In the current weekly game there are now at least three addresses above me, with a later blockchain timestamps that have been paid. I realize I was first skipped over because of the current faulty script that allows deposits without fees but the script is now continuing to pay addresses above mine. Why not do it right by me?

It's unfair not to respect the order of deposits in a game like this and not to offer a fair solution when requested.

OP please step up and at the very least return my deposit of 1 BTC (but in my view it would be fair to pay out essentially the "owed" 1.3 BTC!) and we won't have to fuss about with this any longer.

Until then let it serve as a cautionary tale for all (would be) players.

That seems to be the case here. I hope OP sorts this out with me and bombardir and in the coming week the games may continue.

With his old system there were many times the list order wasn't completely followed and if you read the thread you will see he answered it was because they were inserted into the list in the wrong order.

Personally I agree the ordering has been messed up.   However this has been fought and lost many times.

You have been looking at the blockchain timestamp.   Last week he was still using a timestamp from his IPN that we don't have access too.

I guess its not "blockchain.info" that forgets the TX in that case, but maybe its the blockchain that forgets it?

now your address is clean. i mean there`s no "Warning! this bitcoin address contains transactions which may be double spends. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to or from this address", as it was earlier. now my address has this warning.

by the way, i contacted with op. now (~35 hours) waiting for his reply.

I don't know, but I can make a guess.    

* Betters send transactions without fees.  These take a very long time to confirm.  (TX A)
* A transaction including a unconfirmed transaction get made and sent to a player
* That transaction won't confirm until after the first transaction (TX A) confirms, but the player has wallet set up to spend unconfirmed coins and reinvests with that (TX A)
* Now the game creates a new transaction with the unconfirmed (TX A) and sends it out to another player.

I think that looks like a double spend.   If (TX A) ever confirms the whole thing should clear up, in in the mean time, 3 wallets are messed up.    The only way to avoid the problem is not to spend unconfirmed transactions.  

@wp.coimtemp Do you have any comment about the disproportionately large amount of Double Spends that seems to surround the weekly and 24 hour games? We've seen numerous reports from people losing their payouts due to double spends. The blockchain.info address for the Weekly Ponzi game even has a warning on the topic:
