Sorry to report, one of the guys at the other thread have reported that his 48 hour lock down has finished and his balances still simply show " pending"

Doesn't make sense to me that balances are hidden during the lockdown .
The balances part of the site is still a plain text-widget. There is no functionality there to show dynamic balances. Have to hope he is working on that today and tomorrow. Unlikely though.
Have to agreed. I will be shocked if after 48 hour lockdown , balances show up in accounts.
For me that will be late morning on Monday when count-down clock expires, for some it will be earlier...please post here once you know.

Announcement: " Maintenance week will end on Friday "
It doesn't say that the maintenance will end ON Friday, it says that "maintenance week will end Friday". Translation: maintenance week will ruin yet another Friday.
He wrote that message on Thursday , his Time Zone, and yes, he did say maintenance week will end Friday. He did not say a week tomorrow or next Friday.
Conclusion: he means today, Friday, which by the way is over in 2 1/2 hours from now.
So, in 2 1/2 hours from now the website will be back up and running and since he's now had 3 months to correct the data base, al accounts should show the balances now and not just say "pending".
Ahhhh, you believe me don't you? Well, why not...you should believe me as much as you believe in Santa Claus!!!

Not that it makes any difference, but it will now be well over a week since he first mentioned in one of his useless updates that the server was going into " maintenance week "

Well, it's been 3 solid weeks since the question and answer session. At that time he stated that balances would be viewable for accounts within a week. He also said that he would need to perform maintenance for a week. Maintenance "week" should be done by tomorrow, though according to the vague timeline he implied, should have been done by last Sunday. What if the maintenance week extends for another week or two? Has anyone noticed any jump in hash rate for coins the Gen2 chips are supposed to mine? If so, maybe he is using the "maintenance week (or weeks)" to catch up on what he owes everyone while the mining operation is officially (though not really) offline. Anything is possible at this point....
Does not really matter what has been actually mined, the mathematics of the facts are that he has missed somewhere between 11 and 13 payments have been missed. Now you do the estimates as to how many customers he has and average number of shares they have....even under the most conservative estimates it would still come out to the equivalent of millions of U.S. dollars that he owes. Does Chris have millions of dollars? Do you think so? If so, he could have easily paid out to his oldest registered customers who have been with him from the start, way before the " hack " and way before any hint of " possible tainted shares ".
That payment would have at least shown good faith to the remainder of the customers.
I have continuously asked Chris to give us the most liberal roughest Percentage Estimate as to how much work has been completed so far, a question that was also posed to him in the Q & A...a question he refuses to answer. Instead, he continues with mindless daily ETAs and the only reason he does that is to legally show "best effort " in the event of future legal action against him.
Giving a Percentage on work completed is not only a very legal phraseology but involves a finite concept...if you say you have only completed 15% then at some point you have to say 16, then 17 then 18, etc., etc. And that is exactly why he will not answer that question.

I really don't understand you net denizen, legal eagles. I can tell you that any lawyer, if they are being honest, will laugh you out of their office if you tell them about your problem.
I can also tell you that Bee's lawyer, if he has one, is probably toasting and smoking a cigar with Bee, because there really isn't anything you can do.

Nevertheless, you never know what desperate victims will do and I for one would not want to be in Chris' s position, looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.
