I dont think they are going to go bankrupt but at least there is going to be a division and creation of two companies im my opinion almost sure. You are lucky it was a spart part theres lot of people with s19 perodrders that dont know what is going to happen or what company is going to deliver them if they ship. Write here if they answer you to know something more about the company.
Regarding imports to the EU and many other countries there may not be a tariff per-se but there is very often VAT to be paid upon landing by whoever is importing for redistribution or directly receiving the miners. Once actually in the country and received by the importer or direct recipient then there should no further VAT incurred when resold within that country or the EU

I'd definitely look into that as I know the UK has 25% VAT as I recall and no doubt if the gear 1st lands in a VAT country redistribution from there to the US would be prohibitive because the US Tariff is still due upon landing here -- ouch!

all that is correct about the vat, luckily my vat actually is 0% so i can offer good price in eu about the usa if is like you said you still have to pay tariff because manufactured in china unless i send you as a gift

For US customers, where a product ships from is irrelevant. What matters is country of origin - where it was made or assembled. That is why Bitmain opened up a manufacturing facility in Malaysia - to get around the "made in China" tariff penalty.nice to know thanks!
I'd recommend you to check your market's needs, meet buyers, get in touch with people interested in buying machines and see what they need and/or want.
Also, offering them different miners (in stock) and with pre-order might attract more people to buy from you.

im from Spain and i thought that people from the us dont pay tariffs for shippings from europe but if its not that way at least people from europe can buy me tariff free
favebook i thought preorders were worse because mining gear market is full of scams and even having miners in stock i assume is going to be hard to get a good reputation

Lets see if they dont delete it, philip as i read you are from the us i would like to ask you if you have to pay tariffs for products coming from europe, to know if i have a competitive price for us clients.

I'm going to open a mining hardware shop and i was offered this three models to ship to my clients on august, i would like to ask you which one of them are you more interested in, because i would like to start just selling one model and then widening the models i sell gradually. For now i cant tell you about sale prices because im still doing the calculations for them but in a few days they must be done, what i can assure is that are going to be lower than most resellers in europe because the favorable import conditions i have.
