Oh Yeah, I totally admire your tenaciousness, and stamina. And of course you know, or i hope you know, i respect your efforts and your sincerity.

I do have a deep loyalty to Betcoin, and i am as i have said in a unique position to see the integrity of the decisions made, on a daily basis.

For those who do not know me, I do sometimes assist (only in a small capacity) with support on site, and help staff with design and promotion of Betcoin.ag ...So there is no doubt my opinions will be biased. I try to be fair and honest to an extreme and have earned a reputation as such. But there is indeed Bias, and that i can not help.

I have been with Betcoin since its infancy and thru its puberty. I agree OH YEAH that we coulda shoulda woulda done a few things differently, but over all i give a score 98% ..... A+ overall ..... ( but perhaps B- in communications .. imho that is the true issue at hand.) I would like to see us develop a Bulletin Board within the site to help with that.

It simply is not possible to please all players 100%...... but decisions are always made with the players benefit at heart. I have first hand experience seeing the great lengths Betcoin goes, to do right by it's players. And the VAST MAJORITY are very happy.

One thing Betcoin cant tolerate at a support level is badgering or spam, it robs the resources needed to accommodate all the new player's support requests. Due to the phenomenal growth we are experiencing, we get a lot of simple support requests that can be very quickly resolved, it is just not fair to leave a brand new player waiting 15 minutes for a 60 second fix. (1st time w/d or deposit or p2p or casino bonus or how do find my bonuses, simple stuff)

We have not been perfect, We are pioneering something special here. I am pretty sure some lessons will be learned as we go. This is good stuff, a public discourse is how things get better and better.

We do not wish to discount the message because of the messenger, however to some extent that does happen. If that party is overly demanding and badgers support and or spams support. Never the less, efforts are made to help, until it becomes counterproductive.

I do not participate at this forum often, i simply do not have time, but will try to go thru this thread and although i do see some valid points in your posts, the accusations you make are way off base.

The absolute last thing Betcoin would do is act unethically or w/o great integrity. There is just way to much at stake, and besides we simply are not that type people. I know the character of the Staff at Betcoin, and I have 100% trust, they will always, do their very best, to do right, by our players. 100%

I dont wish to banter back and forth via a forum, i simply dont have time. But i did want to give my honest opinion of Betcoin.

I am very proud of Betcoin and i have great confidence in the Betcoin brand. They are, and have proven worthy of my trust, time and again. I trust them implicitly to do their very best with players needs first and foremost. This is as honest as i know how to say it.

I love the VIP, i just hit emerald II and it gets pretty juicy now....It beats any out there that i know of... and is less complicated by far...

Most of all i just love the Betcoin.ag community .... and the Betcoin.ag forum,(that allows us to know each other)
that allows players to help other players.... and i always get a warm fuzzy feeling when i see that happening... I truly look forward to seeing all the Betcoin.ag members daily....

however the fact remains What you have done is not gonna get you paid

He made a partial payment with the balance contingent on me cleaning up this thread.
The following is my effort to be fair and clear this issue.

In all fairness, Bart the previous owner is the reason it has taken so long to get this done.
Im sure the books he handed over to Branden had been cooked to some extent. Bart was robbing Peter
to pay Paul, until finally he had to rob Paul, and tell Paul, Peter did it. The players funds should never
have been accessible to Bart. He made a mess of SP in the end. I kept my 10 bitcoin on site to cover players funds.
Hell i even deposited money so players could withdraw. I hope players realize as a pro for the site that I never ever had any access to back end functions of the site. As so many of you know me personally, You know i am a bitcoin evangelist. It bothers me deeply all the bad press behind this issue of refunds by the new owner to players of the previous Satoshipoker.

I can only imagine what the books looked like, when he handed them over to Brandon,  In all fairness i believe Branden and Ragnar are doing thier very best to get players refunded. I dont envy his job. I spent a lot of time cleaning up behind Bart, as many of you know. The thing is i have directed previous players to the email for Ragnar and they have all (everyone of them) reported to me they got their refunds... This makes me very happy and I think Burnturn should receive kudos for finally getting this mess cleaned up. KUDO's !!!

It is deepest wish that every one to the very last player, to the very .01 mBtc,  gets thier funds back.

I am "NOW CERTAIN" they will, as i see most have been repaid to date. And to be completely honest: Branden reaching out to me to get me paid is a good sign... He did that to be sure players were paid and no bitcoin poker player lost his funds on the site !! You could have refunded thru enterra within a first week or two of this deal that started way back in MAY!!

