Plenty of resources to get you started, an incredible amount of tips and best practices shared on different forums. We actually live in times that are great for shy people, in my humble opinion. However, we all need to keep in mind that every option takes time and effort. No investment - fine, possible but there's no magic shortcut to setting up a decent source of income.
