I got airdropped 'Promo' CNX tokens, which apparently your plant to some day eventually be able to convert to real tokens at a certain ratio. However this is never happening and I rather burn these tokens or send them to a wallet I don't use often so this stupid spam shit is out of my wallet!!! This whole cryptonex token airdrop is becoming an absolute f**ucking joke. Iv have been on here month after month asking what is happening and its always the same answer. You guys clearly have zero intention of doing anything about it and you dont want to say that because it will devalue your shitty coin. You are not reading correctly, he has provided proof that he deposit into the site and it is missing suddenly but SD claimed player withdraw it already. People have the right to ask for refund for this case if it is really that there is something wrong with SD system
They already confirmed that I made a deposit of 0.2BTC, yet they point towards a Withdrawal I never initiated.
So the point is simple: A deposit was made and confirmed by both parties, a company can't just say someone on the other side of the world withdrawed your money but we can't provide any information on how it happend or who did it.
So unless they come with any real facts that they did not steal the money themselves this can be considered as digital fraud/theft.
The fact that they are not even willing to help at all so far says enough in my opinion, there are alot of people experiencing the same problem and the company just points at us saying all our computers were somehow compromised in the past few days while nothing wrong is happening on their side.

As I said I`ve not kept up with all posts here, I`ve just seen many newbies complaining here, and my default instinct was: troll invasion.
But if it's a real problem, then it definitely needs to be solved /debated/ discussed.
I can guarantee you that I have used the site in the past 2 days, and I had no problem whatsoever so far. But if there is a real problem out there then I want to know about it too
I feel the need to warn new people here about the risks before making a deposit and untill this is solved I do plan to continue doing so.
Posting the warnings here reduces the risk of more people getting their deposits stolen, debating this in scam accusations solves nothing and allows the company to freely continue without actually coming up with an answer for these issues.

Is that a possibility that the malwares mentioned above could have something to do with it?
The address i used was correct as the deposit showed up in the pending balance section. However as soon as the transaction was confirms the pending balance disappeared but the betting balance also displayed 0. How am i suppose to provide evidence of this? if i knew this was going to happen prior to it happening then i could have taken a screenshot of my account showing the pending balance. Obviously i didn't know this was going to happen now did i, im not a fortune teller. The only thing that needs to happen here is satoshi dice need to look at my deposit address 113xZL8oTaMDs1vGGDmWXnCEHZgAvuw4BY and see that 1.8 btc was deposited. My balance is now showing ~0.02 bitcoin in it for some reason, this came into my account around 24 hours after this issue happened, not sure why.
Here are some screenshots of my account to prove this address is matched to this same account and that no bets have been made. Please look into my account, i have not posted the secret URL anywhere.

Your site should include deposits and withdrawals in the stats, that way we could also check if anyone has withdrawn anything from our accounts. There is no way this would have happened though, my computer is virus free and i have not uploaded my URL anywhere. I expect to reimbursed this 1.8btc

I checked this account and it seems that the user made bets , then withdraw 3.52 BTC and lost the remaining ones .The deposit was credited successfuly ,then 3 Bets were made and then the withdraw of 3.52BTC : 8b1e6349af846a04196130d3949839d4cc320e018420eebdd4209dae13b212fa to 1CuYJsj6NZSufEs32KGBgu5g3t8gr2CHw8 at Wed, 17 Jun 2015 14:54:34 GMT .After the withdraw , the user bet the rest of the funds and lost them.

This was probably not the same issue. Satoshi Circle used to use sessions that would sometimes collide, so it was probably an old account from years ago and he got the same secret as an old user. We have fixed this issue some months ago and Satoshi Dice was always using a system where no such collisions are possible.