Yea, she took the original stake of 25 chips, won a few in BC_ only tournaments (we have an in house schedule also, for Betcoin only players... smaller buy in/GTD... i call em bankroll builders)
then took that and paid like approximtely 10 betcoin chips (10mBtc) to play a 6$ sattelite. She walloped me in that satellite ( LOL she won it with my chips damnit..LOL)

She won her Bankroll to get her off to the races with the 100k 18th place finish... She proved beyond a doubt, that she is a force to be reckoned with.

She took that initial win and added more daily, What is most impressive to me is how a US$ player, Like Angela, took to Bitcoin poker (at BetcoinPoker), Like a duck takes to water. She was not overwhelmed by the change in poker from $'s to Bitcoin. It really aint hard, if ya just do it. She used a couple resources about Bitcoin, that i shared with her. And now is able to make instant withdraws for whatever she needs thru each semester of college. Kudo's to you Angela for wisely spending your winnings !! You make me very proud....

I am the one who is charged with analyzing the data and making decisions
on refunds.  For people with set balances (Bart's spreadsheet matched
the one that we pulled from the SP database), we are refunding their
balances with no questions asked and have done so for 11 people to date,
including you.

For people with balances that we cannot verify, we are finding a
compromise.  There has been one other person in your shoes, who claims
to have a pending deposit that was never paid, but we cannot verify. We
were able to come to a fair agreement with that person even though we
were note bound to pay him by the contract with Bart.  We'd like to
believe everyone is telling the truth, but we could open the doors to a
ton of people claiming they have BTC that they didn't earn and we'd open
the door for scams.  All decisions made to refund unverified balances
are made on a case by case basis.

At this point, your balance is about 3.8 BTC and this is verified by
both the database and Bart.  We have already paid you 5 BTC and you were
the first person to get paid.  I know you claim to have been owed a
total of 7.8 BTC, but we have no way of verifying that you actually
owned all of those BTC.  For this reason, we feel like paying you 5 BTC
is a pretty fair compromise.

Brandon Casten is aware of the withdraw and the 2.8 btc balance on the site. He has been a gentleman about everything right up until Bart Van Oort pulled his BS. Dont blame him for being angry, but it is misdirected at me.
I expect Brandon to keep his word as agreed and pay me the balance of my funds. That balance is 2.8 btc

The 5 he sent means the balance is 2.8 Btc... He agreed to send upon opening the site.

You will show a balance of 3,8 .. beacause of the 7.8btc balance minus the pending 4 btc withdraw ..that is in question!!

I did offer a compromise ...send me 2 btc and leave .8 on site to give it a test drive and good Public Review !! as I promised I would all along.....

THE PENDING WITHDRAW (WAS VALIDATED BY BRANDON!!)
This is the deal, Brandon knew there was a 4 btc pending withdraw of the 7.8 bitcoin i held in SP
He sent me 5 Btc to help with a funeral expense (he was in negotiations with me to help him restore the site, so he sent 5)
I accepted A better offer from a major online poker site. And i then went to the back burner...although i continued to try and help the sale complete and players paid!!!
The 3.8 btc they show currently on my account verified by data base and Bart ..is the result of 7.8 bitcoin minus  4 btc with draw that never was processed, showing 4(pending w/d) + 3.8

Brandon paid 5 of the 7.8 btc...they owe me 2.8...

BEWARE PLAYERS !!!  they tell me they are negotiating with people who had "who claims
to have a pending deposit that was never paid, but we cannot verify"

they meant TO SAY  pending WITHDRAW that was never paid...
They are speaking of a pending withdraw //// deposit is a typo :

Now that i am no longer of value to him, he decides not to honor his agreement !! plus he is pisses because i told Bart why he wasnt paying players yet!!!

HE has all the information to validate my account, and yet sends me a cheesy email telling me they feel partial payment is a good compromise because they cant validate, what Brandon clearly states he validated !!!

And they make statement they have compromised with another player.. So players beware !!! you owe them no compromise..

They can either keep their word in full, or be cheesy, Foolishly thinking the players dont communicate with one another !!

I have sacrificed enough, thru this all...I WILL NOT COMPROMISE !!! PAY ME IN FULL AS YOU AGREED.  YOUR GAMBLE WITH KARMA IS A POOR INDICATOR OF WHERE YOU ARE GOING WITH YOUR NEW SITE!!
