Duelbits is by far the best site in terms of affiliate commissions I have been working with. For $25 000 wagered by my referral they paid me almost the same commission as another website paid me for $180 000 wagered by him there too.

So let me explain what happened last night.
I was playing blackjack at Pragmatic Play tables and twice the dealer did not give me cards but my money for the bet was taken. Luckily this happened to me before on another site and I decided to record the games. I proceeded than to contact support but I received no support, so I went to live support on Rollbit and told them about the situation.
Here are pictures of the games where I was taken money but haven't dealt cards.

And here is their response: They said I lost the rounds as I busted, but how could that happen when I was not dealt cards ?
Also the hands they are showing are completely different.

I was patient with them but seems like they are not trying to help me get my money back so I'm opening this thread to let you know about my experience in their site.
I will update here if they decide to give me back my money or keep scamming me.

Thanks for posting your issue here.
I checked internally and I can see that your ticket was recently closed. This was minutes before my follow up here, so please be sure to check that out.
We first checked with the provider on the 31st of August, to which they replied there was nothing wrong with the reported bets.
In the days that followed the ticket remained active, so we double checked with the provider and they confirmed once again that nothing unexpected happened.
Further, during this time we performed internal checks on our own records and can confirm that no Blackjack rounds finished unattributed. If a game finishes without us receiving an outcome, the round would be unattributed.

Classic Razer reply, writing a lot without saying anything. That's why rollbit is so ridiculous, just like in any other scam accusation thread.
So the chat support says hand 1 was lost because the played busted (without cards) and shows the hand history clearly showing 2 cards with 10 value combining for 20 points for the dealer.
Problem is, none of the 2 screenshots provided by the OP had the dealer having 20 points with 2 cards.
So there is the first error already.
Why are they even talking about wrong hands?

Honestly this is hilarious. I am lucky the bet amounts were not that high (only $160 total) but imagine doing few k bets and this happening to you, your money will just be gone without any proper support.
As much as I hate saying, if you want to gamble safely, go use Stake.

You can clearly see my money were taken (total bet in the right side) and I was not being given cards
Are you seriously going to scam me for $160 in front of the whole forum ?
The glitched bets don't appear in the history sadly but I was charged for that..
Why would Rollbit show me another bets ?
Maybe you could base on the money you had before and after the said bets and ask from them why your other games don't appear on the betting history, otherwise it's hard for us here to know who is right or who is wrong with just part of the story.Why would Rollbit show me another bets ?

I had it at Stake and within the next day it was resolved.
This is quite complicated, the staff has a record of you losing the bet but you have a screenshot of not getting a card and lose the bet. I believe this is a technical glitch but it is a question if whether Rollbit will accept your proof and give their time to investigate your case. From the answer of the chat support, they have the record of the bet losing so I believe they will consider the case closed and you lose that bet.
For additional document support, just like what @ryzaadit stated, why not share the bet history of those glitched bets?

I know well, I play blackjack daily and like I said I had the similar issue in another big crypto casino but it was resolved really fast and I've got my money back. Here sadly its not the case..

When it comes to casino to trust with bigger balances, I would only trust those ones - Stake, Rollbit, Roobet and Duelbits, everything else is shady in my opinion (I'm talking abot crypto casinos)

Stake is definitely the best site if you're high roller and you're looking for a safe place to bet on, where you won't be afraid that you may not receive your winnings, even if you win millions

Rollbit has great reward system indeed but I think their referral system is really bad (at least on the lowest level).
