Yes, I sent them 2 screenshots to begin with, my reasoning was that they asked for an exchange receipt and as the payment went from (binance-> my wallet -> my ole wallet), I thought it best to give all the information I could and sent verification of both payments. I eventually sent the 1 screenshot as they

After seeing their post on the gambling forum here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5422931.0 I decided to try out their site and see what they have to offer.

I sent $503.9 to the wallet they made for me, using USDT on the ERC20 network.

After about an hour of my deposit not arriving, I contacted support and was told it could take up to 24 hours, so I waited.

24 hours passed and still no deposit, so I contacted support again and they told me my deposit has still not arrived but not to worry.

48 hours passed and I started to worry, they emailed me regarding the issue and asked for verification of the transaction on my end, which I was able to provide, along with the information above proving that the transaction had been sent.

I contacted support again and was told that once approved the funds would be added to my account shortly.

4 days after my deposit, I was sent this:

I believe this to be a false claim as the wallets are identical and the money was transferred from the wallet I sent to another wallet within a matter of minutes. I presume their crypto handling provider.
I've shown proof that I've not made a transfer to the wrong address by providing screenshots. '1. Making a transfer to an incorrect wallet address.'
And also proof that I've not made incorrect transactions between cross-currencies, as it's been transferred on the blockchain in the link above 2. Making a cross-currency transfer (For example: Making BTC transfer to an Ether address.)
I have sent all this proof to them regarding this and am waiting for a response. If credited my funds, I will withdraw the accusation and believe it to be an error within their system.
Until then, my advice is to stay away from this site.

There isn't any KYC on this platform as far as I know. And yes I've provided them with proof of the transaction including screenshots and txid.



To clarify, I sent 2 screenshots because I was asked for an exchange receipt, and the payment was not sent directly from an exchange app, but from a wallet on my computer (for which there isn't a direct receipt). The first screenshot shows the money going from an exchange to my desktop wallet, and then from the desktop wallet to your wallet. I sent both screenshots to provide as much information as possible, but it was just ignored.

Hi, I want to post here after signing up for ole7.io yesterday.

I made a deposit of $500 as seen here https://etherscan.io/tx/0x914039e722ea975758d4f4115c71f880e9e6c1ba4297be237dab0e034b877ca0 but my deposit never arrived, so after a few hours so I contacted support and they said wait up to 24 hours, which I have.

I received the email below.
I don't know how I can give a receipt from the exchange app as I sent the money from a wallet saved on my computer.
I'm still waiting for my response as I've stated there is no 'payment confirmation receipt from the exchange app'.
I've bet on many gambling sites and this is the first to withhold a deposit and make such a weird request. 

I'll keep my post updated as things progress, but my caution right now for anyone would be to not deposit on this site.
