nobody knows that, we also see the market price every day and Ethereum is also in it. but to return to the $ 200 price it will be a bit difficult even hopefully never happened. to be honest here i really miss when ethereum reaches $ 1k.

there is no safe place in the world of crypto even that nothing can be said as a stable coin because a price change can happen anytime and without anyone knowing it. and for the funds you use I think that is a good number for a beginner but if you are planning to invest long term then it seems that too little.
I think if you ask about it here then you will not find the answer because everyone must have their own trust coins. try to first advance some coins in the top list on coin marketcap then do some research on them.
I have a plan to do that, so from now on I keep trying to keep adding my assets in bitcoin and will continue to keep it for the next few years. because I think that by 2020 bitcoin will have a very high price.

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story
I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH. Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.
After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH.
if i sell June 1st 196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$
so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

hold long-term is the decision I take when the coin I choose has decreased deep enough, but I also feel that waiting is indeed boring but the choice must be taken to minimize losses.

No, it won't benefit OP. Op can translate the whitepapers or ANN by himself and put it in his portfolio. A lot of bounties does not really care if it was really used officially because they only want proofs that you can translate.

saving a coin in a personal wallet is a safe place to exchange, but I usually do this when I intend to keep my token in the long run and ignore the pump and dump. but if I intend to short term then the exchange will probably be an option.I think IDEX is a good exchange compared to etherdelta or forkdelta, but when compared to other big exchange I think idex is still lagging far behind. but I also usually use idex if only to sell the token ERC20.

we know that up and down the market today is always far from expectations, and when the market starts very difficult to predict then usually I choose to make long-term investment on some top 10 coins on marketcap.
