Re: Roobet stole my money and scammed me for $3 million UPDATE

New response from Roobet acknowledging the new evidence I provided but claiming that it’s not in their hands anymore and there’s nothing they can do. They didn’t even offer anything at all. I would stay far away from Roobet because if you win enough money they’ll revoke it, blame it on their provider and say even though you’re right we can’t do anything.

Hi,

I understand your frustration and that you’ve provided evidence from tournament organizers and players regarding the event time. I want to be clear: we are not ignoring what you’ve shared. The challenge is that all bet settlements are handled by the game provider, not by Roobet directly. Once the provider confirms the settlement and marks it final, we cannot override or resettle it—even if additional information is presented afterward.

This is not stealing. The bet was paid out and then adjusted in line with the provider’s official settlement process. While I hear and acknowledge that you believe the start time was different, the provider’s confirmation is the deciding factor, and their ruling is final.
I know this is not the resolution you were hoping for, but I do want to reassure you that nothing improper has taken place here. Your play and your concerns are valued, and while this decision will not change, we remain committed to ensuring fairness and transparency for all players.

I emailed Roobet that I have proof and evidence de from the tournament organizers and players and they responded with this:

Hi there!

I understand your frustration about this situation. The bet has been settled correctly, and the provider has confirmed that it will not be voided or resettled. As Chloe mentioned earlier, the decision is final and will not be reconsidered under any circumstance. This is not stealing, and we acknowledge your new evidence, but the provider's decision stands.

I can’t even begin to describe how absurd this is, they’re acknowledging I have no evidence that proves what they’re saying is a lie and refuse to look at it. Keep in mind this bet was originally paid out and money was in my account. It wasn’t until I tried withdrawing some of it that they magically decided the bet should be voided and came up with this lie that I quickly found to be false.

Roobet stole my money and scammed me for $3 million UPDATE

I previously made a post that Roobet cancelled over $3 million in winning bets from me claiming that the matches started at 8am and not 10am. I refuted this claim many times and showed them all the proof I could find but instead they would say “we trust our data provider”. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the tournament organizers and also a few players who confirmed the matches started at 10am. I then started going through my other bets on this sport and reviewed the site they claim to use as the trusted source and I had many past bets which won and were paid out and which lost that had the start time on this site listed a few hours off. Those bets won over $100k and had no issues. Simply because this is a large amount Roobet refuses to pay. This is a joke and Roobet refuses to do anything let alone listen when I have concrete proof.

~snip~
Where can we verify the starting time that you mentioned here? I was also trying to find out the exact start time of those matches. But I only managed to find out that some of those matches started before 10:00 AM EDT, while some other matches started after 10:00 AM EDT. Two to three matches were played on the same court number. Which proves all the matches didn't happen at the same time. Bookmakers were indeed showing a generic time. Maybe OP has already verified the game start times and accepted the decision of Roobet.
I was allowing Roobet some time to review it as they said they would but they just got back to me saying not only will they not go ange my bet result but won’t even compensate me anything. This is exactly right, many of the matches were on the same court so the 8am start time is just a generic start time but many matches started after 10am but Roobet refuses to see this.

Posting here because Roobet is trying to bury this on Reddit and other platforms.

I placed a parlayon Roobet. Total long shot, huge odds and it hit. The payout was over $3 million.

I placed the bet 1 hour and 11 minutes before the start time. After the bet was graded as a win and paid out,I submitted a withdrawal request and Roobet suddenly reversed it and claimed it was a “late bet.”

Here’s what makes this a clear scam:
   •   I have proof: timestamped bet slip, official league start times, match video, and screenshots from other sportsbooks — all confirming the bet was placed well in advance.
   •   Roobet has provided zero evidence to back their claim. No logs, no timestamps, no reasoning — just a vague excuse.
   •   When I challenged it, they gave me the runaround. Then their moderator deleted my post on Reddit and shut down the discussion completely.

This isn’t a gray-area technical issue. It’s a blatant move to avoid paying out a big win — and they’re using censorship and silence to cover it up.

If they can do this to one person, they can do it to anyone.

This should matter to anyone in crypto. Roobet operates under a shady Curacao license and has no real accountability. They market themselves as “provably fair,” but when the numbers get big, they just rewrite the outcome.

I’m sharing this here because public pressure is the only option. If you value transparency and trust in crypto gambling, this kind of behavior should not slide.

Roobet just told me the matches started at 8AM EDT not 10AM EDT yet I was able to get the exact results from the official leagues API and it shows the match started at 12:05PM EDT and ended at 12:39PM EDT. All the matches started at or after 10AM EDT. They’re simply just making stuff up not to pay.
I don't know when they actually started but the schedule says 8. https://brackets.pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/82b1a95d-a818-4412-b84b-db1c52f3143c/events/1a4993fb-974e-41f1-82d3-67ea5e56bc4a/elimination/AAB39B87-132D-446F-81B0-2F9EC0D03A3A

Yes, that’s what Roobet is referring to but that’s just a generic time. The actual start time which can be seen by checking the API respond for one of the matches for example was 12:05PM EDT and ended at 12:39PM EDT.

Roobet found a generic start time but the actual start times of the matches were much later.

Every betting site void the winnings of a 'late bet'. But it is uncommon if you have really placed your bets 1 hour 11 minutes before the start of the match. Still, the betting site will consider it as 'late bet' if it was placed immediately after hearing any big news about the games. @OP, why haven't you provided any single evidence in your main post here despite having all the evidence? I can see that your Reddit post is indeed deleted by the moderators: Roobet Scammed Me – $13 Parlay Won, Then They Voided It With a Fake Excuse.

What is your username at Roobet? Also, add all the evidence you have now. $3 million from a $13 bet! How many inputs were in your parlay bet?

Here is all the evidence, keep in mind the matches started at 10:00am EDT as shown everywhere including the official sources but Roobet is saying that’s not true: https://imgur.com/a/7Jlp2qY

Bit confused here. You said it's a parley but there are also singles that have been cancelled? Or does the roobet bet slip just look strange compared to other sites? Also, you should post a picture of the whole betslip as well where people can see ALL the games, starting times and also of course the wager.
Also, what sport has been played here. I understand it's kinda tennis but the results confuse me. I am also surprised that roobet let you make a bet this big in the first place tbh.

It’s one parlay with 15 different individuals matches. Couldn’t fit them all in one screenshot but the point is they were all from the same tournament and started at the same time. Also they didn’t let me put much on it, the odds were very high on a lot of them. Multiple +700’s and a few +200 and +300. It was a total punt.
