Some time ago I red that Huobi is wash-trading and even if they are saying that they stopped it recently ( https://www.coindesk.com/huobi-clamps-down-on-crypto-wash-trading-after-bitwise-report) it was bad marketing and in my opinion will not help to get past Binance.

Seems they have understood that if they get hacked again they will lose many users so they must be focusing on security.

Binance is holding too many coins from people that do not want to download and sync blockchains for every coin they have. That is the biggest reason people target exchanges.

Now, it is not the best time for trading. Because this bots are trading pairs altcoins to BTC. Altcoins are loosing in BTC value, so the bot will not be in profit.

Last time when the prices went up, the exchange rates for alts went up much more than that of Bitcoin.

I wouldn't expect customer service to have multiple language though. Its a start up company, maybe after years.
The team hired ambassadors to some countries and members of the team are also from the major countries like China, most of the people in crypto I guess understood English as well.  

It is indeed difficult I agree that bitcoin will never be replaced because it will certainly make the market very destroyed when it happens

in any case, at the beginning of 2019 the team is scheduled to update the block chain. This is what should play a good role in the development of the erc20 platform.

My prediction for 2019 is like my previous post. That 2019 will be very good for crypto. But behind it all there must be a process to achieve that goal. Because many people predict that 2019 will be good for crypto. At least this year.
