What is the point of having a support@satoshidice.com when it's not really support.  Might as well change the email to we_dont_reply@satoshidice.com

It's definitely the right address, in fact I've used this deposit address before because SD keeps the same address for your account. I suppose it's possible my computer is compromised, but unlikely, and reading the posts above makes me doubtful. Wish I'd checked this forum before depositing, but never had problems with SD before ! Oh well !

I suppose it could have been transferred to an address that SD controls (wishful thinking !!!??!) I'll send SD an email tomorrow and see what they know.

I sent SD over 10 messages and have yet to hear back anything also.  Good luck.  I'd be curious to know if they do reply to you.  Let me know.

Thanks all.  Granted that no one would pay out for such events such as phishing but because I was able to discover the issue and would have become a non-issue had the site been up or even if SD support responded to my email to lock my account down while the site was down to prevent authorized people from cashing out my funds.

Hence for my pretty justifiable reasoning, I am trying to reach a resolution with SD. But lack of response is further infuriating me and now wanting to pursue this even more so.  I think it's pretty reasonable in my thought process, no?

Has ANYONE had any luck speaking with satoshidice support at all?   I've been trying for over a week and have heard nothing back at all.  I PM'ed Randian Hero as well as emailed support@satoshidice.com and have never heard back from them.

Hi Satoshidice moderators.  This my new account cause my other one (nummusVVV) was hacked.  I emailed support@satoshidice many times over the past week because after my satoshidice account was compromised because of the phishing by Satmas.  I wanted to immediately go on satoshidice and change my account password but because the site was down, there was no way for me to go on the site and change my password.  i had deposited 0.055 btc before the site went down.  I checked a few hours later once the site came back up, the funds were extracted (with the guy placing one bet of 0.001 btc).  I'm sure that if you check the IP address of the log in, it's different from mine.  Please assist, because no one from support is emailing me back.
Sorry to heat that, I don't think I've ever seen a hacked accounts funds returned, usually its down to negligence on the users side for not having a secure password or being a victim of a phishing attack, most common problem is using the same username and password on a faucet or scam site as SD. Good luck. Best thing to do is to make sure you have a very secure password and only use it once per site. I generate a 12-20 digit strong password for each site and store them all in a password safe, never had a problem so far.
Well,  I would agree that if it were complete negligence, then it's my own fault.  But the fact that I noticed it right afterwards, and WANTED to change my password on the site, but was unable to because the site was down, and further, I emailed support letting them know and how to preemptively prevent the funds being withdrawn.  If support actually responded to emails by even merely acknowledging the fact of, rather than ignore them then I'm sure this was a preventable issue.

Here is the screenshot of the automated message I received in my inbox from Satmas ( http://imgur.com/pBnp7uP ).  Here is the email I received after he changed it (http://imgur.com/y5PkH5M).  Then, here is the email I sent to support@satoshidice.com ( http://imgur.com/FEe84RK).

Edit: I got a message from another person (SATMAS), was told that hopefully soon. <--------  Fake, phished accounts
..

I got a PM from an userID: SATMS  He phished my account.

..

Reply to this Personal Message here: ....u=664980

Really? From "satmas" - this user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=664980 ?

Added negative trust to this guy for now, but would be good if you can confirm the exact account. Also if others got the same PM, this would be useful. Potentially you can report the PM too so the admins can easily see it and confirm the account (afaik.)

Looks like nummusVV's account has been hacked. I've banned him for now.

Hi Cyrus, this is nummusVVV.  I'll send you a PM.
