The guy who helped was Jason from safety team and he was as very patient and very straight forward if it wasn't for him I would still be dealing with auto replies from stake support.
Can you let this rest, we don't believe your "Jason" story and OP has already been advised not to send a PM to you or respond to one from you as it is very suspicious. Now tell me, why are you so eager to connect OP to "Jason", and why haven't you told us the forum you met this person. Just stop it with all the lies, or else sooner or later you will get in trouble in the forum and might be banned.

The guy is from stake.com the email.is safety@stake.com what the duck if wrong with you people we try to help and you guys always putting down, Im done this forum is either full of scammers or assholes I haven't got any good help from this bulsshiit forum and when we try to help you all attack , fcuk off I'm out ban me w.e

All good, u didn't bother me since I have nothing to hide.
1) I passed full KYC (u can check my first screenshot with all levels completed)
2) Why took longer - because stake refused to accept lvl3/lvl4, and asked me to provide for 3 months bills+payments, and after I did provide 3 months they asked for 6 months bills.
They asked me to see my 6 months of my proof of funds, and also where I live and other things.

That's what I went thru also, they requested 3 month bank statement, then they asked for another 3 months and asked then for bank statement where my income proof shows as received by the bank and asked for 6 month pay slip from my employee and after all that they requested stamped documents not pdf it was a pain to get all those due to I work as remote agent after couple months I was able to get all mailed in and then they asked for live video showing me login to my wallet and show the original transactions of deposits that I made. I did all that and finally after 3 days of sending this last video I was able to withdrawal but account was closed after withdrawal.

It was a long process so I understand OP because this stuff takes time to get specially the stamped documents as they were not accepting original pdf files from employer and bank statement.

The guy who helped was Jason from safety team and he was as very patient and very straight forward if it wasn't for him I would still be dealing with auto replies from stake support.

Are you able to provide video proof of deposit and a selfie holding the id and some other data? If yes inbox me, Dason can help you out!

Sounds like you are full of shit. @OP, don't send any personal document/data to this person, this won't end well. With this data other people might be able to claim you account and do worse.
Only asking for this is such a red flag already, you deserve to get banned for such a bs you are trying to pull here! Disgusting!

I'm not asking for anything I am saying the stake guy asks for that in my case

So it is safe to say that your account has been locked, since you cannot withdraw, deposit or do anything at all and when you contacted support, they didn't give you any reason why your account was locked and asked you to complete KYC, which you did. But you cannot still withdraw.

I would like to know, was your account restricted immediately after a big win which you tried to withdraw? Because that is something i noticed that a lot of casinos do these days. In addition to all the suggestions you have received, i will tag @Holydarkness here, let us see if he can be of some help to you.
I was in a same situation with stake.com 27k usdt stuck completed all levels and nothing for 3 weeks until I meet someone on a forum and he was able to finally realize my funds but my account was no good to play after that but at least got the money out
Who did you meet? In your post history, your previous scam accusation thread was not for Stake casino, or did this happen in another forum?

no bonuses used, and I didn't play much. I played only 3 dice bet's and after that got triggered KYC and my account has been restricted, I pass all verifications in few months and after that waiting for their team to reply. however, no-one answering me.

I depo'd full sum so I don't have any wins from stake, its literally my money.

Are you able to provide video proof of deposit and a selfie holding the id and some other data? If yes inbox me, Dason can help you out!

It was not on this forum that's why I didn't mention but I was able to withdrawal at the end with his help, he requested some selfies holding ID proof of deposits and after all that I was able to withdrawal but my account was closed.
I think you should tell us what forum this was? Was this person affiliated with Stake casino? If a random person requests personal information, you should not send them.
Unfortunately, this is one of the few instances where I can't do any help, other than adding it to my list. Stake is the only [so far] casino that I can't reach and help get solution,
Too bad, OP should proceed to report their issue in CasinoGuru, let us see if they will be able to escalate the issue and get stake to resolve it as soon as possible.

Yes is name was Jason I believe he is from security department of OP wants I can get him in touch just pm me I won't be putting other urls here to be banned

You guys are more worried than me, sportsbet don't ask for any info when registering and I didn't had my id with me at the time they asked for verification and my partner did it but all good

I had the same issue with stake and with all proof of deposit they refunded my money and allowed me to open a new account under my name, that's where we see difference of trusted and not trusted bookies 👍

I asked the same on support and haven't got any reply since I opened this thread, so 100% not trusted this house

Sportsbet.io

I can't reply to private messages it has 2 daily limit.
I still use the same device as always , I use same deposit wallet as always so that's doesn't make sense but don't waste more time on this it was my fault so just close this thread all is good

If you still have a picture of you and your ex, perhaps it's a good idea to send it in your email chain with them, just to assure them that the person who did the KYC is your ex and was [at a time] related to you. Might help convincing them that it was not just a case of account changing hand.

I can get a hold of my partner but I rather lose the 700$ then ask her for a thing 😂
I make that daily with my affiliates on stake no big deal

Clearly you didn't read or have difficulties understanding English and just commented nonsense.

This is nothing to do with multi accounting, I only have one account.

I put a "?" , The title is not an affirmation.

On their website you can't see which name is it under anywhere at all but it was either me or my ex partner and now I know it's under my ex partner.

all deposits are from my binance account and I can prove that if they needed but I won't be wasting time because all they do is send the same repeated email, they can keep the 700$ its peanuts for me , I will keep with stake and cloudbet, they just lost a good costumer as my twitch gets over 6k live viewers when I am doing casino streamings.

After I gave my username to jeremypwr on private message, I received a email saying basically the initial person who verified the account was not me but someone else instead, it actually may have been my ex-partner as we played together but I never had any other account , I will request to open one under my name and if I can transfer the funds to the new one since all deposits are from my own binance account.

Hello,

I had seen many threads here and on other places about sportsbet.io but now it happened with me.

I registered back in November 2024 and verified my account (it was actually mine and my ex girlfriend account we used together to bet).
I deposited made some withdrawals at the beginning all good, supports was very cooperative and fast reply any email/questions I had.

But now I made a 1.5k deposit and suddenly I can't withdrawal and I was requested to do the verification again with a link sent to my email. I completed it and replied to the email and since then I haven't heard from support and they removed live chat option from my account.

Well it's just 790$ I have stuck now there not big problem but just to warn you guys about them!

I have stake.com cloudbet.com bookmaker.us and all of these accounts I have over 20k and never had such problems like sportsbet.io after a few bets and deposits they requested verification again and don't answer for 790$? Glad I didn't deposited more I was testing them first, just a warning I have seen many threads on other places with similar problems, google up before you join any house!
