I recently signed up on Trustdice and placed a couple of sports bets on their platform. I only have one account and was just trying out the platform as I can see they sometimes have better odds on the sports I bet. After trying to withdraw, they blocked my account and accused me of multi accounting. I told them I could provide KYC but there are still no response until now and I cannot access my account anymore. I use my phone to bet and use mobile data since I'm out of the house most of the time I bet, will that trigger an IP issue since it's a public IP? I see that some people also faced the same problems but were able to withdraw their funds.

Super weird. Try reaching out to their ANN thread. Some managers are responsive on these threads. Broadly, I feel that it will take you a lot of time to get this resolved. Easy 1 week. Are they letting you withdraw your money?

Could you consider allowing freebets from poker tournament sponsored by you to be used for parlay picks? Other online casinos let players use free bets on multiple picks, but it's not allowed here on DGBet.fun. It would be great if this could be changed, as it would give players more options and make bets more exciting, especially since other sites already allow it.

Edit: hmmm actually found out what they do: no individual limit but the higher the stake, the lower the odds get.
For example for Dallas in the NBA if you enter 600 USD in the stake field, the odds are 0.01 lower than when you enter 500. That is for a big market like NBA, but for smaller events the odds will lower quicker already, for example already if you change the stake from 40 to 50 usd.
So, if you want to bet 1 million on a very small market, the odds will become 1,00 so there is no point. Actually this is an inventive way to not limit users but still protect the sportsbook from losing.

I was monitoring your NBA and NLF live odds tonight, but I was disappointed to see that you barely offered any odds. For NBA you only had liveodds during the first quarter of the Dallas vs Spurs game and the Washington vs Boston game, and for the NFL game you had no live odds on offer all game long. Why?

Freebets are offered as packets. So for a $7 freebet, you will be able to only place a $7 bet. But if it's cash, you can place a bet upto any meaningful decimal place. So for example, if you wish, you could place a bet of $0.56

I got a freebet from EPL round 6 $20, managed to win 2 bets but unfortunately lost 1 NBA bet.

According to dune stats I can see there is currency 💵💵 flowing into Dgbet, but for someone like me that likes to catch a few bets on live bets I really feel more can be done to improve the live gaming experience as odds take long to show up when a game is being played, though for games to be played in a few hours usually don't have problems..
