Guys. I apologize profusely, of course. I still haven't gotten my payment. Can I leave a wallet for anyone who can? Cause I'm getting mentally exhausted. Thanks for understanding. It's just that anyone who can. I don't have a job because I live in Kherson.

Guys. I sit without money for 10 days and I can not earn money in my city as there are hostilities. Who can really help with the withdrawal. Please advise me. I don't even have enough for bread.

You don’t even have enough for bread yet you put your only money on gambling? This is a dumb mentality since you will have nothing if you lose money. I’m not trying to add to your problem but I think that you are still lucky that you manage to withdraw your money with profit compared to the waiting time for your withdrawal.

Nevertheless @holydarkness is already helping you to sort the issue here. I have a hunch that there’s really something wrong on your account since Shuffle rarely halt withdrawal unless there’s something wrong with the account.

Umm, I think this is a good chance to clarify and correct myself about my previous statement, quoted below. I initially thought the account was being investigated due to sportsbetting activities, as the entire discussion here between pavelmarty, me, and the forum members, as well as me and Shuffle, only mentioned "investigation", so I assume it's a sportsbetting investigation, as it was one of the most investigated activities.

But upon re-reading his posts, I think it was an investigation following a big win on Keno game.

Though it doesn't alter the current narrative so far, nor the outcome, that if pavelmarty played and won fair and square, the casino will be more than happy to liquidate the bonus, and that all we can do now is to wait for the provider to finish their investigation, I'd just want to clarify and straighten my previous post that might misled the narrative.

My apology if there is any confusion or misunderstanding happened on anyone's mind due to my own misunderstanding.

[As a side note, this is why I much prefer a discussion for matter like this to be conducted on scam accusations board, as it will be focused to the issue at hand and won't be "riddled" with announcement and excitements about the platform's events]

[...]

In short, they suspected something wrong with your activity, so they investigated it. Normally, casinos will ask for certain level of KYC prior to this investigation to tie an account to a person. [Unless I understand wrongly] that KYC itself is successfully verified, all you need to do is wait while they confirm and check your latest sportsbetting activity. [...]

You're helping me a lot. But my main concern is that I am not getting an answer and I have not been able to get an accurate answer for 10 days. They're just stalling so I'll forget? But I won't forget. I want to get the winnings and live. All my wallets are clean. I've already checked it myself. I thought it was aml, but it's been 3 days and no results. I'm really worried. I refresh 10 times an hour the page with payment to know any results. I am constantly online on the forum to write representatives. But already 10 days nothing. A couple of days ago they asked me to pass live verification. To turn my head. I did it. And it says it's complete. But what's taking so long? I don't understand. They don't want to give me my winnings? That's my biggest fear.

I'll explain it to you one more time. I won them with a 5 dollar Christmas coupon. Maybe that's why they don't want to withdraw because I didn't make enough of a deposit. But I won, and I didn't deposit any of my own money. And with the winnings, I have hope that I'll have money.

I've just been waiting for nine days. Tomorrow will be 10 days. That's a long time. Especially for a young casino that wants a good reputation.

I asked and they confirmed earlier today that the investigation was indeed requested by their provider, and not conducted by themselves. On this case, their hands are tied. Every casino's hand, to be precise. Be it a young and small casino or the big ones that's been here since the inception of crypto casino, when a provider asked for an investigation, most likely than not, all they can do is just like what you can do: wait.

I understand that this is frustrating, but perhaps give them some more day. And as inconceivable this idea might sound to you, I'll suggest to wait for 14 working days. You're in 10 days today, it's about 7 working days, if I calculate the calendar correctly. But, given 14th working days [your luck must be... at the all-time-low] will happen to be on Christmas Eve, I'll try to reach them again on 20th of December, see if they probably already got a greenlight from their provider but someone forgot to update the status, suppose the situation doesn't resolve itself before 20th.

I hope it's as you wrote. Thank you.

Did they provide any new update regarding your case? This is very important since I was in a similar situation with another crypto sportsbook who provided me new updates on a regular basis which made the wait easier.

As @holy mentioned, if you haven't done anything illegal at all, you will receive your funds since Shuffle is a lot more popular than you think and they wouldn't want to jeopardize that.

they don't write anything at all and they don't answer

So, if I understand things correctly, your KYC3 did passed and verified. When the support staff said that "it's being investigated" [or the similar words to it], they're referring to the account itself, not the KYC process.

