465b091bf21acaa748c?show_adv=true
So I tried deleting the mempool and then executing bitcoin-qt with the "-zapwallettxes" parameter. Took almost 4 freaking hours to resync and my 0.5 appeared back in my wallet. So I tried resending the BTC to Binance but this time the TxID never even got registered on the blockchain.
So I executed the "-zapwallettxes" parameter yet again but the light went out in the process and now I restarted my Wallet and all transactions from 2013 to today are gone so my balance says I got 1 whole BTC again. WTF is going on!? Please help. What should I do???

Is Bitcoin functional to the Illuminati agenda?
by
navelgazer
on 08/05/2018, 23:17:56 UTC
Hello,

I've been digging about the philosophical objectives of having a decentralized currency. Wondering if I was actually ripped with the crypto movement. I've considering many facts that suggest  that Satoshi Nakamoto was actually an AI. No errors in the code, no test net, no critical vulnerabilities.
If indeed Satoshi Nakamoto was actually and AI made to invent this new currency is that functional to the Illuminati agenda?

I mean I thought that we were following this wonderful crypto trend to kill all the war makers, the bankers, the corrupt governments but what if it turns out to be the exact opposite?

There are other details like the first citizenship given to a robot in November 2017 right before Bitcoin's boom. I've seen some videos (put your tinfoil hat on) that were suggesting November 23th of 2017 as a critical date and check that date on coinmarketcap.com

Anyways, I'm on a paranoid rampage. I want to believe that with all the altcoins we will have the chance of decentralizing the market for real but look on how we're hoping for the "intitutional money" to come in and whatever, isn't that the same shit all over again only that now they have the anonymity to pull the strings globally?

All my balances have been reset I've contacted the support and they told me that I made a withdraw 3 months ago which is a total lie, I don't have any withdrawal notification on my inbox, I keep a very details ledger of every transaction I make and this is total BS. From what I gather from my research seems like they're doing this to several users. Please withdraw your money out of this shit platform before is too late!!!! Angry Angry Angry Angry

Crypto charts displayed in real time? ???
by
navelgazer
on 10/01/2018, 01:07:10 UTC
Hi,

I've started trading a few months ago, first by buying the dip and now trying to day trade. The thing that I've noticed is that at least on many exchanges (for ex. gate.io or bittrex) the price action is not displayed in real time.
On gate.io the indicators are very limited and also the minimun period per candlestick is 5 minutes which gets fairly inaccurate but ON TOP of all that, the price displayed after a few moments is not the actual price. Like it's lagging a few minutes or not updating right. If I go and refresh the page then the price shown is slightly different.

So finally, my question is: is there an open source software to be able to watch these charts real time or should I consider changing exchanges???

Thanks a lot for your time!

Thanks a lot guys! I'm going to try that after the blockchain is fully synced on both wallets. Ended up installing Bitcoin unlimited wallet since I was having issues with Bitcoin ABC, it didn't give the option to choose a custom folder for the blockchain.

as I explained on this unpopular post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2450129.msg25088076#msg25088076 I've already tried to use the bitcoin ABC wallet to import my Bitcoin core wallet to claim BCC's but ended up overwriting my BTC blockchain and had to synchronize the whole thing all over again...

I'm looking for a safe guide to claim it.

Re: PLEASE HELP! BTC payment to Neteller declined but money never returned
by
navelgazer
on 04/12/2017, 03:52:55 UTC
I'm just curious. If they need up to 3 days to add funds to neteller acc then on what rates are they doing it? If you are sending 1 BTC to your account then for 3 days the difference between rates can be worth hundreds of USD in usual time and up to thouands of USD during different pumps (like we had some days ago).
P.S. OP, please post here an update when the situation will be resolved.

Well it seemed to me that they charge you extra if you're a noob like myself. I wasn't able to scan the QR code when making the deposit so I did it manually by entering the address and the amount in USD according to current Bitstamp rates but since the price of BTC is changing constantly the amounts were slightly different and it was manually processed.

So they basically chose the lowest rate they saw within that 3 days time span and they credited that amount.

Redeem BCH with old BTC wallet ???
by
navelgazer
on 23/11/2017, 15:55:34 UTC
Is it possible to redeem the same amount of BCH using my Bitcoin Core wallet?

I've had a Bitcoin core wallet since 2013. I have the whole block chain on a custom path and I read on this tutorial: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/beginners-guide-claiming-your-bitcoin-cash-and-selling-it/

So I downloaded the Bitcoin ABC wallet and when executing it didn't prompted a dialog to select where to download the new block chain and started overwriting my bitcoin core blockchain  Angry so I'm now in the process of restoring my blockchain....

But is it possible? Because I want to be sure it can work before downloading and synchronizing another >160 GBs for a new block chain

Thank you in advance!

They just replied from Neteller:

Quote
Thank you for contacting us.

Regarding your case, please note that the Bitcoin transaction will require manual processing which may take up to 3 business days.

If after 3 business days the amount is not credited to your NETELLER account, please send us the following information:
BitPay invoice URL
NETELLER TRN ID
date, time, amount
sending Bitcoin address
receiving Bitcoin address
refund Bitcoin address
Thank you for choosing NETELLER!

Kind regards,
Nikoleta
NETELLER Team

It's confusing because it says it has been declined. I'll guess I have to wait 3 whole business days, I'm using Bitcoin to make things faster........................

PLEASE HELP! BTC payment to Neteller declined but money never returned
by
navelgazer
on 04/11/2017, 20:20:59 UTC
Hi, yesterday I made a deposit to Neteller.

The process is to generate an invoice from Neteller in USDs and that gives you a Bitcoin address with a BTC amount. I've copied the address and amount manually since I can't scan the QR code with my bitcoin core wallet.
Anyways I sent the payment (already has like 20 confirmations) and on my Neteller account it says "Payment declined" but now when I look on the blockchain for that BTC transaction ID I see that it appears as "Spent" but my credit hasn't been charged to my Neteller account.

Is that money lost? Could it return to my wallet?

I've already contacted Neteller support but they take ages to reply single line emails so I'm losing my hopes.

Thanks for the help!
