Your issue hasn't been solved yet! Perhaps, Stunna will miss your post as he rarely visits the forum. Stunna isn't going to read every reply here when he will be back again. You should send him a PM by describing your issue. You may also send a message to MICRO (CEO of Stake). It could be helpful to get some answers, because he visits the forum occasionally.
Thank you. I have sent a message to both.

You're just not completed the document they're asking, It's on their term & condition and you cannot blame on them as well. Becasue it's part of their service rules, proof-of-source fund is always tricky for people like you. Your account still temporary locked and can be opened, but with condition finish the document first. If you keep asking, and not completed the document it's just wasting their resource time. Try to submit, and contact them again not just keep spamming communication.
Still cannot find the alternative for this one, I only got alternative for proof-of-address if people are still living on their parent and all the bill under other name not us. Did you pay tax in your country, If yes then tried to submit that. You never know, it can be accepted or not.
Are you acting naive or actually are you? I played with money that was not earned from BTC mining, which is the only proof of funds they accept. My proof of address, identity and everything else is verified.

As suggested by fellow community member, I am posting my scam accusation thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5416789.0 I have gambled using crypto I earned doing small tasks, selling bounty tokens, telegram giveaways, etc and now stake says that gambling with funds earned from such ways is not legal and they want some proof I don't understand. They don't reply to my emails for 6 months They said only money used from mining is legal and now they don't even reply. I am level 3 verified and overall in loss and still they are harassing me -cut-
Answer to what? Your post didn't have a question in it. And from the answer of the staff and your reply to it it looks like you have left a huge portion out. Like what info have you provided, what's been asked? This sounds like misunderstanding to me because no one has ever in the history of crypto gambling demanded that anyone need to mine the coins they play with. It's most likely your proof of origin that's shady here. If they can't get a document suitable enough for review, they are prevented by AML law to let you play.
And if you indeed are lvl3 you have played lot of money. So is it a surprise that they want to have proof of the origin? So maybe provide them the tx trail of your funds. With screenshots from bounty sheets explaining who is your nick and document how did you convert the money. That might be hard but they are only following the law.
I wish you read the thread. THEY DO NOT DEEM THE MONEY EARED FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE APART FROM MINING AS LEGAL

You are lack of document, the document it's rejected from them. I read, you are put a source-of-fun from mini task and etc. It's need to be a document earning something like from company or could be a tax payment can be help as well.
IMO, your case account being temporary locked because still not passed source-of-fund document.
It's not rejected but I never submitted it. Because they only deem miner as legal earning, so for example if tomorrow you gamble with your signature campaign earnings you will NOT be able to withdraw.

Re: [Stake.com] Account Suspended | Proof of funds how to provide?
It has been over 7 months now and they do not reply to my emails and my funds are still locked
it's most likely because you haven't given them the proof of funds(that they deem valid) that they have been asking from you seven months ago. at this point, they have probably deemed the case closed as the gambler failed to provide the documents that they asked from you, that's why they aren't responding to your emails.
I do small tasks like writing, and designing and get crypto for that and I used that money to deposit and play. I don't understand how to provide the proof of funds. Assume you use your signature campaign earnings to gamble and it's not a valid proof of fund for them, then you will forfeit your money to them?
don't get me wrong, I too find their "acceptable documents for proof of funds" a little ridiculous, but then again, those rules are on their ToS and you did agree to it when you registered an account on their gambling site and they expect you to follow it. it is a shitty situation that I think you can't really win.
They show people winning million dollars and they are scamming me for $300. Maybe those promos and social media posts are fake and big fraud is going on.