Rest assured that if you did nothing wrong and/or did not utilize forbidden technic, they'll release your fund when they're finished with it.

Would you like to show my activity in sports?) There's a ridiculous amount of money

The very big money in sports I bet?

Kindly understand that, at times and probably more frequent than what we thought will be, the value of bets does not necessarily dictate an account to be checked or not, in sense that because someone do small bets, they're very less likely to be scrutinized while big bettor will get investigated.

Yes, a check following a big win is almost guaranteed, but this does not directly means small betting will not be checked. If a casino [or their provider] think that the player might cheated or use forbidden technic, they will investigate, regardless of the amount.

I'll assure you again that if you did nothing wrong and all of your bets are placed, won and loss, in fair manner, they'll conclude their investigation with similar conclusion and will release the fund.

I've just been waiting for nine days. Tomorrow will be 10 days. That's a long time. Especially for a young casino that wants a good reputation.

Hi, I sent them a DM just about a minute ago, as I previously waited for an update from maxiblanco and I think it's better to discuss both matter in one single "session" with them. Given there is no movement from maxiblanco, I went ahead with yours and will get to them again about maxi's when and if he provided substantial supporting evidence to his situation.

Kindly wait for them to notice my DM [that probably will be drowned by other DM, so it might take a while]. I'll try to nudge them every now and then to be sure that your situation successfully brought to their attention, though.

Thank you very much. Good health to you and your family. You've been a great help to me

But 7 days to wait for verification) well nowhere like this. I have not found anywhere on the Internet that it took anyone a long time to check. Am I the only one on this earth? I answered you the second you texted me. You read it and didn't respond.
I have heard of cases where some gamblers had to wait months to get their funds successfully which is why you still have hope as long as you didn't do anything illegal and did everything by the book.

Also, @Little Mouse is trying to help you at his own pace which itself is a good thing since some managers in this forum would completely ignore you. Patience is key.

If you are talking about Little Mouse then let me tell you he is a very reputed member here and I can assure you he has nothing to do with your current situation.
You have to be calm and patient (I know you have already waited for but just hang on).
Little Mouse is trying to help you but you have to understand he is not associated with the casino in question regarding the execution of cashouts/KYC.
He is impatient. He reached me few days ago and I have forwarded the message. After that, I have gone through a busy IRL schedule because my wife had a surgery on 09th. I have told him that I'll let him know if there's any feedback.

Alright guys. The check is going on for 7 days and it is not clear how much longer. I want to report fraud. Their support always responds with the same message. If you think that 7 days of this is not enough to check my bets, deposits, etc., then the casino is simply weak. They will never return my winnings.

"Hi there, we are not able to provide an estimate for this process. The compliance team is currently manually reviewing the verification submission. Once that process is completed we will reach out to you."

That's what support has been writing to me for 7 days. They are even too lazy to explain that they are checking. There are no contacts with these people who check. In general, I was cheated and my winnings will never be paid

very sorry that this happened. That no one is interested in the representatives and they did not give any comment.

I will tell you one thing that not a single gambling site will allow itself to check my payment for 7 days... And whoever will write that this is not so, you yourself understand that you are writing nonsense

I was so happy when I won. I'm just a guy from Kherson. We are fighting for our freedom. But I'm very sorry that the site treats me and my winnings like that.  I constantly go to the forum and immediately read and answer. But I'm tired. I want to eat. Thank you all.

May there always be happiness in your home. Joy success Good health to everyone. I'm tired.

Well for my part I plan to open a SCAM report tomorrow.
Noah read my message on Telegram and ignored it.
The support always answers me the same thing.
My money melting like snow because the support prevents me from withdrawing it.

Everyone ignores me, No worries.

I have the same thing. Noah read it and didn't reply. Support also writes the same thing. If you want to text me your contacts. Telegram, for example.

I asked for your username, UID, or other identifier that Shuffle's staff can use to pinpoint your account. You're sending me your telegram username. As I am not really keen on sharing that private means of communication of mine, I'll appreciate if you can just share me those info through PM and I'll see what can I do to get this resolved.

I did not understand you correctly. I thought you were asking me for the site's login and password.

username: pavelkherson

No, and please don't give that info to anyone asking. Ever.

Legitimate forum members will not need that piece of info. That info is yours, only yours, and should not be shared to anybody for whatever reason. I believe, not even to casino reps, as no one need one's password to get to the bottom of a case.

Got your username though, let see if I can get the wheel moving.

I will be very grateful if you can