Hello, there was a user initiated withdrawal from your account and funds sent out to 1QKvWJPi8RjJZ7y6oSASpUA6nQChog7LcD in transaction 44596675705175fde6de5248988244759d7e5d8d69bb54f30a722fc74af3cf55, 16 minutes after the deposit was made.
That is pure bullshit, I watched the transaction since I had nothing to do and the moment it received its first confirmation the bitcoins disappeared from unconfirmed to nothing.
As I have been active here for years it is pure nonsense saying I withdrawed this myself, I am always using the same Bitcoin address and 0.2BTC would never be something I would attempt to ruin a good name and my principles on.
This leaves me to 2 options that both lead to you being at fault:
- Your Database of secret url's /codes got hacked and people are using this to withdraw every users balance instantly
- Your company is stealing the funds themselves
There are dozens of people reporting the same problem and you are constantly pointing towards shady withdrawels that aren't theirs.
The funds I deposited were manually moved after more then 10 confirmations, this shows that the funds just never showed up while the deposit was still there and already confirmed many times over.
I am expecting a full refund today or will report this scam/theft to the authorities

This is an absolute crock of sh*t, those images were not from my account. I did not post my secret address anywhere! The instant my confirmation was made my balance displayed as 0, this was a newly created account and there is no way anyone would have stolen this unless my computer is infected, but i find that highly unlikely considering this has also happened to someone else (that person may have been silly enough to post their secret URL but that doesn't explain why that person had the same issue as mine BEFORE posting an image of that URL.)

Lucky for me was a small amount compared to what i have lost with you guys in the past (although still quite a lot), im a f**cking idiot to think i could trust you guys again. That was the screenshot from the previous poster that had the same issue not mine. I have kept my address safe, however am still waiting for my balance to show my bitcoins i deposited. It said there was an unconfirmed amount pending however as soon as it got 1 confirmation everything said 0 balance.

Just deposted .4 btc into my account and it's had 4 confirmations from my end, but there's nothing in the satoshi wallet. Been about an hour waiting. It's not an unconfirmed balance, just nothing showing up at all like the deposit was never received.

Dooglus while your here what is your opinion of my error? Do you think i deserve some kind of compensation at all due to what happened? I think i should at the least be being met half way considering there was an error on both mine and satoshi dice's parts. But i beleive my mistake was due to lack of support and the glitch making me panic in the first place. I think at the very least i should be made even from what i lost out of my original deposit, that way both myself AND satoshi dice walk away no worse or better off from the error that occurred.

I really don't know what to tell you. I think I would offer you some compensation personally, but I don't think they would be wrong not to. At the end of the day you did make the bets voluntarily, but only in response to them providing you with incorrect information.
At least some part of your loss is the site's fault. If their code was working properly you would never have lost the coins you lost.

I think maybe asking for the full amount probably isnt reasonable so i guess i shouldnt be asking for that. I think they should at least be meeting me half way with reimbursement considering this error is on them. Especially due to the fact that i am STILL yet to receive a single email response or pm response or addressed directly on this forum by Satoshidice_PR. PR just gave everybody a general answer when my error was a unique one.
I think the support has been disgraceful and they should be doing something at the very least to make it up to me for all this. What happned to the daily support that handsoff said was going to happen from now on? Have not seen a damn thing done about that. If you read through SatoshiDice_PR's replies, there is not a single response directly to me regarding my unique withdrawal issue whatsoever. Your are the only one has addressed me personally so far. You also said SatoshiDice_PR is the only one who can make a decision regarding reimbursement so i will be waiting for them. I feel as if i should at least be made whole from this particular betting session, i deposited 20 bitcoins and managed to get back 13.91865035 from the whole ordeal. I should at the very least be reimbursed the 6.1btc. That way SatoshiDice AND myself both walk away even from the glitch that occured. No one loses - simple.

OP, I can't withdraw my money from SatoshiCircle website! I deposit 1 BTC, played one time, and then nothing happens when I click roll or withdraw, after that I tried to deposit more money, 0.12 BTC, and balance is not updated, but transaction has more than 10 confirmations!
