Daher haben wir selbst Betroffene, die Funds bei Bitcoin-24 liegen haben entschieden, aktiv zu werden und diese Seite zu machen. Wir möchten nicht einfach herumsitzen und warten. Wir wollen unser Geld zurück und das möglichst schnell!

Ebensowenig will ein Händler aus reinem Altruismus Verluste einfahren - nur aus dem Grund, dass er seine Bitcoins erst nach ein paar Tagen eintauscht. Und seinen Handel nur auf Bitcoins basierend zu betreiben - dafür gibt es noch zu wenig Akzeptanzstellen, eine Konvertierung in Fiatgeld ist also unumgänglich.
Ergo: Bitcoin ist durch Spekulantentätigkeit im normalen Handel - also B2C - kaum zu gebrauchen, was sehr schade ist.
In dieser Weise meinte ich das in meinem Post #7 auch. Aber danke für den Tipp mit BitPay, habs aber noch nicht ganz verstanden, .. wie da zB. ...Aber soweit sind wir halt noch nicht...damit ist das hier nur eine was wäre wenn Diskussion. Seine Anfrage war aber keine was wäre wenn sondern die ist genau so passiert und wurde abgelehnt. Und das ist eben in der momentanen Situation verständlich.

Und was soll der Händler machen, der ein iPad für 500.- EUR verkaufen wollte, BTC/EUR steht bei 150.-eur, also bekommt er vom Käufer 5 BTC, am Tag des Verkaufs 500.-EUR.Am nächsten Tag steht der Kurs BTC/EUR bei 50.-, die 5 BTC Einnahmen vom Händler, sind also NUR noch 250.- EUR wert!!! Heute sogar nur noch 200.- EUR (5 BTC * 40.- = 200.- EUR)
So kann kein Händler wirtschaften! Und es gibt noch keine Future und Optionen auf BTC/EUR, so dass - wie man das im professionellen Exportgeschäft macht - gegen Währungsrisiken absichern kann.

@yxt vielleicht überlegst du dir das nächste mal diese Dinge BEVOR du eine Überweisung machst. Gab ja genug Infos hier im Forum,dass dem Simon ein Bankkonto nach dem anderen gesperrt, gekündigt wurde!

Es geht nicht darum dass die Banken gegen den BTC kämpfen, sondern dass hier sechsstellig und siebenstellig Geld auf KTO bei Simon und der LTD floss, von dem die Herkunft nicht immer klar und frei von Geldwäsche war.
Wer sich gern den Simon auf facebook anschauen will der solls halt machen. Davon werden die Bankkonten aber auch nicht schneller wieder freigeschaltet.

It seems to be a big problem for Simon to make his businesses legal!
In Germany you can't do financial service (businesses ) without authorisation from Bafin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) http://www.bafin.de/EN/Homepage/homepage_node.html
I doubt that Simon will solve the legal issues quick! Simon seems to be a good guy, but he is also very young and naive (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=98434.0) in that kind of businesses and laws!
I don't think the german authority has any jurisdiction over an english company... Let alone jurisdiction over the bank account in poland of an english company. IF the germans had any issues with money laundering they should have contacted the English authorities.

Wie wäre es denn wenn mal morgen jemand bei der BAFIN anruft und sich erkundigt, was man braucht um in Deutschland legal eine BTC Börse zu betreiben??? Oder ob man schon mal zum Notar gehen sollte, um sich dann zu legitimieren, sein Geld von gesperrten Simon KTO wieder zu bekommen? Oder welche Maßnahmen effektiv sind außer warten... anstatt Bildchen bei Facebook zu sammeln.

Ich habe per Giropay am Donnerstag noch nach Bankenöffnungszeit Geld überwiesen und es wurde im Account gleich gutgeschrieben. Gleiches KTO wie bei dir:

Der Simon ist kein Krimineller, wie ich das übers Web beurteilen kann. Und der wird sich nicht damit das Leben versauen. Ich glaube das Problem wird auf irgendeine Art gelöst. Mal die nächste Woche abwarten...

Wenn er dann nicht erklären kann warum die 4 Mio sein eigenes Geld ist, dann sind die Einlagen gleich mal bis zum Gerichtsverfahren gesperrt. Wenn er zugibt, dass es Kundengelder sind, dann steht er bei 4 Mio schon mit einem Bein im Knast.
Also der Umsatz von knapp 4 Mio war ja Handelsvolumen. Vielleicht sind über das PL Kto nur...? Mhh keine Ahnung was da so geflossen ist. Aber siebenstellig wird wohl schon gewesen sein.
@otherwise, zuesrt dachte ich der DJ ist das nicht. Aber wie subba schon erwähnte, bei den (engen) Freunden hats doch auch BTC24 Limited LIEKES.
Aber wir sind doch alle selber Schuld. Die Gier frist Hirn, bei solchen Spekulationsblasen. Da gibt man einem Anfang 20 Jährigen DJ, der mit PHP eine "no fees" BTC Börse bastelt, seine Euros und jammert dann, wenn etwas bei der Abenteuergeschichte schief geht. Schuld ist in meinen Augen überhaupt nicht dieser Simon! Schuld sind wir bei dieser Geschichte alles selbst! ich hab auch > 5k dort noch sitzen...

Wann genau wurde das polnischen KTO geschlossen?
Ich hatte am Di 09.Apr 13 noch zwei SEPA Überweisungen gemacht und eine wurde gutgeschrieben (Date 11.04.13 Time 00:12), die andere nicht.
PS: Wenn ich Simon wäre würde ich auch keine einzelnen Emails, die nur privaten Inhalt haben, wie: "wann krieg ich mein Geld zurück" - beantworten.
Schließlich hat er ja geschrieben: "I am waiting for the "go" from my lawyer to know, what I can write in the official statement I will give all users with email and on reddit."
Heißt: Er wartet auf seinen Anwalt, bis der ihm sagt, was er offiziell schreiben soll/kann. Da scheint ja ausser dem Datenbank Prob. noch ein rechtliche zu bestehen. Der Simon hat ja keine "Banklizenz", oder von der BAFIN sonst eine Erlaubnis für Finanzdienstleitungen! Hat aber in den letzten zwei Tagen knapp 4 Mio EUR umgesetzt!!! Da kanns dann halt schon mal vorkommen, dass zur Vorsicht das KOT wegen Geldwäsche etc. gesperrt wird. Könnte ich mir denken?

Ich versteh das ja auch nicht, wie man sich zusätzlich zur Inflation ablaufendes Geld zulegen kann. ...
Das wirst du dann verstehen, wenn du dir einen PC für 1000 EUR kaufen willst, dass geht mit BTC nicht und wird mit BTC auch nie gehen, wenn der BTC solche Spekulationszenarien hinlegt, wie er das in der Vergangenheit getan hat. Und das wird er weiterhin tun... Bei mir als PC Händler wirst du nie in BTC bezahlen können. Der BTC ist betriebswirtschaftlich in der Form nicht zu gebrauchen. (siehe Beitrag Nr 9:)
Nehme wir an, ich bin PC Händler und hätte vorgestern einen PC im Wert von 1000 EUR gegen BTC verkauft! Ich hätte dafür nur 5-6 BTC bekommen (bei Kurs von 166-200 EUR).
Wenn ich diesen PC nun wieder einkaufen will, bekomme ich aber aktuell nur ca 540 EUR für die 6 BTC, weil der Kurs bei 90.- EUR steht! Heißt, solch ein Spekulationsjobjet ist als Währung/Tauschmittel völlig ungeeignet