So sorry about your experience mate but stake casino is a reputable casino running for a long time here. Not only that it is a big casino well known in the gambling space and featuring super stars, celebrity, athletes etc, I was wondering what your offense could be for them to have suspended your account. Anyways, you would have to sort it out with them as they have their representative to answer to their fans and registered members.
I will advise you of you have not done it to post the link of this thread on their official announcement thread so the representative could see it and respond to your complaints urgently. With this, you could get the attention you deserve from the stake casino.
They have not replied to my emails for 6 months and more
They don't consider funds earned from mini tasks and other ways like selling bounty tokens as legal. I don't understand why and how I provide them with the proof they think is valid. I am also level 3 verified and they said usually level 2 is enough.
I am overall in loss as well
They don't deem the money earned from mini tasks, bounties, telegram giveaways as legal
Like I opined initially, pm their representative here with your complaints via the link above or the copy the link to this thread and post on their official announcement thread for their representative and others to see and give you the urgent attention by calling to the attention of stake casino to urgently attend to your complaints. That's all. There you can explain yourself better.
Thank you so much, I have put a message in their thread also.

Re: [Stake.com] Account Suspended | Proof of funds how to provide?
Stake has asked me for proof of funds, how do I provide it? I just have money in Binance and I withdraw some of it to gamble on stake
I am verified level 3 but I don't know how to provide proof of funds and why they need it?
which coin exactly did you transfer to Stake, is it USDT perhaps? and how much time has passed since the deposit? Also is everything fine with your Binance account? There is no country ban or something like that.
edit: did you use the funds for the game or do you just want to withdraw? they have a policy of not allowing their casino to be used as a mixing service. is that what it is about?
I have deposited LTC and sometimes other coins and have mostly lost them all. My account was suspended suddenly even when I had made no withdrawal
I had no idea that crypto casinos could ask for these documents. They look like a bank asking you for proof of funds. I knew they are increasingly implementing KYC and AML but not to this extent. The downside is that they have your current funds at Stake locked. Are we talking about a lot of money?
I see that the article where you specify the documents you accept was written a week ago. I don't know if they started implementing it a week ago, but as you say, it doesn't include the activities you mention, and it doesn't include a very common activity in the forum: participating in signature campaigns.
I hope this doesn't go mainstream because a lot of people are going to be left with their funds locked, and also crypto casinos are going to lose a lot of business.
To bet on from now on, the solution is easy, go to one of the few remaining casinos that still don't ask for KYC or all these documents:
They said no one but miners are allowed to gamble at stake everyone else cannot prove their source of funds. But I did not know this before so what do I now? I am not a miner

Re: Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal
2 consecutive days of stake attacking threads, doesn't that sound coordinated?
I have somewhat the same issue though with my local crypto wallet that asked my source of funds, they don't accept earnings from online employment agreement which they prefer to look into a salary record with my IDs on it. Maybe they are just complying what government told them. I uninstalled that wallet after it.
I am telling my problem and I still love stake but they should change their terms

Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal

Hello friends, I am a platinum 4 player at stake.
Today my account was suspended and I was asked to submit proof of funds as I am already verified upto level 3 and proof of funds comes in as level 4
I have asked support and they have confirmed that they do not deem any crypto earnings as legal and valid source of income apart from income made through mining. This means if you are a service provider, a seller or simply a trade you cannot provide proof of funds at stake as they only deem mining earnings as legal and everything else is illegal and invalid.
I invest in different crypto coins and I trade and earn and sometimes I do small tasks and get paid in cryptocurrency. How do I provide stake with the proof they need when I earn my gambling money from crypto
They have said my money will be locked until I provide them some document from above. Please help me.
Does this also mean if someone earns their salary in crypto or by doing small tasks they are not allowed to play at stake?

It is saying withdrawal only mode but I cannot even cashout my money
I have emailed them but my friend suggested I should ask here as they do not reply to emails
It is great that you have already contacted them. I think they will reach you and there will have a good solution for you. You have created scam accusations. You should create this type of accusation only after you got scammed or there is a chance that you may get scammed or someone may lose funds in the future.
Sorry I was suggested by a friend, I am not accusing stake I love them
Support asked me to email accounts and I have done it. Can someone help me ?
They have not suspended your account, they have just temporarily suspended your account for breaching their terms and conditions. As it is temporary you may get back your account. You should contact them via the email address they have provided to you "accounts@stake.com" which they have mentioned in the message.
