I had recently activated the F2A (11/2017) with Google Authenticator on c-cex.com... It worked a few days and then nothing (it kept telling me that the code was wrong even when synced)... So i decided to remove the F2A (12/2017), read that i had to wait 7 days before the reactivation. Waited 8 day to be sure and it keep asking me for F2A...
I have made several infructuous atempts since.
Sent a ticket today... Got 2 responces (bot obviously): 1 - Hello! As we understood you correctly - you want to remove your account permanently from C-CEX. Is that right? How can i reply the link gets me to the "create a new ticket" page
Replied by mail : 1 - Hello, No, I DO NOT CONFIRM, i want to talk to a real person, not to a bot.
2 - Hello, The removal link does NOT work. That is why I have made a ticket.

Can't open ticket because "Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours."
