Ako at marami pang iba ay nabiktima ng mga kahina-hinalang gawain ng Freewallet — kabilang ang biglaang pag-freeze ng account, sobrang tagal na proseso ng KYC, at hindi makatarungang paghawak ng mga pondo. Sa nakaraan, mabilis lang ang KYC process — isang araw lang tapos na. Pero ngayon, maraming user ang hindi makagalaw ng pondo nila kahit lehitimo ang lahat ng impormasyon.

Dahil dito, gumawa kami ng petisyon na naka-address sa National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) sa UK para pormal na imbestigahan ang Freewallet at maharap sila sa tamang aksyon mula sa mga otoridad.

Sorry to hear you’re going through this—unfortunately, you’re not alone. That’s exactly how they operate: hit you with “inactivity fees,” lock your account, ask for endless verification, and then stop replying or keep looping you.

As for closing the account—yep, if you try to close it while it's suspended or under “verification,” they’ll just keep your funds. They use the “account inactivity” thing as an excuse to drain balances, and once they’ve got your crypto, it’s pretty much gone unless serious pressure is applied.

We’ve been gathering new reports from people who got screwed over — and it’s honestly wild how similar some of these cases are. Whole accounts frozen for months, support just ghosting, or giving copy-paste replies that lead nowhere.

We're now preparing another round of collective legal action, and it’s looking stronger than before. Detailed statements from victims are ready, and we’re working on pushing this further. Once we can go public with more, we will.

Another crime report filled to NFIB.
I cannot provide any personal data, but its already 4th case reporting FRWT scam to UK authorities that I know. Probably there were other similar reports.
Hope that finally police will start investigating not just keeping records!

I provided everything I know and advice other victims to make their complaints.

Pod koniec 2018 roku przestałem kopać kryptowaluty i od tego czasu moje konto na Freewallet było puste.
31 marca 2025 chciałem użyć Freewallet, aby wymienić trochę ETH, więc wysłałem 1 ETH na moje konto Freewallet — ale teraz nie pozwalają mi go wypłacić.
Żądają niemożliwych do zdobycia zrzutów ekranu z transakcji z 2018 roku, aby odblokować konto. Ale pula wydobywcza, z której wtedy korzystałem, już nie istnieje, więc nie mam gdzie się zalogować i zdobyć te zrzuty.

To tylko cytat z historii jednego użytkownika. Brak możliwości wypłaty środków. Jestem pewien, że to po prostu kolejny przypadek oszustwa ze strony Freewallet.

The problem is Freewallet now mentions they are "non custodial", which is the lie.
They still are able to block assets and even tell about this in their terms of use. But of course many people dont notice such details, thinking that FRWT is "non custodial"

Noong Marso 31, 2025, nais kong gamitin muli ang Freewallet para magpalit ng ilang ETH kaya nagpadala ako ng 1 ETH sa Freewallet — pero hindi na nila ako pinayagang i-withdraw ito.

A finales de 2018 dejé de minar y mi cuenta de Freewallet ha estado vacía desde entonces.
El 31 de marzo de 2025, quise usar Freewallet para intercambiar ETH, así que envié 1 ETH a Freewallet, pero ya no me dejan retirarlo.
Me piden capturas de pantalla imposibles de las transacciones de 2018 para desbloquear mi cuenta. Pero el pool de minería ya no está activo, así que no tengo dónde iniciar sesión y obtener estas capturas de pantalla.
Es un completo disparate, porque solo quiero mi 1 ETH que envié a Freewallet la semana pasada. El ETH de 2018 ni siquiera está en Freewallet desde hace años.

Esto es solo una cita de la historia de un usuario. No hay forma de retirar monedas. Estoy seguro de que este es otro caso de estafa de Freewallet.

Another victim with another story

Late 2018 i stopped mining and my freewallet account has been empty ever since.
On March 31 2025 i wanted to use Freewallet to exchange some ETH so i send 1 ETH into Freewallet but they don't let me take it out anymore.
Demanding impossible screenshots from 2018 transactions to unlock my account. But the miningpool is not alive anymore so there is no place for me to log on and get these screenshots.
It's total nonsense because i just want my 1ETH that i have send in freewallet last week. The 2018 ETH is not even in Freewallet for years anymore.

This is just a quote form a user's story. No way to withdraw coins. I am sure this is just another case of Freewallet scam

Looks like there are very few new victims of FRWT fraud.
It's a good thing.
But the bad is that many clietns still couldnt withdraw coins.
