The only way to continue now is use a new account as i advised you some months back

Until his account gets hacked again because his device is compromised  Tongue
A new account won't save OP from getting compromised. How often did it happen yet? 3 times? 4? I doubt this was the last time.

I have bought a new device now & will use the forum on that device only.

My account was hacked & locked on January 30th. I have given all the proofs to verify that I still have access to my account but still the team is not sure that I have access to my account. Can someone please help me get my unlock my account?

Infact, after it was hacked 2nd time, I even changed my e-mail address. Not sure how did hacker get to know about my new e-mail id to hack it for the 3rd time.

You don't have any clue about what you are doing online. That's how he got access to your new email address.
Obviously, you didn't learn anything about getting compromised 2 times already.

Moreover, do you think hacker would have hacked this new account as well and would be following up to get old account back?

If you would have done everything (somewhat) correctly, this wouldn't happen.
But you lost your account 3 times already .. so who knows..
Why the hell are you blaming me man?
You are putting all the blame on me as if I am asking my account to get hacked?

PS: Do you know why moderator delete this reply of mine?

Recoveries team is not ready to unlock my account even after proving the ownership of my account. Can someone please help me to get access to my original account. During covid-19 situation I am struggling financially and need my original account to liquidate some of my crypto holdings. I would really appreciate if someone can help me out here.

The account has been hacked so many times that, at this moment, we're unable to guarantee if we're actually talking to the owner or the hacker. Since the account was hacked 3 times, we don't know if the email/private keys are in the owner's hands or not as the hacking extent seems to be pretty serious. Our stance is "no hands at all" is indefinitely better for the account than to end up in the wrong hands and we've made that clear enough by email as well.
It's been almost 4 months since I am following up on the same.
Don't you think any hacker would have given up by now?

That can be done if the OP is still using the same device that might have been infiltrated by a virus or malware. Someone will fall into the same hole if he makes the same mistakes and continues to do his habits.

You can't tell me that there actually exist people dumb enough to continue using the same device without removing the malware. I refuse to believe that.
In the crypto sphere, i don't think there will be an individual which will do that.

Leaving old habits and not using the same device again is what the OP must do if one day the account returns.

This is (at least) the 3rd time his account got hacked.
I hope he will now start thinking about what he does and how he does it. But i don't expect much from him.

I guess the user in the subject is using public computers and if not i will advise him to change the password of his email cause the account seems to be hacked through his email according to what i saw on bpip.

Your assessment seems to be wrong as these are the mails I have received when my account was hacked:

Re: Major indian exchange gets hacked, 438 bitcoins stolen COINSECURE

Recently received email from CoinSecure as following.

------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Users

We are happy to inform you that we have started the process of compensating our customers in Indian Rupees, ex gratia, for the loss of their Bitcoins in the attack that occurred on April 9, 2018. Users will be required to sign an agreement releasing Coinsecure of any future liability and provide certain other documents in order to receive the payment. The Agreement can be downloaded from our website. This agreement will have to be duly signed and delivered to our office along with the documents mentioned in the Agreement before June 30, 2018.
Please note that the last date for submitting claims to us along with all appropriate documents is June 30, 2018. We will not entertain any claims received after June 30, 2018 and we shall have no liability towards any users who try to submit claims after the said date.

Thanks
Team Coinsecure
------------------------------------------------------------

LOL, they call it ex gratia payment, their own CSO Mr Amitabh Saxena who made such childish mistake and lost our BTC or maybe scammed, and now when time to payback money to owner of hosted BTC they call it ex gratia payment. They also mentioned other documents to be submitted along with documents submitted earlier for claim of refund before 30 JUNE.

They informed this via email today on 26th JUNE, If they really want more documents from user for refund purpose then users have to submit more documents within 4 days or no refund thereafter, on claims.coinsecure.in there are no other printable agreement documents are available to download besides previous printable refund agreement documents.

I think it's time to drag them to the court and claim full refund plus compensation and all the other costs.

Anyone here has received refund so far?
Huh

I think it's time to drag them to the court and claim full refund plus compensation and all the other costs.
Anyone here has received refund so far?
You can drag Benson's Ass to the court room. Anyway, it isn't going to help. They would have already bribed the cops, cyber crime officials and everyone who opens their mouths against them. You know how it works in India. You can easily get away with Child Rape/Murder/Bank Robbery if you can bribe the cops. This is just a mere 'bitcoin theft', I'm sure Benson would have handled it professionally with Mohit. Only an idiot will continue using them or any other Indian exchanges.

Spoke to CoinSecure support executive over the phone call regarding refund. I was told that there is no need of submitting of additional documents if previously mentioned refund agreement documents are submitted. I was told it will take about 30 days to get refunds, they will deposit checks to users bank accounts to the users who have submitted self attested refund agreement documents before deadline.

I also asked about re-start of this exchange after refunds done, and he said they are not certain about restart of this exchange and it also relies on supreme court and RBI decision about Bitcoin/Altcoin on 6 JUL 2018.

