Completely agree with you, except from the community funds. The community voted to grant the Foundation a pot of money. so they didn't just have access to it. I'm afraid soon they will come back asking for more while they haven't delivered what they had been so enthusiastic about a year ago. They spent soooo much on marketing but yet nothing to show up for.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you won't lose Xem. Highest probably Xem will lose value because of the 2 chains and Xym will be better (at least that's what they try to make us believe). Just look at other blockchain projects who had a similar development -> it didn't end up well. The smart people will dump a day or two before the snapshot. Only the gullible will be left holding the bag, thinking that they will have gained twice the value. Don't let the Foundation trick you by telling you that they will figure out a way to keep the Xem chain alive.

I haven't been around BTT for some time now but decided to pop in as I have some serious concerns regarding Nem. I notice lately that the Nem culture has changed dramatically after the announcement of Symbol.

Alexandra, the head of the foundation seems to rule with an iron fist and any serious and valid criticism is slapped down with a threat or a ban. The funny part is that she is supported by everyone else who is connected with Nem, even though they're not part of the Foundation. It makes me really doubt if there isn't a hidden agenda behind investors' backs.

She refuses to discuss exactly where and how they spend the community funds that they have been awarded last year. She is as transparent as the previous foundation that was run by Lon. At least he was a likable figure. Or maybe Nem is preparing an exit scam strategy.

For years we have been made to believe that catapult will be an upgrade of Xem. After working for years of Catapult/Symbol, they have suddenly decided to tell us recently that it will be a seperate chain. Some lame excuses have been made for this.

The main excuses where:

1. They're doing this for legal reseans to cover their own asses. With a new chain they can at least pretend to give people double the coins, even though it's as clear as day light that Xem will of course tank in price when Xym comes out and we have no idea how Xym will react to the market.
2. The worst excuse is that Symbol is incompaticle with Xem so that's the reason they can't upgrade the existing chain. What??? What have these devs been doing all these years?

When you ask any questions that they cannot answer they will either ask you whether you're a Nem member (meaning a paid member with kyc) or they just tell you to shut up.

They're not interested in acquiring new investors and keep current investors satisfied. All they care about is keep the old community silent and make them follow them like sheeple.

The crypto world is not meant to be run in this way. Even though Nem says that they have many entities working on it, to me it seems that they are all connected to each other and support each other firmly. The only spokesperson between us and the rest is Alexandra. I haven't seen any other entity getting in touch with us. Whenever Alexandra says that she has some fantastic news coming up, it always seem to be a big dissapointment, over and over again. And when ou ask questions she asnwers initially with "we have so many things going on but we can not share anything right now, we'll share it when the time is the ripe for it"

Anyway I'm just sharing my experience and dissatisfaction with how things are progressing. And after being for so many years with Nem I'm really worried that the end of Nem is nearing as I do not trust their intentions anymore. This doesn't mean that Xem can't go up. Of course it might, especially since there is an airdrop coming. Just be careful guys.

I opened and account about 4 years ago but never used it. Recently I wanted to register, but noticed that my email was already in the system. Upon requesting new login details and logging in I saw that my account was banned by staff. I contacted support to unban me and all I got was a stupid email saying that my account was considered high risk and that I'm not allowed to trade anymore. On top of that they threatened to ban me if I open a new account.
I never traded before. My accont has 0 trades and 0 reviews. This is so weird.

Than he should delay the third airdrop until it's cheaper to send. Why would the 4th airdrop be free? Is there any guarantee that eth fees will be lower at 4th airdrop?

I'm not sure if this qustion came up before, but how will wallet updates and forks be handle. Normal exchanges just disable wallets for a while until they update and test it. With a decentralised exchange it could be a problem coins could get stuck in the blockchain or double spent. How will this issue be prevented in NVO?

First of all I assume you have no problems whatsoever otherwise you would have held a different position.
Secondly Bittrex just recently amended their withdrawal limit from 3BTC to 0.4BTC without notifying customers.
Further people from specific (poor) countries should not get their accounts disabled and left in complete darkness. This is so inhumane.
If 2-4 weeks is normal than they should state that instead of the 7 days which turns into months.
