またIPBANは悪意のあるユーザーが誰かのIPを乗っ取ってやっている可能性が存在します。

一度禁止されたアカウントやIPは原則解除が不可能になっています。例外的であってもAdminクラスのスタッフでなければ出来ないです。

Nice figure, DdmrDdmr. I found most usernames are familiar to me. The merit system does work, makes it easier to recognize high quality posters and enhances the number of such posters.