As we can see other crypto exchanges are running and payments via banks are being smoothly without any issues. Also the major countries like USA, CAN, UK, FRA, AUS, NZL, JPN, RUS and others has accepted Bitcoin as legal tender or commodity, some countries like RSA, MAL, BRAZIL etc looking forward to legalize Bitcoin into their countries and the other fact is that Bitcoin/Altcoin networks are impossible to terminate, it's just matter of p2p file transfer, so banning of BTC/ALT is useless and perhaps that is the reason above countries legalized cryptos with certain rules to regulate it and taxation on it. Country bans BTC/ALT is likely to go behind in economical race because crypto markets are turned so huge and it may impact on country's economy if banned. Like China banned cryptos in their country and all crypto exchanges and crypto giants fled outside of china and re-established their business.

If cryptos are banned in India, only small investors like us will have problems, exchanges and giants will make their way outside India.

This is a beginning of Digital Era, crypto lovers might face issues currently but sooner or later cryptos will be full flagged worldwide.

CoinSecure users have to wait more to get their money back, hope refunds are made soon.

I was also told by support that over 200 refunds are done already, anyone here got refund?
Did u finally get your refund? Did anyone else got their refund?
What happened with investigations? Was anyone arrested or held liable by police for the hack?

I don't think the accounts recovery team will accept a signature from the stated address because it was posted right before the account was hacked again.
Actually, checking the time stamps, it was staked right after the account was recovered

Password reset: 12/6/2019 3:14:28 PM   password reset via email
First "account recovered post": December 06, 2019, 17:17:44
Address staked: December 06, 2019, 17:34:05

So unless the hacker was able to access the account in those 2 hours (which I must admit, seems feasible judging by the record), the address should be good. The next hack claim was made almost 2 months later.

I sent them signed message from the staked address you quoted but they're not ready to accept it.
They think that my account is still compromised and they are not sure whether it would be accessed by me or someone else once they unblock it?

What other options can you guys think of to convince them that it's actually me only who will access the account once it's unblocked?

So, you suggest me to drop it & move on in life?

As btc_angela pointed out I was just saying that you need to look at the costs versus chances of getting the money back.

A person can't simply file a complaint against LB in Finlands, it needs paperwork to act as your representative, the papers showing that must again be translated from your language to finish, must be approved by the court and even so they will not act unless there is a legal complaint in your home country. You need a lawyer and so on and on and you have to think about how much this approach will cost you over what are the chances of getting the money back.

1500$ is a lot of money for some but here for a case, it's almost nothing.
I'm the last person to tell you to forget about a scam, but do it the normal way, file a claim with your police department assigned to online fraud, and I'm surprised you haven't done so for 3 years. Trying to subpoena LB in court to hand over the details of a person without this will be useless.

These were the two addresses to which I sent BTC. They belong to some exchange. It should be an Indian exchange as this guy was targeting Indians for scamming. Even if I file complaint against LBC and they give registered e-mail id of this person then also it won't help much as scammer would not used his real name or identity while creating account on LBC. I am trying to find exchange to which these two addresses belong and then ask them to give me real information of this user.

Can you ask anyone with whom I dealt in initial days for PayPal & take my PayPal e-mail id & drop me an e-mail on the same? I will revert with whatever you want to prove that I still own my e-mail accounts & I am the real sardasa?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1268477.0
I think Avirunes and legendster can vouch for you as you have done deals with them through this forum and i saw the conversation when your account was hacked last time and they vouched you were the real person behind the account, not sure why your account gets hacked again and again.

PS: your bad experience as well as escrow.ms from selling BTCitcoin through LBC and from unknown users made me think twice and stopped taking fiat in my bank account as you never know the origin of funds reaching your bank account and it might have helped many in this space getting into unwanted legal headaches and you were part of the BTCitcoin evolution and i hope Cryptios will consider once the people who traded with you can vouch.

Are these users still active on the forum? Would their vouches be considered good enough to unblock my account?

Can someone please help in getting my money back? I would appreciate if you can tell me how to contact authorities online in Helsinki (where LBC is based out of) & make them release me details about the scammers?

Is it possible that LBC can at least tell me who else left -ve rating on these user's profiles other than me? I would try to contact that other user & see if we both can co-ordinate & file case in Police against these scammers & then so called authorities will contact you to give information about these users?

Off...2017???

None of us can do that, you will have to do this yourself, the police will not even listen to us without proof we are a legal mandate of proxy of the victim, nor will ever!!! release details about the scammers to a civilian without a court order.  So the only way is a complaint at your local police, then for them to contact through international channels their counterparts in Finland and they will go and investigate this and release the details back, at which point you can file a civil dispute in court against the scammer.
Oh, and finding a lawyer that would represent you in Finland directly would cost you more than the loss

So, you suggest me to drop it & move on in life?

Hi Guys,

I am in dire need of money currently as I cannot go to office & my life is stuck with family to take care of.
I tried my best to get back money from every one who scammed me on LBC but it's not going anywhere & LBC is not helping at all w/o intervention of authorities.
These were the threads I created when I got scammed:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2111182.0
This user also scammed me: https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/derevyashkoko/feedback/

In total, I have lost around $1500 which is huge sum of money for me now. I can take care of all my expenses for at least 5 months using this money.

Now, my original account is also blocked as it was hacked for 3 times and after 3rd time forum recoveries team is not unblocking it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5146724.0

Can someone please help in getting my money back? I would appreciate if you can tell me how to contact authorities online in Helsinki (where LBC is based out of) & make them release me details about the scammers?

Does your telegram account too hacked? Ive had a chat with you and was thinking like it is some shady business under you.
Did you chatted with me on Telegram?
Who did you chat with? Mind sharing screenshot of the username of that user?
