 A user has kindly shared with us the bets placed on other platforms using the same bookmaker product provider, showing that the model of his bets has not undergone significant changes. What this person is doing is exploiting the imperfections of the bookmaker's line. Notice that the player bets exclusively in the amount of 70 dollars and chooses extremely unpopular events from minor leagues, likely selecting events using an odds scanner. The problem with blocking on the provider's side is that there is no single account that can be blocked once and for all. There is always the possibility to go to another casino site, register anew, and start committing the same illegal actions as before. That's why we see that the player previously played on the BCgame and WinTomato sites, and now on Bitz. Guests rarely change the projects they play on by their own will. If they choose a place to play, they tend to stay there for a long time if everything suits them.

Also of note, is I am in a prohibited location not allowed by the casino (Costa Rica).  I was completely unaware of this until recently when I noticed on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru when viewing BC.Game complaints and error message on their pages said my country is not allowed at this casino.  I am not geo blocked on BC, I have never used a VPN.

Definitely a bonus abuser that’s he have same issue to other casino when it comes to withdrawal of profit. Casino ain’t charity that this abuser can get easy money by abusing the bonus using multiple account until they get the lucky win on slot.  They are persistent on doing this that they almost master how to do this consistently in different casino that offering a welcome bonus that has a minimal requirements.

Sadly Bitlucy become a targe5 of this kind of user that result to there loss on there initial stage of operating. I can’t blame them on why they become stricter when it comes to bonus rules.

I am trying for 8 days to withdraw my $700 winnings. And every day they lie to me that they will pay me off or that the money is on the way, but to this day they have not sent anything.

I didn't take any bonus or anything. Classic fraudsters, take deposits, and will never pay withdrawals, even to us who have not used any bonuses. I think the real problem is that they are not liquid at all, that story about promotions and abusing is just an excuse for me.

So you are actively using bunch of gambling websites and unknown exchanges and you are expecting to be fully compliant with regulators  
You can do whatever you want with your coins or money, but you are publicly already doing ''illicit activities'' so I don't know what exactly you are expecting.
I told you how you can always play around those stupid rules, but you can also just use Coinbase or Binance that are best known for kissing regulator asses.

This AML bot and stuff like that are not very smart, and you can try checking main Binance exchange hot wallet and see result you will get... probably it will show very similar ''risk''.
You can't even verify what this bot is doing and I think it's crazy trusting it, and it's even more crazy paying bunch of money for using that.

Unfortunately after so many days waiting, i have to tell my bad experience with them. 
i have won over 1000 euro in sports bets, but when i tried to withdraw an amount
just to check them, they told me that i bet on foul play, fixed matches etc etc cancelled
all my bets and decided to just return the deposit. this is a pattern strategy from bookmakers
that dont want to pay and generally can't be trusted. i have been trying to withdraw my own deposit
money 7 days now without success (a very very small amount of money if you wonder),
no withdrawal is processed, problems with their system as they say. 
whoever needs details pm me. yesterday i received an email from management that the money are on the way.
if they arrive i will inform you. still nothing. whoever won a relatively big amount of money test them by simply withdrawing.
If things change i will post it here. even if i get the deposit back they stole my winning money. the case seems a lot like
betop.gg if anyone had any experience with them. i will let them prove me wrong but i generally dont
like people get scammed so be very very very careful.
